    Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Koperasi Produksi Susu Bogor, Jawa Barat

    Total production of dairy farmers in Indonesia are accounted for less than a quarter of the national dairy consumption. Most of dairy farmers in Indonesia are coordinated by cooperative. Therefore, the right strategy is needed to strengthen the role of cooperatives and their members. Research is conducted in Bogor Dairy Production Cooperative (KPS Bogor), Bogor District. The research is offering Business Development Strategy of dairy cooperative using Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) methods. The results showed the internal and external (IE) indicators in KPS Bogor. IE Matrix showed that KPS Bogor stands in five quadrant. The general strategies are market penetration and product development. Based on matrix of SWOT method, there are six alternative strategies. QSPM results showed the highest priority strategy for KPS Bogor are: (1) Strategy to develop derivative products of milk, (2) Strategy to increase the number of dairy farmers, (3) Strategy to provide credit facilities for members of the cooperative, (4) Strategy to improve milk quality standards, (5) Strategy to expand the distribution network, and (6) Strategy to clarify goals of KPS Bogor

    One of the environmental issues to be addressed, particularly in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning, is the destruction of the ozone layer and the effects of global warming due to the use of environmentally inefficient refrigerants. In the field of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, refrigerant as a cooling medium, plays an important role, and until now there is still the use of refrigerant materials that are not environmentally friendly, generally synthetic refrigerant. One alternative refrigerant replacement against the synthetic refrigerant is hydrocarbon refrigerant (HC). On the other hand, several ways can improve the performance of refrigeration system by lowering the temperature of liquid line using liquid to suction heat exchanger. In this study, a numerical simulation was conducted to examine the effect of using liquid to suction heat exchanger on the performance of a unitary air-conditioning system using hydrocarbon refrigerant as a coolant fluid. The results are, liquid to suction heat exchanger increase refrigeration effect by raising heat exchanger effectivity, the highest increase is about 7%. But the use of LSHX also rises up the compression work by increasing heat exchanger effectivity by 19%. So the Coefficient of performance (COP) and relative capacity index decrease by 5%. Decreasing performance is higher in the unit that operates at higher temperatures

    This study aims to analyze the effect of interest rate risk and exchange rate risk on the profitability of the company sub-sector of the bank in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses panel data from 24 bank financial statements from 2011-2014. The analysis technique uses path analysis with Smart PLS 3.0. Exogenous variables of interest rate risk and foreign exchange rate risk and endogenous variables are profitability. The results of the study found that interest rate risk positively and significantly affects the profitability and exchange rate risk negatively and significantly affects the profitability of the company sub-sector of the bank in Indonesia Stock Exchange

    Job satisfaction and performance of co-assistant doctors can not be separated by burnout, given the high mobility of work in clinical studies and assisting clinical lecturers in serving patients. Burnout is a psychological syndrome consisting of three dimensions, namely emotionalexhaustion, depersonalization, and low personal accomplisment. To achieve the performance and job satisfaction of young physicians with intervening emotional intelligence and self-efficacy can anticipate burnout. This study includes the type of explanatory research with cross-sectional data collection method. The sample size is the same as the population of 270 co-assistants with the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) method. The results of this study found that from seven direct effects between the variables tested, there are five significant effects that are: (1) burnout have a significant effect on emotional intelligence; (2) burnout have a significant effect on self-efficacy; (3) self-efficacy have a significant effect on emotional intelligence; (4) emotional intelligence has a significant effect on performance, and (5) self-efficacy has a significant effect on performance, while (1) burnout has no significant effect on self-efficacy; and (2) co-assistant performance has no significant effect on co-assistant doctor job satisfaction

    Pengaruh Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) dan Non-Performing Financing (NPF) terhadap Bagi Hasil Deposito Mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri

    Along with the development of sharia banking institutions in Indonesia, the more types of services provided by these Islamic banking institutions. This study focuses on internal factors, such as Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non-Performing Financing (NPF), because of the presumption that these factors have the most significant influence on profit-sharing that exist in the Islamic banking system. This study aims to determine the effects of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) variables on Mudharabah Deposits of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, both partially and simultaneously for the 2011-2017 period. The sample used in this study is PT Bank Syariah Mandiri in Indonesia by using multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product Services and Solutions) software version 24. The results of this study state that FDR has a negative effect on profit sharing of Mudharabah Deposits, while NPF has a positive influence on the profit sharing of Mudharabah Deposits. These results also indicate that simultaneously the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) variables have a significant influence on the profit sharing of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Mudharabah Deposits for the period 2011-2017. This is supported by the results of the coefficient of determination. The coefficient is 0.673 or 67.3% of profit sharing of the Mudharabah Deposits are influenced by the FDR and NPF variables, and the remaining 32.7% is influenced by other variables not used in this research model

    Sesuai dengan Pasal 16 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 18 Tahun 2003 tentang Advokat, seorang Advokat memiliki hak istimewa berupa hak imunitas, sehingga advokat tidak dapat dituntut baik secara perdata ataupun pidana dalam melakukan tugasnya baik di dalam maupun di luar pengadilan dengan iktikad baik. Bagi sebagian orang profesi advokat masih sering dianggap sebagai tokoh antagonis yang membela dan membebaskan orang. Padahal yang dibela advokat bukanlah perbuatannya melainkan hak-hak kliennya di hadapan hukum. Sesuai asas praduga tak bersalah (presumption of innocence) itulah yang mejadikan advokat laksana dewa penolong di hadapan klien yang dibelanya, namun dipandang sebagai musuh besar di hadapan lawan kliennya. Hal tersebut seringkali menjerat advokat terseret masuk dan terbelit dalam suatu permasalahan hukum karena dianggap sebagai penghambat jalannya suatu perkara dan bersekongkol melindungi kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh kliennya. Akibatnya, dapat terjadi kasus penahanan terhadap seorang advokat dalam mendampingi kepentingan hukum kliennya. Oleh karenanya, advokat memerlukan suatu hak imunitas yang memberikan kekebalan hukum kepada advokat dalam menjalankan tugas profesinya tersebut. Kata kunci: advokat, peradilan, hak imunitas

    The development and progress of science and technology in the metal plating industry has become a field of work that is experiencing rapid advances ranging from the type of coating, a coating material that is used, and the results of a layer. The metal plating industry needs not only demand resistance to corrosion, but also the strength of the material, has a beautiful appearance, and has a high economic value. one of them, namely by means of electroplating coating. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of variations in the strength of an electric current and time of electroplating nickel-chrome against the thickness of the surface layer of low carbon steel. The benefits of this research are expected to add to the knowledge about the coating on the process of electroplating nickel-chrome and can apply it. In the activities of this research material used is low carbon steel plates with a size 40 mm x 25 mm x 1 mm with the number 27 specimens are coated using electroplating method with the variation of strength of electric current of 0.5 A, 1 A, 1.5 A and time electroplating 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes. Testing done next the thickness of the layer. Results of the study showed that the highest hardness of nickel-chrome electroplating process occurs on a variation of value the highest layer thickness variation in the strength of the current 1.5 A long coating 20 minutes 1.97 µm

    Analisis Rheologi Lumpur Lignosulfonat dengan Penambahan LCM Berbahan Serbuk Gergaji, Batok, dan Sekam Berbagai Temperatur

    Kehilangan sirkulasi lumpur merupakan kejadian yang sering terjadi dalam proses pemboran. Hilang lumpur yang terjadi bisa saja sebagian dari lumpur pemboran dan bahkan kehilangan lumpur pemboran secara total. Pada percobaan ini kehilangan lumpur pemboran akan diteliti dalam skala laboratorium. Dengan penambahan LCM diharapkan berguna untuk menanggulangi hilangnya lumpur tersebut. Dengan mencoba mengalirkan lumpur pada media berpori yang telah ditentukan, kehilangan lumpur akan dilihat dari seberapa besar lumpur yang hilang dalam skala laboratorium yang dibuat. Kemudian lumpur yang dibuat ditambahkan LCM berupa serbuk gergaji, batok kelapa dan sekam padi dan diteliti seberapa besar pengaruh LCM dalam mengurangi kehilangan lumpur tersebut. Campuran macam LCM lumpur tersebut juga diuji pengaruhnya terhadap beberapa tingkatan temperatur antara lain temperatur 80oF, 190oF dan 300oF, tentunya hal ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan nilai sealing yang baik pada masing-masing LCM jika berada pada keadaan temperatur yang tinggi yang dikondisikan dengan kondisi sumur sebenarnya. Percobaan ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui filtrate loss yang terjadi pada berbagai macam campuran lumpur dengan LCM tersebut. Ketebalan mud cake yang terbentuk dalam pengukuran kehilangan filtrat juga diamati seberapa besar mud cake yang dihasilkan. Dan setelah itu reologi dari masing-masing lumpur tersebut juga diukur untuk menyimpulkan hasilnya. Loss of mud circulation is an event that often occurs in the drilling process. The loss of mud that occurred could have been partly from drilling mud and even total drilling mud loss. In this experiment, drilling mud losses will be investigated on a laboratory scale. With the addition of LCM, it is hoped that this will be useful to overcome the loss of mud. By trying to flow sludge in a predetermined porous media, sludge loss will be seen from how much sludge is lost on a laboratory scale created. Then the LCM sludge was added in the form of sawdust, coconut shells and rice husks and examined how much influence the LCM had in reducing the sludge loss. The mixture of LCM sludge is also tested for its effect on several temperature levels including 80oF, 190oF and 300oF, of course this is done to get a good sealing value in each LCM if it is in a high temperature condition which is conditioned to actual well conditions. This experiment was also conducted to determine the filtrate loss that occurs in various slurry mixtures with the LCM. The thickness of the mud cake formed in the measurement of filtrate loss was also observed how much the mud cake was produced. And after that the rheology of each mud is also measured to conclude the results

    Penentuan OOIP Berdasarkan Pemodelan Geologi dan Reservoir di Daerah Tanisha Cekungan Sumatra Selatan

    Perkembangan teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengetahui karakteristik reservoir sebelum dilakukannya kegiatan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi. Salah satunya dengan pemodelan geologi dan pemodelan reservoir untuk mendapatkan gambaran bentuk bawah permukaan, karakteristik reservoir, dan OOIP.  Analisis data log dan interpretasi geologi dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi lingkungan pengendapan, marker lapisan, dan bentukan struktur reservoir yang digunakan sebagai dasar pembuatan model geologi. Analisis petrofisik akan memberikan informasi mengenai karakteristik batuan reservoir. Untuk mendapatkan model reservoir, hasil analisis petrofisik akan didistribusikan pada model geologi. Kemudian penentuan OOIP dapat dihitung dengan menggunakan metode volumetrik. Reservoir batupasir sudah terbukti menjadi reservoir produktif di berbagai lapangan migas, seperti reservoir batupasir pada Formasi Talang Akar di Lapangan Sungai Lilin. Terdapat enam lapisan yang menjadi obyek penelitian pada Formasi Talang Akar yaitu lapisan D1, D2, E1, E2, F, dan H yang diendapkan pada lingkungan delta plain–delta front terlihat dari pola log yang berkembang yaitu funnel shape, serrated shape, dan bell shape. Perbedaan lingkungan pengendapan akan mempengaruhi geometri dan karakteristik reservoir. Didapatkan nilai cut-off untuk Vcl ≤0.40, porositas ≥0.10 dan saturasi air ≤0.7. Hasil analisis petrofisika kemudian didistribusikan pada model geologi dengan metode Sequential Gaussian Simulation , dimana penyebaran lingkungan pengendapan menjadi arahan dasar penyebaran properti reservoir. Perhitungan OOIP pada enam lapisan di Formasi Talang Akar berdasarkan pemodelan reservoir sebesar 8,387 MSTB, dengan lapisan menarik terdapat pada lapisan E2 2,340 MSTB. Technological developments can be utilized to determine reservoir characteristics prior to exploration and exploitation activities. One of them is by geological modeling and reservoir modeling to get a picture of subsurface shapes, reservoir characteristics, and OOIP. Log data analysis and geological interpretation were carried out to obtain information on depositional environments, layer markers, and reservoir structure formations that were used as the basis for making geological models. Petrophysical analysis will provide information about reservoir rock characteristics. To get the reservoir model, the results of the petrophysical analysis will be distributed to the geological model. Then the determination of OOIP can be calculated using the volumetric method. Sandstone reservoirs have proven to be productive reservoirs in various oil and gas fields, such as sandstone reservoirs in the Talang Akar Formation in Sungai Lilin Field. There are six layers that are the object of research in the Talang Root Formation, namely layers D1, D2, E1, E2, F, and H which are deposited in the plain-delta front delta environment as seen from the developing log pattern, namely funnel shape, serrated shape, and bell shape. The difference in depositional environments will affect the geometry and characteristics of the reservoir. Obtained cut-off values for Vcl ≤0.40, porosity ≥0.10 and water saturation ≤0.7. The results of the petrophysical analysis are then distributed to the geological model using the Sequential Gaussian Simulation method, where the spread of the depositional environment is the basis for spreading reservoir properties. The OOIP calculation for the six layers in the Talang Akar Formation is based on reservoir modeling of 8,387 MSTB, with an interesting layer found at the E2 layer 2,340 MSTB
