    Principal's Leadership Strategy in Developing the Quality of Teacher Resources

    Miftahul Huda Keringan Nganjuk Islamic Elementary School (SDI) is a favourite school in the Nganjuk district which has very encouraging achievements, and many are obtained from qualified teachers. Quality teachers cannot be separated from the principal's leadership strategy in developing teacher resources in the school. The method carried out by the principal is to develop teaching resources. This study aimed to explain the principal's strategy in developing teacher resources at SDI Miftahul Huda. This study uses an interpretive paradigm through a qualitative approach, the type of case study. Data was obtained from the principal directly as well as teachers and students. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Miles and Huberman's qualitative analysis model data analysis data reduction, data display and verification. They check the data's validity using triangulation; credibility, transferability, depandibility and confirmability. The study results show that various forms of the principal's strategy participate in multiple activities such as workshops, training and comparative studies at the national and international levels. The principal is the key to the school's success in carrying out development. So that activities to improve and improve programs in schools mainly lie with the principal himself

    Skills of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Class Management

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan kelas di SMK Negeri 1 Tanah Grogot dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif tehnik wawancara dengan narasumber guru PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengelolaan kelas diperlukan adanya upaya-upaya dari guru dalam pengelolaan kelas komponen yang dilaksanakan seperti  ketanggapan guru dalam hal melihat siswa dengan seksama, selama proses pembelajaran guru selalu melihat pada siswa secara keseluruhan untuk menciptakan suasana kelas yang kondusif. Di samping itu, tentunya ada berbagai permasalahan yang muncul sehingga dapat mengganggu ketertiban kelas. Guru memiliki peran utama dalam menangani berbagai permasalahan tersebut agar suasana kelas tetap kondusif sehingga menunjang tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran, khususnya pada mata pelajaran PAI.                Keywords: Skil, Class Management, Problem, Conducive.This research aims to determine how classroom management at SMK Negeri 1 Tanah Grogot uses the qualitative interview technique with PAI teacher resource persons. Research result shows that in classroom management, efforts are needed from teachers in the direction of component classes that are carried out, such as responsiveness the teacher in terms of looking at students carefully, during the teacher's learning process, always looking to the students as a whole to create a classroom atmosphere conducive. Besides that, various problems arise that can disturb the class's order. Teachers have a significant role in dealing with these problems so that the classroom atmosphere remains conducive and supports learning objectives, especially in PAI subjects

    Dalam penelitian ini ada beberapa tujuan yaitu Mengeksplorasi proses tradisi Maanta dilakukan oleh masyarakat Jambi seberang dan Menganalis nilai nilai karakter apa saja yangterdapat dalam tradisi Maanta masyarakat Jambi seberang. Tradisi Maanta dilaksanakan secara turun temurun, bahkan sampai pada saat sekarang ini, dalam transformasinya tradisi ini sejak dulu sampai sekarang masih eksisis dikalangan masyarakat seberang kota Jambi. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, setelah data terkumpul dilakukan pengujian keabsahan data dan Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyanyian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tradisi Maanta  merupakan tradisi mengantar makanan ke rumah kerabat yang dilaksanakan saat bulan puasa dan lebaran. Tradisi ini bertujuan untuk mempererat silaturahmi dan mengethaui silsilah keluarga. Tradisi manta ini memiliki nilai nilai islam dan nilai keluargaThis study has various objectives, including examining Maanta tradition practised by the people of Jambi Seberang and examining the values inherent in Maanta tradition of the people of Jambi Seberang. Maanta tradition is transmitted from one generation to the following, and the metamorphosis of this custom from its inception to the present day remains among the community of Jambi. This research employed a descriptive method using an ethnographic approach. Researchers utilised structured and unstructured interviews, direct observation, and documentation to acquire data. After data collection, data validity testing techniques utilising triangulate sources and the final phase of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions were performed. This manta tradition is observed during welcoming Ramadan, celebrating Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and marking Islamic Occasions. Sharing food with one's children and the surrounding community is a tradition that embodies the value of social caring. The daughter-in-law delivers meals to her in-laws' house before to Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha out of mutual respect for their age.     Education is a service product produced by non-profit educational institutions so that the educational process results are visible. To learn more about education marketing, you must first know the substance and characteristics of services and marketing concepts so that the application of education marketing is in the correct position by the values and nature of education itself. Therefore, this study aims to find marketing management concepts for private Islamic educational institutions competitive at LPI Al-Badar Tulungagung. This research uses a qualitative approach with a multi-case study type. Data were obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis is carried out since the researcher will come to the research object. After the data collection process, the study is carried out through data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The method of credibility, dependability, confirmability and transferability is used to check the validity of the data as well as possible. The findings of this study are the preparation of the concept, program selection, target market and quality of alums. In this way, a concept is formed; the concept of habituation, the concept of mental education, the concept of coordination and confirmation management and the concept of personal branding

    Renewal of The Elements of Success on Al-Quran Memorization Program During Covid-19 Pandemic

     An effective way to prevent the spread of the Corona virus is to force the pesantren students to return home which has the Tanfidz program. memorizing Al-Quran. The obstacle is the ban face to face between students and teachers tanfidh. The use of technology information allows the learning model tahfizh from their homes by the method of use of communication in the network. The purpose was to analyze the renewal of the success elements of Islamic boarding school students in increasing the memorization of Al Quran during the COVID 19 pandemic. This research uses approaches to Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE). The discussion shows that the root problems are motivation and memorization decrease and the solution are informal communication with others and reducing a busy school that is not important. The success element is influenced by enthusiasm/motivation and the method when memorizing and communication on the Al-Quran memorization. The highest motivation is when students are accompanied by friends or family and informal communication with other people to always increase their commitment, then using the right method is the easiest to use. Meanwhile, the appropriate online communication method to be applied is synchronous than asynchronous communication.     The Influence of ISMUBA Teacher Teaching Creativity on Student Motivation During the COVID-19 Period at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta

    This research aimed to find out the creativity of ISMUBA (Al-Islam, Kemuhammadiyahan, and Arabic Language) teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta, to find out the learning motivation of students Grade VIII at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta, and to identify the creativity of ISMUBA teachers in triggering learning motivation during Covid-19. The research used the correlational method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The data analysis technique was by the linearity test and simple linear regression test. The subjects of this study were the Grade VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta using random sampling with 141 students. The results were: (1) the level of teaching creativity of ISMUBA teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta was in an appropriate category, (2) the level of student learning motivation at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta is also in an appropriate category, and (3) there is a positive influence of teaching creativity on the learning motivation of Grade VIII students during Covid-19 at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta. Thus, teachers’ creativity in teaching is necessary to improve student learning motivation

    In the current era, many parents are too busy to work with the aim of meeting their daily needs and social demands, in the end there are some parents who ignore their children or often scold their children because they are tired of their work. Improper treatment of children will have a negative impact on children. In this paper, we will discuss parenting training for parents who have difficulty in raising children. The method used is the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) Method or Rapid Rural Assessment, this is a method of assessing the situation and conditions in an area (village), the quick step here is to find data and information quickly from various sources. In this service, data and information were obtained from the community, the child protection commission of the Wonodadi sub-district, as well as influential figures in the Pikatan village community. The result of the training is that there is a change in parents who initially have an authoritarian parenting pattern that gradually improves and applies parenting in accordance with the needs of the child

    Information Literacy for Santri in Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren)

    Literasi informasi merupakan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh semua orang sebagai langkah antisipasi terhadap lajunya informasi sebagai pengaruh langsung dari perkembangan teknologi dan informasi. Literasi informasi menjadi penting dimiliki untuk menciptakan langkah yang efektif dan efisien dalam mencari, memilih dan mengevaluasi informasi yang dibutuhkan. Literasi informasi kemudian merambah ke semua bidang terutama pada bidang-bidang dimana informasi merupakan bagian penting yang dibutuhkan, tak terkecuali pada bidang pendidikan. Literasi informasi di bidang pendidikan memberikan jaminan bagi pengelola, pengajar, maupun siswa dalam mendapatkan, mengelola hingga mengevaluasi informasi agar secara efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pesantren sebagai lembaga berbasis agama Islam berperan melakukan pendidikan dan pengajaran kepada para peserta didiknya yang disebut santri. Masuknya tekonologi dan informasi ke dunia pesantren mendorong pesantren untuk bersiap diri dalam menerapkan literasi informasi pada pendidikan pesantren. Meski demikian, kesuksesan literasi informasi pada pendidikan pesantren harus berhadapan dengan kultur pesantren itu sendiri yang bersifat unik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana literasi informasi santri termasuk problematika dan Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan agar meningkatkan kemampuan literasi santri saat ini ditengah era digitalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui interview dan quisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi santri di pondok pesantren sudah cukup baik dengan rata-rata kemampuan literasi pada 80%, akan tetapi masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam kemampuan dalam mengembagkan pencairan informasi berbasis teknologi informasi, sehingga perlu hendaknya dilakukan penelitian lanjutan dalam rangka mengembangkan kemampuan literasi informasi berbasis teknologi informasi di era digital ini pada santri di pondok pesantren.Information literacy is a skill needed by everyone as an anticipatory step to the speed of information as a direct influence of the development of technology and information. Information literacy is essential to create effective and efficient measures in finding, selecting and evaluating the information needed. Pesantren, one type of education in Indonesia, requires attention in terms of information literacy. The entry of technology and input into the world of pesantren encourages pesantren to apply information literacy to pesantren education. However, the success of information literacy in Islamic boarding schools must deal with the unique culture of the pesantren itself. This study describes how students' information literacy includes problems and the steps taken to improve students' literacy skills today amid the digitalization era. This study uses data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that students' literacy skills in Islamic boarding schools were quite good with an average literacy ability of 80%, but still had limitations in the ability to develop information technology-based information retrieval, so further research should be carried out to build information literacy skills and based on information technology in this digital era for students in Islamic boarding schools

    THE CONCEPT OF MORAL EDUCATION IN THE QUR'AN IN SDIT DARUL HUFFADZ BEKASI REGENCY

    This study aimed to explain the concept of al-Qur'an moral education at SDIT Darul Huffadz Bekasi. The research method used by the author is a type of qualitative research through a field research approach, by collecting data or materials related to the theme of the discussion and the problem, taken from trusted sources through structured interviews as well as observation and documentation, then analyzed coherently, describing all aspects involved and contained in the verses of the Qur'an which are interpreted and describe the meaning contained in the Qur'an. To support this research, the author uses supporting sources from other literature such as books, scientific journals, and so on related to the discussion. The study results stated that SDIT Darul Huffadz Bekasi has a character-building program through Islamic Religious Education with the methods used in its implementation, namely the habit method, the exemplary method and the punishment method.ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was: to determine the concept of moral education in the Qur'an at SDIT Darul Huffadz Bekasi Regency. The research method used by the author is a type of qualitative research through library research, by collecting data or materials related to the theme of the discussion and the problem, which is taken from library sources, then analyzed by the taḫlili method, namely the method of interpreting the verses of the Qur'an which is carried out by describing all aspects contained in the interpreted verses of the Qur'an and describing the descriptions of the meanings contained therein. To support this research, the author uses the main sources of interpretation books, including Tafsir Jami' al-Bayan an Ta'wil Ayi al-Qur'an (Tafsir ath-Thabari) by Abu Ja'far Muhammad bin Jarir Ath-Thabari, Tafsir al-Tabari, Azhar by Abdul malik Abdulkarim Amrullah (Hamka), and Tafsir al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab.Based on the results of this study, the authors found that in Surah al-An'ām Verses 151-153 contained the values of moral education, including: the value of monotheism, birrul wālidain, protection of offspring, maintaining self-respect, protection of the soul, maintaining (loving ) orphans, honest and fair in commerce and in testimony, keeping promises, and being obedient and obedient to regulations. Some of these educational values can be implemented in schools and in everyday life by using several methods including the mau'izhah method (advice), the uswatun asanah (exemplary) method, the ta'wîd method (habituation), and the tarġîb and tarhîb methods

    Tahsin and Tahfidz Learning System at Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Insan Madani During the Pandemic Covid-19

    Integrated Islamic Primary School (SDIT) Insan Madani Madiun has implemented online learning in the Even Semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year to keep the learning going during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the learning process of tahsin and tahfidz during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive qualitative; indirect interviews carried out data collection due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study indicates that learning uses existing social media with a system, namely the provision of learning videos, then students make daily Tahsin and Tahfidz deposits via WhatsApp (WA). Some of the obstacles include consuming a lot of quotas and weak internet networks. The learning process still needs to be optimized, and it is necessary to evaluate the improvement of online learning in the next period
