This study aimed to describe the requisite competence levels of educators in adapting to the era of Artificial Intelligence and identify the challenges that educators encounter in effectively responding to this technological epoch. The present research uses literature review techniques to gain insights. The data for this study is sourced from various documents, including scholarly articles, conference proceedings, books, research reports, and online news publications. Content analysis is employed as the principal method of data analysis to derive meaningful conclusions. The findings of this investigation underscore the pivotal role of teacher competence in navigating the landscape of Artificial Intelligence. Educators must possess professional, pedagogical, personal, and social competencies to effectively engage with the Artificial Intelligence era. Furthermore, educators must demonstrate proficiency in harnessing digital technology for instructional purposes, creating digital-based educational resources, and adeptly utilizing search engines to curate relevant materials. This imperative stems from the contemporary student demographic, often called digital natives, who are inextricably linked to digital technology, particularly within social media. Significantly, the Artificial Intelligence era has brought to light a predicament for educators, potentially impeding the efficacy of classroom-based instruction. Instruction of inadequate teacher competence, particularly in pedagogical skills and the utilization of digital technology, can engender a monotonous learning experience, consequently diminishing students' enthusiasm for the educational process

Schools must be managed healthily and effectively for noble purposes, so people must lead schools with reliable leadership capacity and good integrity. Several studies have stated that the effectiveness of Islamic school management rests on its human resources, which are capable and must have the competence and integrity of a pious personality. From this conception, it is necessary to know how essential school leaders are. This study aims to determine the contribution of the Islamic worldview to school leadership and student learning outcomes. The research design used a survey and was ex post facto conducted on a sample of 154 from 38 districts/cities of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Principals using an area random sampling technique. From these data, it can be concluded that the Islamic worldview presented to the principal affects his leadership practice in Islamic elementary schools. At the same time, the student learning outcomes are indirect through the rational path – organizational and emotional path. It was found that the Islamic worldview factor, which theoretically covers human behaviour, has been shown to strongly contribute to the principal's leadership behaviour and teacher behaviour

Suro Month Wedding Prohibition: Islamic Perspective Customary Law Debate

The Javanese tradition of avoiding marriage in the month of Suro is highly upheld, especially by the community. It is widely believed that marriage in the month of Suro will bring danger to the bride and groom, whereas in the Islamic concept, there is no prohibition against marriage in the month of Suro (Muharram). Departing from these reasons, the purpose of this study is to describe two different views of Islamic teachings and Javanese cultural traditions that have continued to contradict each other from ancient times to the present. This research is set in Ponorogo Regency, East Java. The research method used is qualitative with a sociological empirical juridical approach. The primary data used are facts about human behaviour and written documents from traditional leaders, religious leaders and related people. Using interviews and documentation for data collection, then analyzed using sociological empirical juridical. The results of the study show that the philosophical meaning of the prohibition of marriage in the month of Suro that occurs in Javanese society, especially in Ponorogo Regency, can be divided into two sides based on Paul Ricoeur's theory, namely the meaning of the prohibition from the side of the text maker and the side of the recipient/reader of the text. From the perspective of these two sides, then the philosophical meaning contained in the tradition of prohibiting marriage in the month of Suro can be concluded as a syncretism meaning between Javanese religions and cultures

The source of research data is the land owner's reason for selling his land to be used as an educational institution. The results of the study [1] four factors affect the opportunity for land conversion, namely (a) the educational background of the land owner will be aware of, and the importance of Islamic education, (b) the area of land owned, (c) financial income and (d) the location that refers to on the distance to UIN Tulungagung; [2] Investment in land transfer for education because Indonesia's demographics are dominated by young people whose thinking paradigm is far ahead for the future of Islamic education for the nation's children, the focus of the Indonesian government is to invest in human resources in preparing superior Islamic Human Resources through education; [3] The use of logistic regression analysis limits generalizability, as the sample design cannot be considered to characterize all landowners in turning it into an educational investment
