    Pengembangan SDM bagi Nazhir Wakaf di Lingkkungan Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jambi

    Wakaf memiliki potensi dan manfaat ekonomi sehingga perlu dikelola secara efektif dan efisien, bukan hanya untuk kepentingan ibadah tetapi juga dapat memajukan kesejahteraan umum. Pengelolaan wakaf yang baik terletak pada peran nazhir wakaf sehingga nazhir wakaf perlu mendapatkan pendampingan dan pelatihan agar dapat menjadi nadzir yang profesional dan kompeten. Untuk itulah, pengabdian kepada masyarakat  dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) atau Pengembangan Komunitas Berdasarkan Aset Penting. Metode ini memiliki maksud agar komunitas yang dalam hal ini adalah nadzir wakaf dapat memahami dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan aset-aset wakaf. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui workshop pelatihan pengembangan sumber daya manusia bagi nadzir wakaf  ini diharapkan dapat membentuk profesionalisme nadzir yang amanah dan mandiri. Hal ini dikarenakan pengelolaan wakaf yang produktif terletak pada peran nadzir yang profesional yang dapat dilihat dari parameter amanah (dapat dipercaya), shiddiq (jujur), fathanah (cerdas), dan tabligh (transparan). Dengan parameter profesionalisme tersebut, pengelolaan wakaf yang produktif dapat dimaksimalkan untuk mendukung perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat

    SAVI Learning Model in Improving Students' Learning Interest and Thinking Ability in Balaghah Learning

    This study aims to determine the effect of the SAVI learning model (Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intellectual) on students' learning interests and critical thinking skills in the Balaghah  subject at the Adnan Al-Charis Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research type with a non-equivalent control group design. Class A is the control class with 15 students, and class B is the experimental class with 15 students. Data collection methods include observation, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis used descriptive statistics, sample t-test, and the N-Gain test. From the results of this study, it was obtained 1) The SAVI learning model was effective in increasing students' interest in learning. The results of the independent sample t-test (2-tailed) < 0.05, which is 0.000; 2) The SAVI learning model is less effective in improving students' critical thinking skills. The N-Gain result for the experimental class is 59%; 3) There is an influence between the SAVI learning model on students' learning interest, the results of Sig (2-tailed) < 0.05, which is equal to 0.000, while the SAVI learning model has no influence on students' critical thinking skills, the results of Sig (2-tailed) > 0.05, namely of 0.903

    Every single parent has duties, functions, and methods that are applied to teenage children so that they can be more independent and disciplined in carrying out fardhu prayers. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of single parent parents in growing the independence of praying fardhu prayers in adolescent children. The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is good communication and cooperation between parents and children, as well as carrying out the duties and functions of parents correctly. So, the role of single parent parents in growing the independence of praying fardhu prayers in teenagers is that parents must be able to carry out their duties and functions well, and be able to establish good communication and cooperation between parents and children so that children can socialize well and Teenagers are able to carry out fardhu prayers properly without coercion from others (based on their own desires

    Cocoa waste that is not handled seriously will cause environmental problems such as an unpleasant odor. Cocoa waste will have a significant role if used as alternative energy, namely briquettes. Utilization of cocoa shells into briquettes can be developed into LKPD teaching materials. This study aims to produce worksheets for making cocoa shell briquettes as teaching materials for high school students. The research method used is the research and development method (Research and Development/R&D). The results of the research that has been done show the feasibility of LKPD according to material experts and media experts. Material validation was carried out twice, so that an average score of 45 was obtained with a percentage of 90% and included in the "Very Good" category while media validation was carried out twice, so that an average score of 40 was obtained with a percentage of 80% and included in the category " Well". This is supported by the results of field trials from small group trials obtained an average score of 43.9 with a percentage of 87.8% so that it has a very good category and the results of the teacher's response obtained an average score of 44 with a percent value 88% has a very good category.     COMPARISON OF THE CONCEPTS OF DEMOCRATIC AND SHURA SYSTEMS OF GOVERNMENT

    The concept of a system of government of Democracy and Shura is often debated. Opinions related to the  Islamic system of government are interconnected with the democratic system arises because in Islamic government, there is a concept of shura which is considered the same as the concept of democracy. Shura is a constitutional principle in Islamic nomocracy because, at the time of the Prophet SAW, the application pattern varied, then in the development of Islamic government. At the same time, democracy can be interpreted as a government managed by the people in a society. The people are important as the source of sovereignty and power. In this study, researchers describe the similarities and differences between democratic and shura government systems. In this study, the author used library research data collection techniques. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the difference between democratic and shura government systems is the source of democracy. The voice of the people is the legitimacy of the voice of God. Whereas in Shura, God's voice must be the people's voice. The similarity of the concept of shura with the idea of democracy is that they both recognize and respect the right of each individual to express an opinion.     IMPLEMETASI HUKUM KELUARGA ISLAM PADA UNDANG-UNDANG PERKAWINAN DI INDONESIA MENGENAI HAK MEMILIH PASANGAN BAGI PEREMPUAN

    This paper discusses the implementation of Islamic family law in Indonesia's marriage law regarding the right to choose a partner for women with the main problem explaining how the interrelationships of the values ​​of Islamic family law are absorbed in Indonesian laws. Utilizing a literature study whose primary data sources come from books, journals and statutes, this research finds that Indonesia, as a country known for its Muslim majority and having many ethnicities and cultures, also adopts the principles of equality in Islam implemented in Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 is included in the realm of choosing a mate for women. As stipulated in UUP No. 1 of 1974 concerning the conditions for marriage regulated in Article 6 Paragraph 1, namely that there must be the consent of the bride, meaning that the woman is willing to be married by a man who wants to marry her without any coercion. What is contained in Article 6 Paragraph 1 UUP No. 1 of 1974 is in line with the mission of Islam, namely the principle of equality for women. This aims to build a happy and eternal household and of course in line with human rights.Tulisan ini membahas tentang implemetasi hukum keluarga Islam pada Undang-undang perkawinan di Indonesia mengenai hak memilih pasangan bagi perempuan dengan pokok masalah menjelaskan bagaimana keterkaitan nilai-nilai dari hukum keluarga Islam terserap dalam peraturan undang-undang di Indonesia. Memanfaatkan studi kepustakaan yang sumber-sumber data primernya berasal dari buku-buku, jurnal dan kitab undang-undang, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Indonesia sebagai negara yang dikenal dengan mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam dan memiliki banyak suku dan budaya juga ternyata mengadopsi asas-asas kesetaraan dalam Islam yang diimplementasikan dalam Undang-Undang Perkawinan No. 1 Tahun 1974 termasuk dalam ranah memilih jodoh bagi perempuan. Termaktub pada UUP No. 1 Tahun 1974 mengenai syarat-syarat pernikahan yang diatur pada Pasal 6 Ayat 1 yakni harus adanya persetujuan dari mempelai perempuan, artinya kerelaan perempuan untuk dinikahi oleh laki-laki yang hendak menikahinya tanpa ada paksaan. Apa yang termaktub pada pada Pasal 6 Ayat 1 UUP No. 1 Tahun 1974 tersebut sejalan dengan misi dari Islam yakni asas kesetaraan bagi perempuan. Hal tersebut bertujuan guna membangun rumah tangga yang bahagia dan kekal dan tentunya searah dengan hak asasi manusia

    PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA PESERTA DIDIK (LKPD) BERBASIS NILAI-NILAI ISLAMI BERDASARKAN PENDEKATAN KONTEKSTUAL

    Penelitian dilakukan di Mts N 1 Lampung Timur  yang seelumnya hanya menerapkan bahan ajar buku cetak. Pada hal ini, proses pembelajaran masih kurang menarik dan kurang menumbuhkan semangat siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar cetak LKPD berbasis nilai-nilai islami berdasarkan pendekatan kontekstual dengan materi Garis dan Sudut pada kelas VII SMP/MTs N 1 Lampung Timur Semester Genap. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development or production, Implementation, and Evaluation). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar angket validasi ahli materi, media dan agama untuk mengetahui kevalidan LKPD, sedangkan untuk mengetahui kepraktisan LKPD menggunakan angket respon peserta didik. Hasil penilaian kevalidan diperoleh dari validasi ahli materi 81,5% pada kategori sangat valid, ahli media 71,8% pada kategori valid serta ahli agama 9,0% termasuk kedalam kategori sangat. Sedangkan hasil penilaian kepraktisan berdasarkan angket dari peserta didik yang diberikan kepada 10 siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 87,8%  termasuk kedalam kategori sangat praktis.     The customary law of the people of Lampung in Sukadana District is guided by the Ketaro Adat Lappung which is a book used for the people of Lampung Pepadun. The Lampung Adat Ketaro Manuscript contains customary rules, regarding rules of conduct, marriage, appointment of counterweights, and fines and sanctions (Cepalo 12 (severe sanctions) and Cepalo 80 (ordinary sanctions)) for those who violate customary rules in indigenous peoples. This research is qualitative descriptive research (field research) with inductive thinking. The methods used were interviews, documentation, and observation. Respondents were obtained through purposive sampling techniques. Researchers use language translators in interviews. The implementation of Lampung customary law in relation to customary sanctions has been actualized. If someone violates customary law, he is obliged to report the customary elder regarding his mistake and apologize and repent, then the customary elders consult to decide on a sanction. After the sanction is paid, the pepadun will be upright again. Sanctions for violations, namely compensation for immaterial damages, payment of customary money to those affected, shame cover, apologies, various death sentences, exile (non-active) from society and placing the person outside the legal system.     The importance of teacher talk in Arabic-speaking learning is not only as a medium to organize the class and train the students. However, also a source of language acquisition and a means for achieving learning objectives. This research aims to: 1) explore the type of teacher talk modes in Arabic Speaking learning, 2) explore the most dominant type of teacher talk modes that occurs in Arabic Speaking learning. The researcher used a qualitative approach, and the type of this research is a case study. The methods of data collection are observation and interview. The results of this study indicate that: 1) All four types of teacher talk modes in the SETT framework (Managerial mode, Material mode, Skills and Systems mode and Classroom Context mode) occur in Arabic Speaking learning, and 2) The Managerial Mode is the most dominant type of teacher talk mode that occurs in Arabic-speaking

    Dalam penelitian ini, siswa MI Quhas School Kota Jambi akan dievaluasi tingkat kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) dan kecerdasan intelektual (IQ) serta hubungannya satu sama lain. Dengan complete sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel, penelitian ini mengambil pendekatan kuantitatif. Menurut temuan penelitian yang didasarkan pada data yang dikumpulkan dan dibahas di atas, siswa di Sekolah MI Quhas Kota Jambi menunjukkan hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) dan kecerdasan intelektual (IQ) yang didominasi oleh mereka yang mendapat nilai di kategori “sangat baik” (31,25%), “baik” (35,42%), “sedang” (20,83%), dan “rendah” (12,50%). Mengenai kecerdasan intelektual siswa, siswa menduduki kategori “sangat baik” dengan 35,42%, kategori “baik” dengan 37,50%, kategori “sedang” dengan 18,75%, dan kategori “rendah” dengan sisanya 8,33%. Hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan intelektual murid dan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) juga dapat disimpulkan dari temuan uji korelasi (IQ). Dengan demikian, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual (IQ) siswa secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan spiritual (SQ)
