Analyses of Impact of the Coronavirus Crisis on Women's Work Styles
Get PDF本稿執筆時点で、企業はコロナ禍という降りかかったリスクに喘いでいる。しかし企業に対しては、たとえリスクが降りかかっている状況であっても、業務を継続しつつそれに対応することが要求されている。そしてその過程では、新たな働き方が確立されつつある状況も見えてきている。本稿では、上記に加えて女性の労働状況の変化をとらえたうえで、具体的にその働き方が女性の労働に大きな変革を与え得ることを論じている。At the time of writing this, companies are still struggling with managing the coronavirus disease 2019 crisis and have to mitigate its risk while continuing their operations, even amid the pandemic. In the process, new working styles are emerging.
