Get PDFKBIH adalah lembaga atau yayasan sosial Islam dan pemerintah bergerak di bidang Bimbingan Ibadah Haji untuk jamaah haji di dalam negeri maupun saat pelaksanaan ibadah haji di Tanah Suci.KBIH sebagai organisai sosial kemasyarakatan diberikan wewenang oleh pemerintah untuk menyelenggarakan bimbingan haji.Sebagai lembaga bimbingan ibadah haji KBIH memerlukan adanya manajemen pelayanan.Manajemen pelayanan manasik haji merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yang meliputi pelayanan, pembinaan dan perlindungan jamaah haji.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pelayanan manasik haji yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, evaluasi terhadap kepuasan jamaah di KBIH Alfalahus Saadah Kota Gajah.Dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan.Sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis data menggunakan teknik purposive samplingHasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : KBIH Alfalahus Saadah, pada dasarnya telah menerapkan fungsi manajemen mualai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta pengawasan dan evaluasi.Serta kepuasan calon jamaah haji terhadap pelayanan di KBIH Alfalahus Saadah Kota Gajah dipengaruhi oleh pelayanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan jamaah.

No full textPenelitian ini mengungkapkan analisis SWOT dalam pelayanan pendaftaran Haji di Kementerian Agama Kota Metro dari kekuatan, kelemahan, pelung dan ancaman merupakan suatu analisis yang telah banyak digunakan oleh lembaga/organisasi. Rumusan masalah yang ada adalah bagaimana pelayanan pendaftaran Haji di Kementerian Agama Kota Metro.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan pendaftaran Haji di Kementerian Agama Kota Metro yang meliputi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, hambatan.
Dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian field research. Sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik data kualitatif dengan berpikir induktif. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari melalui sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder, dengan menggunakan metode mengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.
Berdasakan penelitian yang telah dilakukan di peroleh hasil dan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: pelayanan Pendaftaran Haji di Kementerian Agama Kota Metro sudah cukup baik dalam sebuah pelayanan bagi calon jamaah yang akan melakukan pendaftaran seperti kemudahan dalam pengurusan pelayanan, mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik, mendapatkan perlakuan yang sama tanpa pilih kasih namun dalam kenyataanya belom semuanya maksimal dalam penerapanya hal tersebut terlihat adanya kendala dalam akses internet yang menghambat dalam kelancaran pelayanan pendaftaran haji serta pemahaman calon jamaah haji berbeda-beda saat proses pemberian pelayanan di Kementerian Agama Kota Metro
Perbandingan Ijma dan Qiyas Tentang Nikah Mut'ah Menurut Ulama Sunni dan Syi'ah
No full textArtikel ini pertujuan membahas tentang perbandingan Ijma dan Qiyas tentang nikah mut’ah oleh Sunni dan Syiah. Nikah mut’ah atau sering disebut sebagai kawin kontrak merupakan hal yang lazim bagi penganut paham Syiah di Iran. Di Indonesia sendiri, nikah mut’ah juga terjadi di berbagai daerah salah satunya yang paling menonjol adalah di Puncak Bogor Jawa Barat. Nikah mut'ah atau kawin kontrak akhir-akhir ini banyak dilakukan oleh sebagian umat Islam Indonesia, terutama kalangan pemuda dan mahasiswa. Praktik nikah mut`ah telah menimbulkan keprihatinan, kekhawatiran, dan keresahan bagi para orang tua, ulama, pendidik, tokoh masyarakat, dan umat Islam Indonesia pada umumnya, serta dipandang sebagai alat propaganda paham Syi`ah di Indonesia. Islam sebagai ajaran yang sesuai dengan fitrah, telah mensyari’atkan adanya pernikahan bagi setiap manusia. Namun, pernikahan dalam pandangan Islam bukan hanya sekedar formalisasi hubungan suami istri, pergantian status, serta upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan fitrah manusia.

SOCIALISM AND NATIONALISM: A COMPARISON BETWEEN THE THOUGHT OF H.O.S. TJOKROAMINOTO AND ALIMIN PRAWIRODIRJO
Get PDFOemar Said Tjokroaminoto and Alimin bin Prawirodirdjo were Indonesian founding fathers who played a salient role in the national movement and represented two influential groups and ideas of their time, Islamism, and communism. Due to their significant roles in the Indonesia independent movement and the broader Indonesian political thought, exploring their ideas is important. Hence, this article aims to analyze their thoughts on nationalism and socialism. By using a qualitative approach, this study traces two sources of data. First, references that contain the statements of these two figures and other scientific references. Second, confirming them based on analysis of two key informants' interviews. The study has demonstrated that Tjokroaminoto and Alimin's views on socialism and nationalism overlap in some regards and diverge in other aspects
ISLAMIC EDUCATION PARADIGM ON RELIGIOUS UNDERSTANDING IN INDONESIA (A CASE STUDY AT ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL OF AL-MUAYYAD SURAKARTA)
Get PDFThis research stems from the anxiety that Islamic boarding schools seen as Islamic educational institutions have different understandings in interpreting religious teachings, so their actualization in society is also different. Al-Muayyad Islamic Boarding School is more moderate, thus it is highlighted as an Islamic educational institution used as a breeding ground for terrorism. This research aims to determine the concept and the implications of education and religious understanding at Islamic Boarding School of Al-Muayyad Surakarta in the community. The type of this research applied descriptive qualitative method of field studies. The data collection used observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis employed the interpretation of cohesion with the verstehen method. This method means an interpretation attempted to explain the observed sociological phenomena in accordance with the meaning given by the object being observed.
The results indicate that the Al-Muayyad Islamic Boarding School as a traditional Islamic educational institution aims to understand and practice Islamic teachings by emphasizing moral values. The concept of Islamic education implemented by Al-Muayyad Islamic Boarding School is in the process of creating integrated values and students’ personalities. First, the commitment of Islamic education to tafaqquh fi al-din. Second, long term education. Third, the concept of integrative education. Fourth, to display the concept of Islamic education as a whole. Al-Muayyad as a salafiyah Islamic Education places Islam as a manhaj al-fikr, building an Islamic character that is tawasuth and inclusive. Aswaja as manhaj al-fikr provides a frame in the creation of Islam respecting tradition, pluralism, tolerance, democracy and other humanistic values in accordance with the concept of maqashid al-syariah which includes five basic human rights. The concept of jihad is comprehended as a form of attitude and response to existing human values, in addition to Al-Muayyad as a sub-culture of society

Get PDFThis article examines the Legal pluralism of divorce in Aceh, even though the government has regulated divorce laws that apply nationally. However, the Ulama Consultative Assembly (MPU) of Aceh Has issued a fatwa whose legal substance was different from the divorce regulations made by the government, coupled with the legal conditions for divorce in Acehnese people who are fanatical to the school (mazhab) of Shafi'i which is theoretically different from the divorce law in Indonesia. This type of research is doctrinal with a legal pluralism approach. This article aims to analyze the dynamics of divorce law in Acehnese society. The results show that there are three kinds of law that normatively and sociologically apply in Aceh, namely fikih munakat, fatwa and state law, and each has its own legal concept regarding divorce
Implemetasi Teori Motivasi Abraham Maslow dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam
Get PDFThe success of Islamic religious learning is based on achievements that are prioritizing character-building aspects, conscience, and concern for social phenomena in society. In order to achieve them, teachers must emphasize the students' learning motivation and engagement in the learning process by employing a humanist approach to learning. One of these approaches was initiated by Abraham Maslow in the form of a motivation theory or a theory centered on meeting student needs. This study aimed to describe the implementation of Abraham Maslow's motivation theory in Islamic religious learning. This qualitative study employed field research which collected data from direct interviews with Islamic religious teachers and seventh-grade students, and essential data relating to the variables studied from observation and documentation. The analysis used in this research was the phenomenology approach and the text related to it. Based on the findings, it was stated that the implementation of Abraham Maslow's motivation theory has been fully implemented. These needs were the fulfillment of physiological needs; fulfillment of security needs, love and affection needs, social needs, and self-actualization needs. By fulfilling these needs, students not only acquire good learning outcomes but also can develop their potential in other fields well

Get PDFIt is inappropriate for people to be trapped in products containing elements of usury which result in imperfection of the pilgrimage because they depart in a way that contains elements of gharar. The practice opens the door to danger, and brings harm. The Ministry of Religion which has the authority to evaluate the existence of hajj bailout funds with the Regulation of the Minister of Religion (PMA) RI No. 24 of 2016. The Hajj bailout fund is intended to meet the customer's lack of funds in meeting the minimum requirements to get the Hajj portion. This program is enough to ease the people in preparing for the departure of the pilgrimage. For LKS, this program is also a benefit where LKS gets Ujrah from every customer who participates in the Hajj bailout program. On the other hand, the bailout program creates and contains disadvantages that are not in accordance with Islamic ethics. Hajj bailouts incur debts that can cause damage to the purity of the pilgrimage. The Hajj bailout financing contract at LKS attracts ujrah based on the time and amount of the bailout fund. This practice is not in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 29 of 2002. The hajj bailout has an effect on the length and length of the waiting list for hajj departures
HALAL CUISINE IN MUSLIM-MINORITY URBAN PREFERENCE: CASE STUDY IN MANADO
Get PDFHalal cuisine becomes a captivating phenomenon not only among the Muslim regions but also in non-Muslim districts. This paper aims to reveal the phenomenon of halal cuisine in the Muslim minority region in Manado, North Sulawesi. This research used qualitative research with the study case approach. 5 Muslim merchants were interviewed to obtain some information according to this research. The result revealed the existence of Muslim merchants who are selling their halal cuisine in Manado as a Muslim minority religion and they are confident about the potency of halal cuisine development in Manado. The other findings show that the halal sign (logo) has been used by Muslim merchants to ensure the customers that the cuisine they promote is halal. Further, they disclose that the buyers come from Muslim customers and non-Muslim customers interested in buying their product. It can be concluded that even though Manado is known as a Muslim minority region, Muslim merchants possess a good position in Manado as merchants who are promoting their halal cuisine
