    Disadari bahwa kesehatan merupakan modal utama bagi pertumbuhan dan kehidupan bangsa, dan mempunyai peran penting dalam rangka mewujudkan masyarakat adil makmur dan sejahtera seperti cita-cita bernegara yang tercantum dalam Pembukaan UUD 1945. Derajat kesehatan juga sangat berarti bagi pengembangan dan pembinaan sumber daya manusia yang merupakan modal dasar pembangunan nasional yang pada hakekatnya adalah pembangunan manusia seutuhnya. Untuk mencapai derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang baik, sebagai bagian dari hak asasi manusia (warga negara), maka negara wajib memenuhi hak atas pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan menggunakan optik yuridis, artikel yang diilhami oleh fenomena mengemukanya kesadaran masyarakat atas pentingnya kesehatan dan hak atas pelayanan kesehatan ini, mencoba merunut konstitusionalisme hak atas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia dengan melihat pengaturannya dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan dan bagaimana penyelenggaraannya

    Ketahanan Korosi Sambungan Friction Stir Welding dengan Variasi Material Pin Tool

    The use of friction stir welding (FSW) for welding materials that have low weldability such as aluminum is a breakthrough in manufacturing. Therefore, FSW is widely used in aircraft structures. FSW has advantages such as superior mechanical properties, green manufacturing, energy saving, and others. Despite its advantages, there have been very few studies analyzing corrosion in FSW. This study aims to find out whether there is corrosion in the FSW connection with the variations of the pin material which serves as a soft metal stirrer in the FSW process. The method of joining the material is carried out by a friction stir welding (FSW) process using the pin tool ST60, ST60 hardened, and stainless-steel with a plate-shaped specimen. After friction stir welding (FSW) connection and temperature measurement on the specimen, then the specimen is cleaned and weighed. After that, corrosion testing was carried out for 14 days (336 hours) using the immersion test method, which was immersed in seawater corrosive media. Calculation of the corrosion rate using the weight loss method. Then take photos of the microstructure to determine the type of corrosion that is formed. The lowest corrosion rate was on the specimen with a stainless-steel pin tool with an average corrosion rate of 0.3254 mpy. The corrosion that is formed on specimens that has been welded is a type of exfoliation corrosion and corrosion causes pits to occur.Penggunaan friction stir welding (FSW) untuk pengelasan material yang memiliki mampu las rendah seperti alumunium merupakan terobosan dalam dunia manufaktur. Oleh karena itu, FSW banyak digunakan dalam struktur pesawat terbang. FSW memiliki keunggulan seperti sifat mekanis yang superior, manufaktur hijau, hemat energi, dan lain lain. Terlepas keunggulannya, hanya terdapat sedikit penelitian yang menganalisis korosi dalam FSW. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu apakah ada korosi dalam penyambungan FSW dengan variasi material pin yang bertugas sebagai pengaduk logam lunak dalam prosess FSW. Metode penyambungan material dilakukan dengan proses friction stir welding (FSW) menggunakan pin tool ST60, ST60 hardened, dan stainless-steel dengan spesimen berbentuk plat. Setelah dilakukan sambungan friction stir welding (FSW) dan pengukuran temperatur pada spesimen, selanjutnya dilakukan pembersihan spesimen dan penimbangan. Setelah itu dilakukan pengujian korosi selama 14 hari (336 jam) dengan menggunakan metode immersion test yaitu direndam dengan media korosif air laut. Perhitungan laju korosi dengan manggunakan metode weight loss. Kemudian dilakukan pengambilan foto struktur mikro untuk mengetahui jenis korosi yang terbentuk. Nilai laju korosi yang paling rendah yaitu pada spesimen dengan pin tool stainless-steel dengan nilai rata-rata laju korosi 0,3254 mpy. Korosi yang terbentuk pada spesimen yang telah dilakukan pengelasan merupakan jenis exfoliation corrosion dan korosi menyebabkan terjadinya pits

    Analisis Kekuatan Tarik pada Material Komposit dengan Serat Penguat Polimer

    The amount of waste generated from day to day is increasing, especially plastic waste. The solution is needed to solve the problem. It is to make plastic waste into new materials, namely composites. This study aims to determine the mechanical properties, especially the tensile strength of composite materials with polymer fibers and fiberglass, experimentally and simulated. The polymer fibers that would be examined in this study include high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and fiberglass, which would be used as a comparison. The composites were made into test specimens with the form and test method procedures following the ASTM D638 standard, which is the standard for the tensile test of composite materials. The test equipment used was UTM HT2402 with a maximum load of 20 kN. After the test, many graphs of the tensile test results were obtained for later analysis. Based on the test results, it was found that the composite with fiberglass had the highest tensile strength, 17.31 MPa. The composites with HDPE fibers had the lowest tensile strength, 11.36 MPa. The composite with PET fibers had the highest strain at 1.87 %. As indicated by the graphical form of the tensile test results and the fracture pattern, the three composites are brittle. The composites were then modeled using computer software. It could be seen that the distribution of stress and strain on the surface of the material. Stress was concentrated in the middle of the gauge length, conditioned according to the experimental test results.Jumlah sampah yang dihasilkan dari hari ke hari semakin meningkat, terutama sampah plastik. Oleh karena itu, perlu solusi untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut. Salah satu cara adalah menjadikan sampah plastik menjadi material baru yaitu komposit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sifat mekanik yaitu kekuatan tarik pada material komposit dengan serat polimer dan fiberglass secara eksperimen dan simulasi. Serat polimer yang diteliti pada penelitian ini antara lain: high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), dan serat fiberglass yang digunakan sebagai pembanding. Komposit tersebut dibuat menjadi spesimen uji dengan bentuk dan prosedur metode pengujian mengikuti standard ASTM D638 yang merupakan standard untuk uji tarik material komposit. Alat uji yang digunakan yaitu UTM HT 2402 dengan beban maksimum 20 kN. Setelah pengujian, diperoleh grafik hasil uji tarik untuk kemudian dianalisa. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil bahwa komposit dengan serat fiberglass memiliki kekuatan tarik tertinggi yaitu sebesar 17,31 MPa. Sedangkan, komposit dengan serat HDPE memiliki kekuatan tarik terendah yaitu sebesar 11,36 MPa. Sedangkan, komposit dengan serat PET memiliki regangan tertinggi yaitu sebesar 1,87 %. Ketiga komposit tersebut bersifat getas ditunjukkan dari bentuk grafik hasil pengujian tarik serta pola patahan. Ketiga komposit tersebut kemudian dimodelkan menggunakan software komputer. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi dapat diketahui distribusi tegangan dan regangan pada permukaan material. Tegangan yang terkonsentrasi pada bagian tengah gauge length yang dikondisikan sesuai dengan hasil pengujian secara eksperimen

    Analisis Karakterisasi Komposit Hybrid pada Spatbor Depan Motor Matic

    This study aims to determine the manufacturing characteristics of the fender on automatic motorbikes. The method used is a hand lay-up by combining three types of fibers used for the binding material, namely hemp fiber (natural), coconut coir fiber (natural), and glass fiber (synthesis) or hybrid composites. The hybrid composite test is done in the form of a tensile strength test and impact strength test. The matic hybrid fender product fabrication process uses the hand lay-up method with random variations in the first layer of glass fiber, woven hemp fiber as the second layer, and random coconut fiber as the last layer. The highest tensile test results for the two types of fiber arrays with the SR-SR-SK fiber arrangement of 47.67 MPa, while the lowest tensile strength value for the SR-SF-SK variation of the fiber array is 35.59 MPa. The highest impact test result was 0.0141 J/mm2 for the SR-SF-SK variation, and the lowest impact strength for the SF-SR-SK variation was 0.01226 J/mm2.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pabrikasi spatbor (fender) pada motor matic. Metode yang digunakan adalah hand lay up dengan menggabungkan tiga jenis serat yang digunakan untuk bahan pengikat, yaitu serat rami (alami), serat sabut kelapa (alami), dan serat gelas (sintesis) atau komposit hybrid. Uji komposit hybrid dilakukan dalam bentuk uji kuat tarik dan uji kekuatan impak. Proses fabrikasi produk matic hybrid fender menggunakan metode hand lay up dengan variasi acak pada lapisan pertama serat kaca, serat anyaman rami sebagai lapisan kedua, dan serat sabut kelapa acak sebagai lapisan terakhir. Hasil uji tarik tertinggi pada kedua jenis larik serat dengan susunan serat SR-SR-SK sebesar 47,67 MPa, sedangkan nilai kekuatan tarik terendah untuk variasi SR-SF-SK dari larik serat adalah 35,59 MPa. Hasil uji impak tertinggi adalah 0,0141 J/mm2 untuk variasi SR-SF-SK, dan kekuatan impak terendah untuk variasi SF-SR-SK adalah 0,01226 J/mm2

    Area penelitian terletak pada Cekungan Sumatera Tengah dengan Batuan Dasar berumur Pra Tersier yang tersusun atas litologi batuan metasedimen dan beku (Heidrik & Aulia, 1993). Periode tektonik 3 fase yaitu rifting, wrenching dan inversion sangat mempengaruhi fracture yang berkembang pada batuan dasar. Fase akhir yaitu inversion menjadi penentu karakteristik fracture yang berada pada batuan dasar karena terkait dengan konektivitas dan aperture. Analisis fracture menggunakan kontrol sesar-sesar besar (major) untuk menentukan arah fracture yang berasosiasi dengan sesar tersebut. model intensitas fracture dibangun dengan 3 parameter geologi yaitu jarak dari bidang sesar, jarak dari pucak antiklin, jarak dari permukaan batuan dan dibantu dengan atribut seismik (Nugroho dkk, 2018). Karakter fracture didapatkan dengan model DFN (Discrete Fracture Network), open fracture memiliki arah umum N 007º - 013º E dan N 035º - 046º E. Hasil model menunjukan Aperture/jarak bukaan rekahan rata-rata 0,6 – 1 mm dengan permeabilitas 0 - 700 mD dan porositas fracture 0.1 – 10%. Simulasi Monte Carlo menggunakan  parameter nilai tersebut menjadi batas atas (maksimum) dan batas bawah (minimum) dengan parameter lain dari data sumur. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan simulasi Monte Carlo didapatkan P90 sebesar 32.4 BCF, P50 sebesar 88.29 BCF dan P10 sebesar 240.05 BCF, dimana masing-masing menunjukkan pada perkiraan yang optimistik hingga pesimistik. Kata Kunci : Basement, Fracture, Reservoar, Monte Carl

    Tourism is one of the new style industries, so it needs special attention. The tourism industry can provide rapid economic growth in terms of employment opportunities, income, the standard of living, and inactivating other production sectors. This study aims to analyze and test the effects of viral marketing and tourist motivation both partially and simultaneously in increasing interest in visiting tourist destinations in Bima District, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. This research used quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 96 people who had visited tourism destinations in Bima District. The questionnaires would be tested for validity and reliability first, and then processed with SPSS version 20.0. Data analysis in this research used multiple linear regression methods with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 20.0. The results showed that viral marketing and tourist motivation have an effect on tourism destinations and it will positively influence the visiting interest to Bima District, respectively. Simultaneously, viral marketing and tourist motivation can raise visiting interest in Bima District’s tourism destinations

    Pengaruh Pelatihan Manajemen Stres untuk Menurunkan Tingkat Stres pada Orang dengan Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2

    This study aims to determine differences in stress levels in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus before and after being given treatment for the Stress Management Training intervention. The design used in this study is one group pretest-posttest design. Subjects in this study were people with type 2 diabetes mellitus male and female, aged 40-60 years, had a stress score with moderate to high stress levels, had a minimum high school education. Stress is measured using a stress scale of 39 items. Subjects in this study amounted to 5 people. Subjects were given treatment in the form of a Stress Management Training intervention which was a combination of knowledge and training skills in the form of mindfulness and positive thinking. Quantitative data analysis techniques using Wilcoxon sign rank analysis is to find out whether there is a difference in stress scores between pretest and posttest and posttest and follow-up on the research subjects. Qualitative data analysis from the results of observations, interviews, worksheets and evaluation sheets. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences between stress scores before treatment with stress scores after being given treatment of the Stress Management Training intervention. Based on the quantitative results the Wilcoxon sign rank test shows that in this study there were significant differences between pretest and posttest with Z = -2.023ͣ (p <0.050). The results of the study can also be seen from the decrease in the mean score between pretest and posttest. Pretest with mean scores (= 92.20) and posttest with mean scores (= 76.60). The mean posttest value is lower than the pretest mean value. This means that there is a decrease in the score on the pretest mean to the posttest. Based on the explanation above it can be concluded that stress management training can reduce stress in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus

    Empathy Training to Increasing Forgiveness on Female Students of Violence in Dating Relationship

    This study aims to determine the effect of empathy training to improve forgiveness for female students who are victims of violence in dating relationships. Research subjects were 5 female students who were victims of violence in dating relationships. This study was only an experimental group, taken from the results of the pre-test on the empathy and forgiveness scale in the low and medium categories and interviews. The research design used was the experimental design of one group group pretest-posttest design. Data collection tools used in the form of empathy, forgiveness, observation and interviews. Analysis of the data used is the Wilcoxon Rank Test to see the difference in experimental group scores between before and after treatment. The Wilcoxon Rank Test found that there was a difference in the forgiveness score in the experimental group after giving empathy with a Z = -2.023 with a significance of 0.043 (p <0.05) with the mean pre-test (X test = 36.40) lower than the mean post-test (X ̅ = 63.40). The conclusion of this study is that there are differences in forgiveness scores between before and after being given empathy training

    This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews (OCR) on purchase intention with trust as an intervening variable in the Bukalapak online store in the City of Padang, West Sumatera, Indonesia. The population in this study were all consumers who shop online at Bukalapak online store in Padang City in 2019 with unknown numbers. The total sample used in this study was 138 people. The sampling method used in this research is nonprobability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis in this research used partial least square (PLS). The results obtained from this study indicate that OCR has a significant and positive effect on consumer trust in Bukalapak online stores. OCR and consumer trust have a significant and positive effect on Bukalapak’s online purchase intentions, respectively. Then, OCR has a significant and positive effect on their online purchase intentions through consumer trust of Bukalapak online stores in Padang City

    Pengaruh Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital terhadap Value of Firm di Bursa Efek Indonesia

    The purpose of the company is to increase firm value. But in the last six years, the firm value of the banking sector has fluctuated and even tends to decrease. The level of banking health can be expected to increase firm value. The level of banking health can be measured using the Risk Profile (RP), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earning, Capital (RGEC) method which is the latest formula after Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earning, Liquidity (CAMEL). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of banking health on the firm value. The research method uses partial panel data regression through the determination of the estimation model and the classical assumption test in advance using 33 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results showed that there was a significant and positive effect between Return on Asset (ROA) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on firm value. Besides, there was a positive but not significant effect between GCG and risk profile on firm value. The results showed that capital is a factor of business developer and company earning can show as a signal of quality prospects. The application of GCG is not a significant influence because the results of self-assessment are not following fraud that occurs. Banks must be able to manage their risk so that the risk can be an encouragement for them to produce high values
