SWOT: IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI MOBILE BANKING TERHADAP KUALITAS LAYANAN BANK MUAMALAT
Get PDFThis research identifies the advantages and disadvantages of using mobile banking in Islamic banking services, and looks for opportunities and threats that may arise as a result of the use of this technology. The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of mobile banking applications on the quality of Bank Muamalat's services using a SWOT analysis approach. Descriptive qualitative research methods, using primary and secondary data, provide a comprehensive overview of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with the use of mobile banking in Islamic banking services. Research shows that the use of mobile banking has great potential in improving the quality of Islamic banking services. The advantages found include efficiency, ease of access, low operational costs, and 24-hour service accessibility. However, there are also disadvantages such as reliance on a good internet connection, the risk of digital crime, and additional costs. This research makes an important contribution in understanding the factors that influence the implementation of mobile banking in the quality of Bank Muamalat KC's services. Pontianak

Pemahaman terhadap kesetaraan gender menjadi syarat bagi kehidupan kampus yang lebih berkualitas dikarenakan setiap individu mendapatkan hak dan kesempatan yang sama. Kesetaraan gender yang ideal akan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan pengajaran, termasuk kualitas SDM yang dihasilkan kampus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman kesetaraan gender mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpul data menggunakan angket pemahaman kesetaraan gender, meliputi 2 aspek, pertama; pemahaman atas konsep dan peran gender dan kedua; pemahaman atas praktik ketidaksetaraan gender. Secara umum ditemukan 3 kategori, yakni mahasiswa yang memiliki pemahaman kesetaraan gender yang rendah sebesar 8,06%, sedang sebanyak 86,08%, dan tinggi sebesar 5,06%. Tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap peran dan konsep gender lebih rendah dari aspek analisis permasalahan ketidakadilan gender. Hal ini disebabkan konsep dan peran gender belum terinternalisasi dengan benar, walaupun demikian pemahaman terhadap ketidakadilan gender dapat dipahami dengan lebih baik.
Kata Kunci: Profil, Kesadaran Kesetaraan Gender, Mahasiswa, FTK UIN AntasariAwareness of gender equality is required to achieve a higher quality campus life because every individual gets the same rights and opportunities. The ideal gender equality will improve the quality of education and teaching, including the quality of human resources on campus. This study aims to determine the level of awareness of gender equality of students of the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection instrument uses a gender equality awareness questionnaire, covering 2 aspects, first; the concept and role of gender and second; gender inequality awareness. In general, there are 3 categories; students who have a low awareness of gender equality by 8.06%, medium by 86.08%, and high by 5.06%. The level of student understanding of gender roles and concepts is lower than the analysis aspect of gender inequality problems. This is because the concept and role of gender have not been properly internalised, although the understanding of gender inequality can be better understood.

Pelatihan Digital Marketing untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan Batik Pamekasan di Desa Sentra Batik Klampar Kecamatan Proppo Kabupaten Pamekasan

There are around 28 batik centers spread across several sub-districts, and the most are in the Proppo sub-district, namely 12 batik centers. One of these batik centers is Klampar Village. Product penetration into the market has also been quite slow because the availability of information about Pamekasan batik has not been widely exposed. Therefore, it is necessary to increase promotion and sales using digital marketing. The focus of this digital marketing training activity is education about the potential of the digital market and the importance of digital marketing, followed by training on marketing batik products through social media. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The result of this activity is that participants are trained to utilize social media to optimize marketing via the internet. Participants are guided by a resource person. And at the end of the activity, an evaluation is carried out to see how big the impact is on digital marketing through social media
Penggunaan Media Sosial Terhadap Minat Belajar (Analisis Siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Sekampung dan MAN 1 Metro)
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan media social terhadap minat belajar siswa dan kaitannya dengan proses belajar sebagai sarana pendukung atau penghambat kegiatan belajar siswa. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MAN 1 Metro Dan siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Sekampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan total populasi sebanyak 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber sebagai teknik penjamin keabsahan data selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis data kualitatif miles and huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media media juga tidak dapat dikaitkan dengan minat belajar siswa. Diperkuat data hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar sangat ditentukan oleh motivasi belajar siswa dan lingkungan yang kondusif sedangkan penggunaan media sosial merupakan faktor penghambat proses belajar saja. berdasarkan analisis survey yang juga dilakukan didapatkan data bahwa sebesar 44% siswa setuju penggunaan media sosial dapat mengurangi durasi belajar dan sebesar 40% siswa setuju bahwa media sosial dapat mengakibatkan perilaku menunda waktu belajar dan menunda tugas sekolah. Ibarat pisau permata dua, temuan penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa dalam persepsi siswa dampak positif penggunaan media sosial selain sebagai media hiburan juga bisa menambah wawasan berpikir

Get PDFThis paper aims to analyze the existence of marriage dispensation with the handling of cases and the standardization of case examinations based on legal certainty. This study is based on normative legal research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The presence of a marriage dispensation is the cause of marriages that have not reached the minimum age of marriage according to applicable law. The determination of the age limit of marriage is influenced by the 'urf that prevails in society by considering various advances that do not conflict with Islamic law. Religious Courts as parties that have authority in issuing marriage dispensations, must consider various aspects before approving applications for marriage dispensations such as sharia, sociological, psychological, juridical, and health aspects. Juridically with the provisions contained in article 5 of the Marriage Law, the phrase "very urgent reasons" opens up a space for diverse interpretations (multi-interpretation) for judges in dealing with marriage dispensation because the context of this phrase is in a general, not particular, meaning. There needs to be standardization in the case of this marriage dispensation application so that there is a unity of mind that realizes legal certainty

Idealnya peraturan perundang-undangan harus mengikutsertakan peran setra partisipasi masyarakat, karena regulasi yang dibuat atau dibentuk pada dasarnya objeknya adalah masyarakat luas. Dalam tulisan ini akan membahas seberapa pentingkah peran masyarakat dalam proses pembuatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan bagaimanakah wujud peran serta masyarakat dalam pross pembuatan peraturan perundang-undangan, dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dan pendekatan sosio-legal. No full textAbstract: Corruption is an extraordinary crime, and efforts to eradicate it must be taken seriously. In deciding corruption cases, judges must consider the consequences of the defendant's actions. Judges can decide cases, but this freedom is not absolute; the community must consider it. Thus, judges cannot act arbitrarily in deciding cases. Decree Number 10/Pid.Sus-TPK/2021/PT DKI regarding corruption cases committed by the Pinangki Prosecutor's Office has juridical considerations regarding the gender of the accused, which is used as one of the reasons for the reduction. The duration of detention is from 10 to 4 years. Therefore, many parties consider the consideration and consideration of Decision Number 10/Pid.Sus-TPK/2021/PT DKI is wrong. This study aims to analyze the validity of judges' decisions based on criminal liability and the validity of judges' rulings and court decisions. The results of this study show that the judge's consideration and verdict against the Pinangki Public Prosecutor are unreasonable.

The paradigm in this paper is critical spiritualist with the perspective of maqashid sharia. Paradigma is the basic assumption regarding the subject matter, purpose and nature of the study material being studied. The applied research paradigm is a literature study with a qualitative approach. At the managerial level, the implementation of the pilgrimage is included in maqashid daruriyah (primary). Because its existence is sufficient to determine the continuity of the implementation of the pilgrimage.
