Get PDF出産は女性にとって大きなライフイベントのひとつであり，心身にも大きな影響を及ぼす。産後特有の精神疾患として産後うつ病があり，日本では産後うつ病の罹患率はおよそ10％と報告されている。一方で産後うつ病は生物・心理・社会的な要因が複合していると考えられていることから，文化や支援制度などの違いにより，罹患率やとらえられ方，介入方法は異なることが推察される。本稿では産後うつ病に関する日本および外国の文献をレビューし，支援方法や研究についての論点整理をすることを目的とする。尚レビューの方法は，category fallacyを考慮し，システマティックレビューやスコーピングレビューではなくナラティブレビューとする。Childbirth is a major life event for women and have a significant impact on their physical and mental health. Postpartum depression is a mental disorder unique to the postpartum period, and its incidence in Japan is reported to be approximately 10%. Given that a complexity of biological, psychological, and social factors are associated with postpartum depression, it can be inferred that the incidence, perspective, and interventions may differ according to culture and support systems. This study reviewed the literature on postpartum depression in Japan and other countries with the aim of organizing key issues relating to the direction of support and research. The Logic of Transformation from “Participants” to “Practitioners” in Community Child-Rearing Support Centers
Get PDF本研究では，Ａ県Ｂ市の実践Ｄを事例とし，地域子育て支援拠点における「参加者」から「実践の担い手」への変容論理について検討した。実践Ｄのスタッフ６名への半構造化インタビューの結果，実践Ｄにおいては，子育ての問題や「子育ての困り感」をより普遍的なレベルで理解しようと努め，それらの問題や困り感を乗り越えようとする実践が継続されていることが明らかになった。また，実践を通し，参加者である親と共に，スタッフ自身も苦悩しながら，「共に子どもを育てていく」という役割を果たしてきたことも示唆された。この意味において，実践Ｄにおいては，実践を通じて「集団的な子育て主体」が形成されてきたと結論づけた。In this study, we examined the logic of transformation from “participants” to “practitioners” in community child-rearing support centers, using Practice D of City B in Prefecture A as a case study. As a result of semi-structured interviews with six staff members of Practice D, it became clear that Practice D continues to try to understand child-rearing problems and “child-rearing difficulties” at a more universal level, and to try to overcome these problems and difficulties. Through the practice, the staff themselves struggled with the parents who participated, and concluded that “a collective childrearing entity has been formed” in the sense of “raising children together.”Bulletin論文Articlesdepartmental bulletin pape
