The purpose of this study to determine the correlation between anxiety levels and coping mechanism in facing examination at SMAN 1 Giri in 2022. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design with a purposive sampling and 172 respondents were taken as a sample. Collecting data using Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) and Brief Cope questionnaire then analyzed using the Chy-Square Test with SPSS 25 for windows 10. Results: Most of responden female 119 respondent (69%) and male 53 respondent (31%), most of responden (48%) were in the moderate axiety levels and some of them (51%) were in mechanism coping maladaptive. Based on the analysis results obtained a significant study (2- tailed) 0.002<0.005, which means there is a the correlation between anxiety levels and coping mechanism in facing examination at sman 1 giri in 2022. Conclusion: Coping mechanisms are very important for students to be able to reduce the anxiety they feel besides support from family, friends also play an important role in reducing anxiety in students who have anxiety disorders

Introduction: High blood pressure might be a trigger for a variety of diseases, including stroke and heart disease, which can reduce quality of life, primarily for individuals of productive age. This research aims to determine the influence of combination of slow deep breathing and autogenic relaxation to blood pressure in hypertension patients with productive age. Method: The research design used Quasi Experimental with Pretest and Posttest Control Group Design approach. The study population were 114 people and sample obtained 36 respondents with hypertension through purposive sampling technique. The intervention was given once a day for 3 consecutive days with a meeting duration around 25-35 minutes. Data were analyzed by Wilcoxon test and Mann Whitney test. Result and analysis: Based on the Wilcoxon test results, it was known that there was an influence of combination of slow deep breathing and autogenic relaxation to blood pressure in the treatment group perlakuan (Systolic pv = 0.000 < α 0.05 and Diastolic pv= 0.001 < α 0.05) and there was no change on blood pressure in control group (Systolic pv= 0.060 > α 0.05, Diastolic pv = 0.180 > α 0.05). The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that there were difference changes in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the treatment group and the control group (Systolic pv= 0.000 < α 0.05, Diastolic pv= 0.000 < α 0.05). Discussion: The decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure occurs due to process of increasing endorphins secretion and stimulating parasympathetic system, resulting in vascular vasodilation. It is recommended for hypertension patients with productive age to able to apply this combination therapy independently with duration 25-30 minutes every day as an effort to lower blood pressure

Introduction: The Covid-19 Pandemic Situation has influenced almost all countries in the world and the life sector. The Indonesian government issued a policy of "social and physical distraction" and carried out all activities and delays out of the house (stay at home), in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. However, this policy raises new problems in the field of education, especially in the learning process for students. The transfer of learning from synchronous to Asynchronous routinely using video calls or video conferences causes symptoms of fatigue and at risk of experiencing zoom fatigue. Zoom Fatigue handling strategies have not been focused on self -management independently through non -pharmacological thoughts and actions. Implementation of five fingers hypnotic (H5J) and progressive muscle relaxation (ROP) will increase the achievement of intervention so that it is more effective in reducing or eliminating the symptoms of zoom fatigue in students. Several H5J and ROP studies are significantly effective in reducing the level of anxiet. H5J and ROP are one of the high relaxation techniques, it will reduce stress and stress of mind. Selection of safe relaxation techniques without using chemicals, simple processes and becomes a highly recommended nursing intervention in care care for anxiety. Method: Quantitative research that uses the design of a pretest-posttest group at SMK Bintang Persada Denpasar Gangan Learning time from June to July 2022. The population in the Denalah study of all students as many as 86 to check. Samples of all sample students. The sample uses the specified purposive sampling criteria. Results and analysis: The results of the study that there is an effect of giving H5J and ROP to the fatigue zoom. Suggestions are expected to be more routine to train H5J and ROP to reduce the symptoms of the felt fatigue zoom. Introduction: Catheter-related urinary tract infections are the most common, but preventable, health-related infections and occur mostly in patients with indwelling urinary catheters. This study aims to determine the role of nurses in infection prevention and control in urinary catheter placement. Method: The preparation of the literature review went through several stages: making a research question according to the PICOS method, and conducting a literature review using diagrams, such as identification, eligibility, screening, selection of eligibility and determination of articles according to inclusion criteria. The last stage, the review is carried out systematically using tables and taking into account the value (Joanna Brigg Institution check list) JBI. Result: Search articles using Google Scholar, PubMed and Science Direct databases. Screening results of 9 Google Scholar articles, 3 PubMed articles and 5 Science Direct articles. The results of a review of 17 journals on the role of nurses obtained 10 prevention journals, 4 control journals and 3 infection prevention and control journals in urinary catheter insertion. Discussion: The nurse's role in infection prevention and control in urinary catheter insertion is to make direct observations throughout the day and night shifts. Implement nurse education programs on catheter and perineal care. Evaluate the knowledge and attitudes of nurses about the catheterization procedure. Identify multidrug-resistant organisms, and remove catheters according to standards and protocols. The nurse must maintain the patient's psychological stability during catheter insertion. The bundle catheter education technique is a method of increasing the knowledge, skills and experience of nurses on infection prevention and control in catheter placement

Introduction: The quality of sleep in final semester students is easily disturbed due to excessive physical activity, anxiety so that it can make sleep not fulfilled properly then it causes disturbances in several organs, one of which is an increase in blood pressure where if there is an increase in blood pressure then it will result in heart disease and stroke. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between sleep quality and blood pressure in final semester of undergraduate nursing students of Stikes Banyuwangi in 2022. Methods: This research was quantitative (analytic) with a cross sectional research design with a total sampling technique of 93 respondents. The instruments used for data collection were questionnaire sheets and observation sheets. The data were analyzed using SPSS 24 application with Chi-Square test. Result and analysis: The results showed that most of the sleep quality was in the poor category (59.1%) and most experienced normal blood pressure (62.4%). After statistical analysis, the p-value is 0.000, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between sleep quality and blood pressure in students at the end of the undergraduate nursing study program, Stikes Banyuwangi in 2021. Discussion: Sleep quality in the final semester mostly experienced sleep quality as many as 55 respondents (59.1%). Blood pressure of the majority of experienced normal blood pressure, as many as 58 respondents (62.4%). Good sleep quality will result in normal blood pressure. So, it is hoped that students will rearrange their sleep patterns in order to get good sleep quality.
