No full textIslamic therapeutic communication tries to give positive suggestions to patients by carrying out good communication interaction activities that in sickness and the problems of life there is a very big wisdom behind it. Therapeutic communication that is built will have a tremendous psychological impact on people who are sick or are experiencing very severe problems. Therefore, Islamic therapeutic communication is very important to restore the psychological state of someone who was originally down and then has the spirit again. Analysis and Steps of Therapeutic Communication in da'wah is essentially a form of interpersonal communication that is specifically aimed at the recovery process or certain therapy. No full textKreativitas guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar masih sangat kurang, khususnya buku saku digital matematika. Salah satu alternatif bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan minat siswa yaitu dengan mengembangkan bahan ajar buku saku digital berbasis kontekstual pada siswa kelas VIII. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengembangkan bahan ajar buku saku digital berbasis kontekstual materi relasi dan fungsi; (2) Mengetahui bagiamana kelayakan buku saku digital berbasis kontekstual materi relasi dan fungsi; (3) Mengetahui bagaimana respon siswa terhadap buku saku digital berbasis kontekstual materi relasi dan fungsi. Penelitian Pengembangan dengan tahapan sampai pada tahap kelima. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa skala penilaian untuk mengetahui kelayakan buku saku digital serta mengetahui respon siswa yaitu menggunakan skala likert dengan empat penilaian. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah mengumpulkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dari ahli materi, ahli bahan ajar, guru mata pelajaran dan siswa SMP N 2 Sukadana. Hasil Penelitian ini berupa: (1) bahan ajar buku saku digital berbasis kontekstual materi relasi dan fungsi; (2) Penilaian dari ahli materi, diperoleh rata-rata dengan kategori sangat layak, penilaian dari ahli bahan ajar diperoleh rata-rata dengan kategori sangat layak serta guru mata pelajaran diperoleh rata-rata dengan kategori sangat layak; (3) respon peserta didik berdasarkan dari beberapa aspek diperoleh presentase dengan kategori sangat layak

Since established, this market passesrapid development. This condition proved by the increasing of the number of Cadger and visitor. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The purpose of this research is to describe of Sunday morning management strategy and the result of economic increasing which is gotten by Cadger in Sunday Morning Market. Informan determination technique utilizes purpose sampling technique. Data collecting technique utilizes are observation, interview and documentation. All data seen the validity of data through tringaluation of source and data, and then analized by data reduction process, display data and conclution. The result of this research indicates that management strategy which utilized by team management of Sunday Morning market in Sultan Agung Stadiummakes regulation to Cadger registration, chose the retribution (cost for Cadger), selection for seller, information center, cleaning service, seller experiment, make a role for seller of Sunday Morning Sultan Agung Stadiummarket. Relocation about location determination and the increasing of people contribution into develop market of Sunday Morning Sultan Agung Stadium. Acoording those aspects, there are four strategyes which influencing the economy of Cadger, namely: location choice, inforrmation center, retribution and seller choice. All strategies are convenient with the axioms of Islamic economy, namely unity, equilibrium, free will and responsibility
Analisis Kondisi Belajar Siswa pada Pandemi Menuju Pasca Pandemi di SMA Negeri 5 Sungai Penuh
No full textSiswa dihadapkan dengan proses pergeseran pola belajar dari masa pandemi menuju pasca pandemi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi belajar siswa sebelum dan setalah pandemi covid 19, di SMAN 5 Sungai Penuh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian ex post facto dengan pendekatan penelitian kombinasi model Sequential Exlanatory. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan angket dan lembar observasi. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa masing-masing siswa memiliki perbedaaan kesiapan dan kondisi pembelajaran yang berbeda selama pandemi menunju pasca pandemi. Hal tersebut di tunjukkan dengan presentase kesiapan dan adapatasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kesiapan siswa selama pandemi covid 19
UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KREATIVITAS MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA KOLASE DI KELOMPOK B TK AISYIYAH KAUMAN METRO
Get PDFKreativitas anak kelompok B TK Aisyiyah Kauman Metro belum berkembang secara optimal, dari 21 anak di kelas ada 14 anak yang kreativitasnya belum berkembang dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak melalui kegiatan kolase. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, subyek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B yang berjumlah 21 anak. Obyek yang diteliti adalah kreativitas anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kreativitas anak mengalami peningkaan pada kriteria berkembang sangat baik (BSB) sebesar 85,71% setelah diberikan tindakan melalui kegiatan kolase menggunakan bahan kertas dan bahan buatan yang memberikan kebebasan anak untuk bereksplorasi, memilih bahan dan warna yang cocok, bebas menggunting, menyobek, memotong dan menggulung bahan sesuai keinginan serta menggunakan alat-alat yang disediakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak. Peningkatan tersebut berupa anak mampu membuat bentuk tempelan dari bahan kolase dengan bervariasi dan menjawab pertanyaan dari guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kreativitas anak kelompok B TK Aisyiyah Kauman Metro dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan kolase

Saudi Patria Wisata Kota Metro merupakan salah satu analisis yang telah banyak digunakan oleh organisasi, perusahaan maupun lembaga pemerintah. Salah satu alasan mengapa analisis ini cukup mendasar sebagai senjata dalam menentukan solusi terbaik dalam konflik yang mungkin terjadi dalam perusahaan. Analisis SWOT membantu untuk menentukan kekuatan dan kelemahan dari perusahaan, sebelum menetapkan tujuan dan tindakan yang logis atas analisis tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan atau field research. Sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Saudi Patria Wisata Kota Metro dalam kondisi prima dan mantap sehingga memungkinkan untuk dapat terus melakukan pengembangan, tumbuh dan meraih kemajuan secara maksimal.

Penjabaran Nilai-Nilai Pluralisme Perspektif Nurcholish Madjid dalam Konteks Pendidikan Islam Multikultural
Get PDFPlural-multicultural-based Islamic education becomes very urgent in its implementation to compensate for the reality of plurality. Nurcholish Madjid is one of the figures who are very vociferous in voicing the idea of pluralism, but it takes a strong reading/analysis in describing his ideas. This research includes a literature review with a content analysis method with hermeneutics. The results showed that the idea of Nurcholish pluralism can be described in seven main themes, namely the themes of tolerance, democracy, justice, humanity, equality of degrees, brotherhood, and local cultural wisdom with their own peculiarities. These themes are very important to be implemented in Islamic education to create a multicultural-based Islamic education
Pola Pendidikan Karakter Pada Masa Pandemi di Pondok Pesantren Makrifatul Ilmi Bengkulu
Get PDFIslamic boarding schools are educational institutions in the midst of society that are at the forefront of launching character education for students, especially during the current Covid-19 pandemic. This research on character education was conducted at the Makrifatul Ilmi Islamic boarding school, South Bengkulu with the aim of knowing the values instilled in students in the formation of their character as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used in this research is descriptive content analysis with the type of field research. Thus, the results of the study indicate that the implementation of character education during the pandemic at the Makrifatul Ilmi Islamic Boarding School South Bengkulu is carried out in the classroom and outside the classroom, which includes the cultivation of religious values, independence, humility, honesty, respect for achievement, love for the environment, social care, creative, likes to read, tolerance, responsibility, discipline, cooperation, hard work, and creativity. To realize these character values, the example of educators is very decisive. Therefore, educators are expected to be able to improve their functions in terms of educating, guiding, directing, training, and motivating so that students are accustomed to behaving with good character values
Using Online Podcast as a Speaking Activity in Online Classroom
Get PDFIn digital era, English educators are required to improve the quality of the learning instruction by integrating technology in learning process. Yet, challenges occur in integrating technology in speaking activity. The aim of the current study was to seek for students’ perspectives on using online podcast as a speaking activity in online classroom. The study used qualitative approach with the total of 47 English for Specific Purpose students coming from Tourism Management program participated in the study. The data were gathered through questionnaire distribution and interview and analyzed through three stages, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The result showed that most of the students perceived the online podcast as a positive activity for their speaking skill. Majority of the students admitted the use of online podcast in online classroom motivates them to practice their speaking, enhance their creativity, and improve their public speaking skill
