A Study of Kamo Suetaka’s Style of Transcription: Focusing on Teikakyō Gojusshu Eisō
Get PDFpdf賀茂季鷹は江戸中後期の蔵書家・文化人である。現在、京都市歴史資料館には、季鷹の蔵書を核とする賀茂季鷹関係典籍類（個人蔵）が寄託保管されている。本稿は、同資料群に収められている藤原定家『御室五十首』草稿の一伝本である『定家卿五十首詠草』（以下、京歴本）に注目し、諸本と季鷹の書写活動について論じたものである。
定家草稿は春部のみの自筆本（個人蔵。早稲田大学中央図書館保管。以下、早大本）、安政四（一八五七）年に原本を謄写したという五〇首全体の写本（書陵部蔵。以下、書陵部本）、書写年代不明の写本（東京大学総合図書館蔵。以下、東大本）の三本が知られていた。本文を比較した結果、京歴本は東大本に近い一本であることが分かった。
京歴本の奥書を分析し、某人・高階経和・森尹祥・季鷹と書写が重ねられたことを明らかにした。季鷹と尹祥の交流はすでに知られているが、最初期の交流を示すことに京歴本の価値が認められる。両者の交流のきっかけは、三島自寛による可能性が考えられる。また、交流が継続した背景には、季鷹自身の蔵書形成という目的があったと推測する。
さらに、奥書から季鷹の仮名の定義が現在のそれと異なること、見返し裏の反故紙や内部徴証から季鷹の書写方針は字母まで正確に親本を転写する所謂「不違一字書写」ではないこと、資料や書写時期によって書写方針の変遷が想定されることを指摘した。This study aims to analyze the relationship between Teikakyo gojusshu eiso and three other manuscripts of the same work: Teika’s own handwriting draft (though containing only twelve waka poems) kept at the Central Library of Waseda University, Kyogokukomon ei gojusshu at the Archives and Mausclea Department of the Imperial Household of Tokyo, and Jikumono no waka at the General Library of the University of Tokyo.
Fujiwara Teika's Omurogojusshu was transcribed by Kamo Suetaka in 1783 and is now known as Teikakyo gojusshu eiso. Mori Masayoshi contributed to its completion. There is the possibility that Mishima Jikan played an important part in encouraging Suetaka and Mori Masayoshi to interact with each other.
Teikakyo gojusshu eiso has been lent to the Kyoto City Library of HistoricalDocuments. It has fifty waka poems. Comparisons between these three manuscripts and Teika's draft shows a close relationship between Teikakyo gojusshu eiso and Jikumono no waka.
In conclusion, the analysis of Teikakyo gojusshu eiso shows the possibility that

A Change of Tansō’s Pen Name: From "Tansō" to "Reiyō"
Get PDFpdf豊後の日田咸宜園で漢学を教授した廣瀬淡窓（1782 ～ 1856）は、現在「淡窓」号で広く知られているが、生涯に七種の別号を用いていた。年代順に並べて示せば、亀林・淡窓・華陽・蘭窓・南梁・青谿（渓）・苓陽の七種である。前半生はもっぱら「淡窓」号をもちいたといってよいが、後半生、五十七歳以降は主に「苓陽」号を用い、自ら記した墓碑銘にも「苓陽先生。諱建。字子基。一号淡窓」と記している。この晩年になっての「淡窓」から「苓陽」への改号には、淡窓の晩年における生き方の問題が大きくかかわっている。今は亡き恩師亀井昭陽の「寵栄」に感謝して作った「苓陽」号は、その学問と人間性のさらなる探求の指針を示すものであり、「真儒」たらんとした最晩年の淡窓を支えるものであったと考えられる。HIROSE Tanso(1782-1856), who taught the Vhinese classics at Kangi-en of Hita, Bungo, is generally known by his pen name “Tanso”. He used seven other pen names throughout his life. according to the chronological order, these names are Kirin, Tanso, Kayo, Ranso, Nanryo, Seikei and Reiyo. It may be said that he wholly used “Tanso” at the former part of his life, but after 57 years old, he mainly used “Reiyo” at the latter part of his life. For example, he wrote on his own epitaph, “Mr Reiyo, his real personal name is Ken, an aliasis Shiki, one of the pen names s Tanso”. This change of his pen name fron “Tanso” to “Reiyo” is deeply involved with the matter of Tanso's way of life in his latter years. It considered that the pen name “Reiyo”, which was made based on his gratitude to the memory of his respected teacher KAMEI Shoyo's “favor and glory” indicates a guiding principle for further pursuit of Tanso's scholarship and humanity, and supported Tanso's effort to be a “real Confucianist” at the very end of his life.departmental bulletin pape

Literary Analysis of AI Waka: Introduction of a Similar Waka Retrieval Method Using the Dice Coefficient
Get PDFpdfディープランニングが進歩に伴い、人工智能（AI）による詩歌の創作研究が盛んに行われるようになった。著者の研究チームは最近深層学習による和歌生成モデル「和歌VT」を提案した。「和歌VT」は条件付き変分オートエンコーダーと自己注意メカニズムを組み合わせ、指定されたキーワードによって質の高い和歌を生成することができる。本論文ではDice 係数による類似和歌の検索方法を提案し、「和歌VT」モデルによって生成された３首のAI 和歌を例に挙げ、人間和歌との比較の観点から分析を行った。Dice 係数を計算するこの検索方法で類似和歌を客観的に順位付けし、膨大な和歌データから最も目標和歌と近い和歌を選び出すことができる。この和歌検索方法は研究者が和歌を検索する上での参考の一つとして提示することが出来ればと考えている。同方法によって、和歌生成モデル「和歌VT」が創作したAI 和歌と類似する人間和歌を選び出し、その文法や語彙の組み合わせを比較し、AI 和歌の特徴と独創性を分析した。分析結果により、「和歌VT」モデルは人間和歌の主題、文法、句の構造、及び用語を正確にマスターし、独創的な単語の組み合わせ方により斬新的な和歌を生成できることが認められた。With the development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology, research on poetry creation has been receiving increasingly close attention. In this article, a Waka retrieval method that calulates the similarity index of Waka based on the Dice coefficient is proposed. The method can objectively rank similar Waka poems based on the similarity index, and provide an objective method by which researchers can select similar Wakas from a large number of Waka poems. Using this Waka retrieval method, we select human Waka poems that are similar to the AI Waka generated by the WakaVT model, and analyze the originality of AI Waka through comparing AI waka and human Waka in terms of the features of vocabulary matching. The analysis results show that the WakaVT model has accurately learned the words and grammar of human Waka, as well as the logical structure and causality between sentences, and can generate novel AI Waka using new word collocations and metaphors. This research is expected to be useful not only for the study of AI Waka but also for the study of human Waka poems.departmental bulletin pape
