A Field Survey of the Gakupro: A Program That Supports Employment and Interactions Among Peers
Get PDF株式会社Kaien が運営する，発達障害のある学生向けの民間サービス「ガクプロ」を訪問し，観察と聞き取りを行った．ガクプロは就活と仲間づくりを見据えた学外サークルを標榜している．ガクプロの特徴は，(1)大学とは独立した運営組織，(2)学生が利用コースに応じて料金を支払うシステム，(3)個人活動とグループ活動から構成されたプログラム，(4)自分のペースで参加できる自由度，(5)困りごとに寄り添いながら障害認識を深めるサポート，(6)学生本人と保護者に対する個別面談の充実，である．発達障害のある学生に対する本学の修学・就職支援をさらに充実させるために，短期的な課題として，ガクプロのカレッジ講座を参考にした本学版入学前・入学直後プログラムの作成，ガクプロのスタッフを講師として発達障害のある学生の就活サポートの基本を学ぶFD／SD 研修会の開催を挙げた．長期的には，札幌圏の大学が協働してガクプロに似た取り組みを開始する必要性と可能性について指摘した．This article reports on the results of interviews and observations with the Gakupro, and makes proposals that can be used to improve the support systems of our university. The purpose of the Gakupro is to provide learning and employment support to students with developmental disabilities. The characteristics of the Gakupro are as follows: (1) it is run by the company, (2) students pay for the program, (3) the program consists of individual and group activities, (4) students can participate in the program at their own pace, (5) staff members help students recognize their disabilities while coping with their difficulties, and (6) staff members provide individual support to students and their parents. To enhance our support for students with developmental disabilities, we propose the following actions. First, we should refer to Gakupro’s programs to create pre-admission and post-admission programs for students with developmental disabilities. Second, we should plan to invite Gakupro staff members as instructors to hold workshops to teach us how to support students with developmental disabilities. How Governor Kurodaʼs Monetary policy affected on Exchange Rates?
Get PDF本稿では，中央銀行の金融政策としてハイ・パワード・マネー（HPM）の供給量をとり，それと円/ドル・レートの関係を論じる。
長い間日本銀行の金融政策と円/US ドル・レートの間には，有意な相関は見られなかった。つまり，日本のHPM 供給量の増加（減少）と円安（円高）は，結びついていなかった。一方，アメリカの金融政策と円/ドル・レートの間には，強い相関が存在した。アメリカのHPM 供給量増加（減少）が，ドル安円高（ドル高円安）に結びついていた。つまり，円高・円安はアメリカのHPM 供給量とのみ，関係があったと言えるのである。それが，黒田東彦氏が日銀総裁に就任して以降，日本のHPM と円/ドル・レートの間には，長期的な安定関係と言われる共和分関係が成立するようになった。同時期，アメリカのHPM と円/ドル・レートの間には，共和分関係は成立していない。

The problem of acceptance of the word gifted in Japan

日本の教育や福祉などの支援機関では高い知能の子どもの適切な支援や支援体制がなされていないことや，生きづらさの問題も懸念されている。そのためアメリカのギフテッド教育が注目されるようになった。だが，日本において才能教育に「ギフテッド」という用語を使用することは適切かが問われる。こうしたことから，gifted やtalented の語にある文化的な背景を語の使用の歴史と元にある言説と影響史を追うことで考察を行った。In this paper, I considered the problem of understanding the word gifted and social acceptance in Japan.
There are concerns about the lack of appropriate support and support systems for highly intelligent children at organizations in the areas of education and welfare in Japan, and the difficulty in living due to the problem. As a result, the gifted education in the United States has come to the attention in Japan. However, the question is whether it is appropriate to use the term ❛gifted❜ for the education of children with high intelligence in Japan. The “global tectonics of the Earth” is the abstracted model of its geological history from the creation until the present. Furthermore, abstracted model, called “universal tectonics”, should be applied to all celestial bodies of the Universe.
