Get PDFPeran kepala desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam pembentukan peraturan desa perspektif undang-undang nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang desa dan undang-undang nomor 15 tahun 2019 tentang pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan (studi di desa Tanjung Jaya) Penelitian ini dialksanakan bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala desa dan BPD Tanjung Jaya dalam proses perancangan peraturan desa dengan perspektif undang-undang nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang desa dan undang-undang nomor 15 tahun 2019 tentang pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan Teknik pengambilan sampel snawball sampling dan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data wawancara semi terstruktur/bebas terpimpin dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran kepala desa dan BPD belum sesuai dengan undang-undang yang berlaku dan dalam teknis perancangan peraturan desa belum sesuai dengan peraturan menteri dalam negeri nomor 111 tahun 2014 tentang pedoman teknis peraturan di desa. faktor penghambat dalam perancangan peraturan desa di desa Tanjung Jaya yakni kurangnya komunikasi dan kordinasi kepala desa dan BPD dalam proses menampung aspirasi masyarakat, kurang pahamnnya anggota BPD akan tugas dan fungsinya dan masyarakat yang kurang paham akan perannya menyampaikan aspirasi melalui BPD serta kurang pengetahuannya masyarakat akan tugas dan fungsi BPD untuk menampung aspirasi masyarakat.kurang efektifnya peran kepala desa dan Badan permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) Tanjung Jaya dalam menampung serta menyampaikan aspirasi masyarakat dalam perancangan peraturan desa dan belum sesuainya perancangan peraturan desa di desa Tanjung Jaya sesuai dengan peraturan menteri dalam negeri nomor 111 tahun 2014 tentang pedoman teknik peraturan di desa

Get PDFDissolution of a marriage due to a court decision results in several other legal consequences, including the imposition of the obligation to pay 'iddah, mut'ah, maskan, kiswah, hadhanah, and child maintenance to be borne by the husband. This paper aims to find out how when a court decision is not carried out voluntarily and find a solution so that the decision is not only a pseudo-justice but can guarantee the justice and benefits of the decision in real terms. Based on the author's analysis, it can be concluded that if the decision regarding the ex-husband's obligations is not carried out voluntarily, an application for the execution of the decision can be submitted to the Religious Court which examines the case. The request can be based on the procedural law of the general court, namely article 197 HIR or 207-208 RBg. This effort can be carried out by the ex-wife even though the results are based on the assessment of the panel of judges who examined the case
Baghdadi Method as Alternative System for Learning Qur'an at MT. Nur Hikmah Mampang Depok City
Get PDFThis research is motivated by the fact that there are still many people who are unable to read the Qur'an because they have not found t easy method of learning in reading Qur'an.. To overcome this problem, efforts from various parties are needed. For this reason, the teacher must ensure the right method and approach. Because the right method will guarantee the achievement of a greater and more comprehensive level of success. This research aims to improve the ability to read the Qur'an, introduce harakat, and the preparation of hijaiyah letters based on makharijul letters. The results of this research were obtained from observations, assessments that were tried twice, and interviews with children. Based on the analysis of information on children's activities above, it can be concluded that the dominant activity carried out is learning with the Baghdadi method, which is 30%, on the contrary, based on interviews, the Baghdadi method is very appropriate and interesting to use. So it can be concluded that this method is very interesting and supports the learning process of children. The results of the last test showed an increase in understanding of reading the Qur'an so that it reached the predetermined success indicators.

PENGARUH ADOPSI INTERNASIONAL FINANCIAL REPORTING STANDARD (IFRS), LEVERAGE, DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP KUALITAS LABA
Get PDFAbstract: The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of international financial reporting standards adoption, leverage, profitability on profit quality, this type of research uses quantitative research using annual data. The population used is companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange that adopted and have not adopted IFRS in the period 2015-2019. The regression used is OLS (Ordinary Least Square) by taking a sample of 14 companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The results of this study showed that from the ifrs variable, leverage, and profitability only ifrs variables had a significant effect on the quality of profit in 14 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Keywords: IFRS; leverage; Profit Quality.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh adopsi international financial reporting standars, leverage, profitabilitas terhadap kualitas laba, jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data tahunan. Populasi yang digunakan ialah perusahaan terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia yang mengadopsi dan belum mengadopsi IFRS pada periode 2015-2019. Regresi yang digunakan ialah OLS (Ordinary Least Square) dengan mengambil sampel 14 perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari variabel ifrs, leverage, dan profitabilitas hanya variabel ifrs yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laba di 14 perusahaan yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

THE URBAN MUSLIM THOUGHT IN THE AGE OF INFORMATION: THE MUHAMMADIYAH’S DIGITAL QUR’ANIC INTERPRETATION
Get PDFThe advances in information technology change human movement in all aspects, especially urban Muslim communities. The urban Muslim communities such as the Muhammadiyah respond to the technological movements by doing the digital interpretation. This research analyzes the interpretation of the Muhammadiyah which focuses on Tafsir at-Tanwir through the Tarjih Channel of Majelis Tarjih and Tajdid PP. Muhammadiyah. The research addresses two points, namely: the method and the character of digital interpretation by Muhammadiyah presented in Tarjih Channel YouTube. This research uses the descriptive analytical Qualitative in analysing the data. The Data were collected by data condensation, reduction, presentation, and data conclusion. The results of the research show that: 1) a new form or a new media of interaction with the Qur’an in digital era, 2) the tahlily and the maudhu’i methods which are contained in presenting Tafsir at-Tanwir, and 3) the Tafsir at-Tanwir takes part in the development of contemporary interpretations, especially in the dissemination of interpretations digitally. in addition, another contribution is Muslims are now closer and easier in accessing in Qur’anic interpretation than before. These findings indicate that the urban Muslims, especially the Muhammadiyah, contribute to da'wah through the interpretation of Qur'anic verses in digital media on the tarjih channel

The involvement of the government in strengthening and empowering the community through assistance and community self-help requires assistance based on needs and coordination. The collection of the data gained from primary data by administering a survey method particularly by using a questionnaire.
There is a correlation in which the higher the empowerment processes the more abilities to create community empowerment will be. The existence of sufficient human resources and natural resources is the main things in empowerment. The application of the results of this study is that empowerment wants the development of human capital, and it will be even better if empowerment is supported by the development of the ability of the perpetrators of empowerment
Problems in the Formation of Language Environment in Learning Arabic

This study aims to find out how to solve the implementation of an environmental program in Arabic and the problems there, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of language activities. By using The descriptive analysis method, sample of data collected by interview, observation and documentation. The results of the data analysis show that the students lack the desire to learn Arabic, due to the lack of support from those closest to them, an environment that does not support progress in educational attainment and students lack self-confidence. Attempts to solve it the school is trying to improve the skills of teachers by involving them in educational trainings from the government

The results of the study 1) the process of developing the module 2) the quality of the developed module is very feasible with the percentage of material 96% in the very good category then media 95% very good category, then learning of 96% category is good, the results of the responses from the students stated that they were very interesting. The effectiveness of the product can be seen from the increase in learning outcomes reaching 14.35. It was concluded that the al-qowaid al-nahwiyah module developed by the researcher was effective, feasible for learning nahwu
LEVEL KEMAMPUAN LITERASI MAHASISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA MATERI STATISTIKA
Get PDFKemampuan literasi siswa Indonesia pada tahun 2018 masih berada di bawah nilai rata-rata internasional berdasarkan hasil Programme for International Student Assessment. Masih rendahnya kemampuan matematika tersebut dikarenakan siswa saat belajar di kelas hanya terbiasa mengerjakan soal prosedural. Guru memiliki peranan besar dalam membantu membangun kemampuan literasi siswa. Dapat dianologikan bahwa sebelum mahasiswa menjadi seorang guru harus memiliki kemampuan literasi matematika yang baik. Mahasiswa harus terbiasa mengerjakan soal literasi yang sesuai dengan kemampuan mereka. Perlu dilakukan suatu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui level kemampuan literasi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan soal PISA. Indikator atau aspek literasi matematika yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini dikategorikan ke dalam 5 level. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif eksploratif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas peneliti sendiri dan soal tes kemampuan literasi matematika yang diadopsi dari soal PISA. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas NU Kalimantan Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahawa dari keseluruhan mahasiswa dapat dikelompokkan ke dalam tiga level berbeda. Satu orang masuk level 6, lima orang berada di level 4, dan 3 orang hanya memenuhi level 1. Hal ini menunjukkan secara garis besar level literasi mahasiswa prodi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas NU Kalimantan Selatan hanya sampai menjelaskan pendapatnya berdasarkan pada pemahaman, alasan dan rumusan mereka sendiri namun belum masuk ke tahap menjabarkan dan merumuskan jawabannya berdasarkan pada pemahaman dan data yang tersedia
PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO ANIMASI BERBASIS POWTOON PADA MATERI MATRIKS
Get PDFPengembangan ini dilakukan karena respon peserta didik kurang antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran matematika pada materi matriks disebabkan pendidik masih menggunakan media pembelajaran yang kurang menarik akibatnya membuat peserta didik bosan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk: (1) untuk mengetahui kelayakan hasil pengembangan media video animasi matematika berbasis powtoon pada materi matriks; (2) untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap hasil pengembangan media video animasi matematika berbasis powtoon pada materi matriks. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) atau R&D dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari Analysis, Design, Development dan Implement. Lokasi Penelitian di SMK Negeri 3 Metro. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 peserta didik kelas XI TKJ A di SMK Negeri 3 Metro. Materi yang dikembangkan adalah materi matriks. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi ahli media, lembar validasi ahli materi dan lembar angket respon peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk ahli media memperoleh nilai rata-rata persentase sebesar 88% dengan jawaban “sangat valid” nilai persentase ahli media pertama sebesar 93%, ahli media kedua sebesar 84%, dan ahli materi sebesar 98% kemudian respon peserta didik terhadap pengembangan media video animasi pembelajaran pada materi matriks pada saat uji coba produk memperoleh jawaban “menarik” dengan nilai rata-rata persentase sebesar 71%. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media video animasi pembelajaran berbasis powtoon pada materi matriks sudah layak dan menarik untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah
