    Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Dynamics in Emerging Economies: A Systematic Literature Review of Innovation, Institutional Gaps, and Digitalization

    The entrepreneurial ecosystem is a crucial framework for understanding how the interplay of innovation, institutions, and digitalization drives economic growth, especially in emerging economies. However, many developing countries still face structural challenges such as limited access to financing, weak regulatory capacity, and technological gaps that hinder the dynamics of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. These conditions create institutional gaps that impact innovative capabilities and the digital transformation process of entrepreneurship. This study aims to conduct a Systematic Literature Review of various recent empirical and conceptual studies to analyze how innovation, institutional gaps, and digitalization interact in shaping the competitiveness, resilience, and sustainability of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in developing countries. The study\u27s results indicate that the dynamics of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in developing countries are significantly influenced by the strong interactions among innovation, institutions, and digitization. Innovation, especially green and digital innovation, acts as the main driver of value creation and entrepreneurial competitiveness. Institutions serve as the foundation of governance, but still face obstacles in the form of bureaucratic rigidity and policy fragmentation. Meanwhile, digitalization acts as an integrative catalyst that bridges institutional weaknesses, accelerates the flow of information, and strengthens cross-sector collaboration

    Teknologi dan Karakterisasi dalam Proses Produksi Arang Sekam Padi untuk Berbagai Aplikasi: Tinjauan Pustaka

    Sekam padi merupakan limbah pertanian yang melimpah dengan potensi tinggi untuk diolah menjadi arang (biochar) melalui pirolisis sebagai bagian dari strategi pengelolaan biomassa berkelanjutan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara komprehensif teknologi dan karakterisasi yang terlibat dalam produksi arang sekam padi, serta mengevaluasi aplikasinya di berbagai sektor. Tinjauan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan naratif, menganalisis literatur ilmiah terkini (2019–2024) yang relevan dengan sistem pirolisis berbasis tungku kisi miring dan metode karakterisasi biochar, seperti morfologi, kristalinitas, dan analisis gugus fungsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem tungku kisi miring memberikan kontrol termal yang optimal, menghasilkan biochar berkualitas tinggi dengan struktur pori yang berkembang baik, stabilitas karbon yang baik, dan potensi tinggi untuk adsorpsi dan retensi hara. Biochar yang berasal dari sekam padi juga terbukti efektif sebagai amandemen tanah, penyerap polutan, penopang katalis, aditif semen, dan bahan bakar alternatif. Karakteristik ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh parameter proses dan desain reaktor. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendekatan interdisipliner dalam mengoptimalkan teknologi biomassa. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi produksi biochar yang lebih efisien dan menyediakan dasar untuk penelitian lebih lanjut tentang stabilitas jangka panjang dan dampak lingkungan dari penerapannya

    Indonesia\u27s energy needs continue to rise, while its fossil fuel resources are limited. The national energy mix for renewable energy programs is planned to reach 31% by 2030. Indonesia\u27s pico-hydro potential is substantial, found in mountainous areas, rural areas, suburbs, and islands. Potential is also found in primary, secondary, and tertiary irrigation areas, small rivers, waterfalls, pond circulation, and even in rainwater gutters. The research method for identifying potential in the field used a Portable Pico-hydro Turbine (PPT 1.0) with direct testing and student laboratory experiments. The results of the pico-hydro prototype study can be used to identify 26 potential pico-hydro points, which can function as 100-watt street lighting and support student energy laboratory equipment

    Perbandingan Evaluasi Slip Velocity Metode Chien dan Moore Corelation pada Sumur BSU Lapangan Bunyu

    Evaluasi slip velocity merupakan aspek kritis dalam menjamin efisiensi pengangkatan cutting selama operasi pemboran. Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja transportasi cutting pada Sumur BSU Lapangan Bunyu, Tujuannya   untuk mengetahui apakah serbuk bor terangkat dengan baik atau tidak, sudah optimal atau belum dengan membandingkan dua cara.  Metode yang digunakan metode Chien Correlation dan metode Moore Correlation dengan mengintegrasikan parameter rheologi lumpur dan geometri sumur, dimana data dari pengamatan langsung dilapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada interval kedalaman 5762-8823 ft, nilai slip velocity Chien (0,092-0,156 ft/detik), sedang nilai slip velocity Moore (0.0054-0.0126 ft/detik),  secara konsisten lebih rendah dibandingkan kecepatan kritis (3.6758-4.7727 ft/detik), dengan cutting transport ratio Chien mencapai 90,07-93,90%, sedangkan cutting transport ratio Moore mencapai 99.2609 % sampai 99.66% Kondisi ini mengindikasikan pengangkatan cutting yang optimal dan aliran laminer yang terjaga, sehingga berhasil mencegah risiko pipe sticking dan mempertahankan integritas formasi. Temuan penelitian merekomendasikan penerapan metode ini sebagai standar evaluasi hidrolika pemboran dengan memperhatikan variasi karakteristik formasi pada studi lanjuta

    This research examines the influence of price discounts and free shipping promotions on purchasing decisions on Shopee, particularly among price-sensitive students. The sampling method used is accidental sampling with sample calculation using the Slovin formula, resulting in 100 respondents. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression, F-tests, t-tests, determination coefficients, and data processing with SPSS 20. The research results show that price discounts and free shipping have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Nevertheless, marketing strategies that focus on free shipping are more effective than simply offering price discounts in increasing customer purchase decisions

    REVIEW: Perkembangan Sel Surya Perovskite

    Perovskite is one of the materials used for solar panels that offers high efficiency comparable to conventional silicon-based solar cells. This article aims to analyze the latest developments in perovskite solar cells from various important aspects, starting from material development, various fabrication techniques, as well as opportunities and challenges in its development. Perovskite is a type of material that has a crystal structure with the chemical formula ABX3. Perovskite fabrication can be done using various methods such as spin coating, spray coating, doctor blading, inkjet printing and others. In its development, various innovations have been made, such as the development of cells without a hole transport layer (HTL-free), the addition of ethylenediammonium cations (en), and efforts to replace lead with more environmentally friendly materials such as tin. The results of the study showed that the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of perovskite solar cells has reached more than 25%. Although this development is promising, there are still major challenges in maintaining the long-term stability of the device, especially related to degradation due to humidity, heat, and prolonged lighting. The development of fabrication techniques that can mass produce perovskite solar cells with high performance and stable reliability is essential. With continued research and material innovation, perovskite solar cells have great potential in supporting sustainable clean energy transitions such as their applications in building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) systems, wearable electronic devices, and agrivoltaic systems

    Analisis Cacat Produk Dimensi Diameter Snap Tidak Standar pada Botol 100 ml Berbahan Dasar High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)

    Extrusion blow molding is a process used to form plastic bottles, with High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) being the most commonly used material. A defect in the snap diameter that did not meet the standard was identified during the production of 100 ml bottles at PT X Jakarta, potentially reducing product quality and affecting its functionality. This study aims to identify the root causes of this defect and propose corrective actions and improvements to enhance product quality. The methodology includes using a Fishbone Diagram to determine the root causes, applying the 5W+1H analysis to develop corrective action proposals, and implementing the Poka-Yoke method as an improvement strategy. The findings indicate that the defects are caused by three main factors: human, method, and machine. Human-related factors include a lack of operator understanding of quality standards, insufficient training, and a limited number of technicians. Method-related factors involve inadequate maintenance and improper bottle handling, while machine-related factors include mold dimension changes, dirty die heads, and the need for machining parameter adjustments. The proposed corrective actions for human factors involve regular training, the provision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), visual guidelines, and additional technicians. Machine-related improvements include periodic inspections, die head cleaning, and machining parameter testing, while method-related improvements focus on scheduled preventive maintenance and proper bottle runner arrangement. Further improvements involve implementing the Poka-Yoke method by installing an alarm siren that activates when air compressor pressure falls below the standard and adding markings to help operators better understand machine parameters during production

    This study examines the effectiveness of legal regulations governing mediation in dispute resolution in Indonesia. Mediation as a non-litigation alternative is considered more efficient, affordable, and fair compared to litigation. Although regulated under Perma Number 1 of 2016 and several sectoral rules, its implementation faces challenges such as the limited quality of mediators, low public awareness, and the absence of a comprehensive legal framework. Using a normative legal approach, the research analyzes positive law and mediation practices both inside and outside the courts. Legal reform is needed, including the enactment of a Mediation Law, strengthening of mediator institutions, and online mediation regulation to meet modern demands

    The legal position of Islam in the Republic of Indonesia cannot be separated from the influence of the entry of Islam throughout the archipelago around 16-17 Hijri, where at that time the spreaders of Islam throughout the archipelago came from various Middle Eastern countries, such as India, Pakistan, Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and others, they traded to the archipelago while spreading Islam, and on average they brought the Shafi\u27i school of thought. The historical journey of the transformation of Islamic Law with various dimensions, namely; historical, philosophical, political, sociological, and legal. The presence of Islamic Law in Indonesia can be seen from two sides, namely: Islamic law applies legally formally or codified in the National legal structure, so the current compilation of Islamic Law was born which recorded the regulations of Islamic Law that have been enforced so far. And Islamic Law applies normatively, namely; having sanctions or legal equivalents for the Muslim community. The 1945 Constitution, Indonesia\u27s constitution, also expresses the character and spirit of Islam, a constitution that is neither theocratic nor secular

    K-Pop sebagai Mekanisme Regulasi Emosi pada Remaja

    The K-Pop phenomenon has become an important part of the lives of adolescents in various countries, including Indonesia. Music, concerts, and fandom activities not only serve as entertainment but can also be interpreted as one form of emotional regulation mechanism. This study aims to systematically review the role of K-Pop in supporting adolescent mental health, particularly through the Process Model of Emotion Regulation framework developed by Gross. The study found that adolescents\u27 involvement in K-Pop is closely related to five emotion regulation strategies: situation selection, situation modification, attention deployment, cognitive change, and response modulation. Activities such as listening to K-Pop music, attending concerts, watching online contents, and interacting within fandom communities have been shown to help adolescents divert their attention from stress, build cognitive reinterpretations of negative experiences, and channel emotions adaptively. K-Pop can serve as a significant tool in supporting adolescent mental health, though parental guidance, educator support, and a balanced social environment remain essential to ensure its use is balanced
