No full textGarislurus Lintas Semesta Travel Umrah dan Haji Plus sebagai biro perjalanan umrah dan haji plus sejak tahun 2019 dan telah memberangkatkan sebanyak 53 jemaah sampai tahun 2020. PT. Garislurus Lintas Semesta Travel Umrah dan Haji Plus selalu berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya, mengingat semakin banyaknya pesaing yang bermunculan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan sifat penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik data kualitatif dengan berpikir induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Garislurus Lintas Semesta Travel Umrah dan Haji Plus telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam kepada jemaah dalam pelayanan ibadah umrah dengan menerapkan nilai kejujuran, nilai kerendahan hati, nilai menepati janji dan nilai tanggung jawab.

Get PDFNusyuz has always been related to the wife's non-compliance with her husband. Therefore, there is a difference in resolving nusyuz cases committed by husbands and wives. If nusyuz is performed by the wife, then the husband has the right to advise the wife, separate the bed, and hit with a note of not hurting. Whereas, when nusyuz is done by the husband, there is a tendency for the wife to should give up some of her rights in order to carry out a peace agreement. The purpose of this study is to enlighten the reader regarding how the concept of nusyuz is based on Sayyid Qutb’s thoughts. Kind of this study is library research, employing normative and sociological approaches. The purpose of this study is to understand Sayyid Qutb's understanding of nusyuz concept. The data in this research is taken from a tafsir book written by Sayyid Qutb entitled Tafsir Fi Zilalil Qur’an, books, and scientific research relevant to nusyuz. Afterward, in analyzing data, the researcher uses the theory formula explained by M. Quraish Shihab about the Qur’an interpreted method. This study explained that nusyuz is an act in which a person (husband or wife) accentuates and elevates by disobeying, and who does not do their obligation as a husband or wife and its solutions depend on his/her position in the household, education, family, and country's condition

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder.e-marketingsebagai media pemasarannya melalui media sosial telah menerapkan unsur-unsur dalam komponen e-marketingyang meliputi marketingseperti proses, membangun hubungan dengan konsumen, online, pertukaraan, dan pemenuhan kebutuhan kedua pihak. MCY dalam berdakwah kepada Mualaf tidak berhenti menjadikan non muslim menjadi muslim, tetapi juga membimbing mereka untuk konsisten menjadi muslim dengan memecahkan berbagai kendala bahkan melibatkan mereka untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan dakwah mualaf. Banyak lembaga biasanya hanya berhenti sampai mereka memeluk non-Muslim, dan ketika ada banyak masalah seperti godaan untuk kembali ke kepercayaan lama, mereka tidak memiliki dukungan yang cukup untuk menghadapi umpan balik negatif dari lingkungan, dapat membuat mereka kembali ke tempat semula. keyakinan. Teori yang digunakan adalah peran subjek pemberdayaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data kepustakaan berupa jurnal dan youtube tentang MCY. Hasilnya, terlihat bahwa MCY berperan dalam menciptakan kebutuhan dan mampu meyakinkan non-Muslim untuk menjadi Mualaf, kemudian memberikan bimbingan rutin, bahkan mampu menjalankan peran terminal relations dengan melibatkan Mualaf untuk terlibat. dalam pemberdayaan Dakwah Mualaf. The large number of Umrah pilgrims in Indonesia is the main attraction for entrepreneurs in the field of traveling. This study uses a qualitative approach and is a type of field research (Field Research) and compares the Hajj and Umrah services of PT. Makkah Multazam Safir and AlMadinah Tour & Travel in Bandar Lampung which together are business entities that provide services or providers of Hajj and Umrah services in the Baitullah. Two different data presentations will provide us with valid information about a program and services offered to prospective pilgrims in need. The method used is qualitative and has descriptive characteristics. The results concluded that the Hajj rituals guidance strategy at KBIH Nurusssalam East Lampung was quite good, this was seen in meeting the needs of pilgrims' understanding of the pilgrimage such as providing guidance on Hajj rituals with methods and modules that were quite good and explained by competent speakers so that the material could be used. well absorbed by prospective pilgrims at KBIH Nurusssalam East Lampun

Get PDFBased on the Digital Civility Index (DCI), Indonesian internet users have the lowest Digital Civilization Index in Southeast Asia. This phenomenon is evident from the rise of fake news or hoaxes, hate speech, cyberbullying, discrimination, and even fraud. Modernization has also made people's lifestyles more consumptive. Indonesia is also a religious country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Indonesia is ready to face the coming era of what is known as the era of society 5.0. This article analyzes the public perception of urban society in Semarang city of the importance of religious education in their lives and how it is used as an aspect of curriculum development in the era of society 5.0. This research is qualitative research using a method of phenomenology. Data was collected from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that contextualization of the Islamic religious education curriculum is needed to suit the needs of society in the era of society 5.0. Islamic religious education teaches students the physical dimension (shari'a) and the spiritual dimension (essential) so that Islamic religious education can foster spirituality for urban Muslim communities as a basis for values in everyday behaviour. Islamic religious education must instil the importance of monotheism and ethics in utilizing technology. The era of society 5.0 makes humans the centre (anthropocentric), while Islamic religious education instils the value that God is the centre (theocentric).
 
Pengaruh Pemahaman Nilai-Nilai Pancasila terhadap Kehidupan Berdemokrasi Mahasiswa
Get PDFHigher education must become a strategic ecosystem in developing Pancasila values to regenerate student democratic life. The purpose of this study was to find out and describe the influence of understanding Pancasila values on the democratic life of STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung students. This research involved 358 students spread across 7 (seven) study programs. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using the correlational method. The instrument of Pancasila values was adopted from the embodiment of the socialization material "Four Pillars of National and State Life", while the instrument for democratic life was adopted from the embodiment of Udin S Winataputra's opinion. Prerequisite tests and data analysis techniques in this study were carried out with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed a significant influence between the understanding of Pancasila values on the democratic life of STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung students with a correlation value of 0.538. This research proves that college students fulfill the requirements as interest groups and legitimate democratic actors. The involvement of students in social projects and problem-solving provides more opportunities to develop students' fighting power and critical power. This will further enhance students' understanding of Pancasila values which will ultimately improve students' democratic life. The trilogy of success in learning student democratic behavior focuses on the relationship between learning in the classroom, the importance of student autonomy, and the development of democracy played by the government
The Positive Impact of Internet-Based Resources to Encourage Students’ Vocabulary Aspect
Get PDFInternet-Based Resources is one of the solutions for increasing an aspect of English proficiency. This study aimed at knowing the Internet-Based Resources in their learning and to encourage English students’ vocabulary. The method used in this research is experimental research. Sample of this study consisted of English students including 26 students as the experimental group and 26 students as the control group. Each class had five sessions that must be completed, those were treatments for three times, one post-test, and one pre-test. The result found that IBR is effective for students’ vocabulary in writing an interesting, exciting to use and in combining their ideas with new words or vocabulary easier. The mean of the post-test in the control group was 73.53, on the other hand, in the experimental group was 83.12; the degrees of freedom totaled 25, the sig. (2-tailed) was 0.000, and the standard deviation was 8.500. The computation shows that the t-test has a higher score. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive impact of this method to encourage students’ vocabulary in English Language Program. The vocabulary mostly achieved for pre-test and post- test in the control group was 412 to 370. However, in the experimental group, the pre-test and post-test ranged around 355 to 470. The increasing ratio of the experimental groups in acquiring vocabularies over Internet-Based Resources was 13.90%

However, in interfaith marriages, we often encounter questions about whether or not interfaith marriages are legal and the law in Islam, whether the man or woman is Muslim. Life like this is a necessity that has become the nature or instinct of every human being. Therefore, Islam pays considerable attention to this marriage issue, including marriages between people of different religions or interfaith marriages. Religious texts prohibit Muslim marriages with polytheists. In general, apart from the laws in force in Indonesia, religious teachings also become a "barrier" to marriage. So that most of them took the initiative to carry out marriages abroad or in other ways, namely holding marriages according to the religions of both parties. In this case, those who hold a view based on relativism on religious truth and benefit do not make a problem of marriage between a Muslim and a non-Muslim, both male and female.Berbicara mengenai pernikahan beda agama bukan fenomena baru lagi namun sudah menjadi hal lumrah di masyarakat bahkan sudah menjadi tren di kalangan selebriti. Namun dalam pernikahan beda agama ini sering kali kita jumpai pertanyaan-pertanyaan tentang sah atau tidaknya pernikahan beda agama serta hukumnya dalam agama Islam, baik yang laki-laki atau perempuannya yang muslim. Kehidupan seperti ini merupakan kebutuhan yang telah menjadi fitrah atau naluri setiap manusia. Oleh karena itu, Islam memberikan perhatian yang cukup besar terhadap masalah perkawinan ini, termasuk pernikahan antar umat yang berbeda agama atau pernikahan lintas agama Masalah pernikahan lintas agama ini selalu menjadi bahan perdebatan di kalangan ulama, hal ini karena perbedaan perspektif dalam memahami ayat-ayat atau teks-teks agama yang melarang pernikahan orang Muslim dengan orang musyrik. Umumnya, selain undang-undang yang berlaku di Indonesia, ajaran agama ternyata sedikit banyaknya juga menjadi "penghalang" pernikahan. Sehingga di antara mereka sebagian besar berinisiatif melakukan perkawinan di luar negeri, atau cara lain yaitu mengadakan perkawinan menurut agama kedua belah pihak. Dalam hal ini yang berpandangan dengan dasar relativisme kebenaran agama dan kemaslahatan, tidak mempermasalahkan perkawinan antara seorang Muslim dengan non-Muslim, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan
