Get PDFThe financial performance of a bank can be measured through ROA. Bank Indonesia as a supervisory and supervisory institution prioritizes greater profitability, namely the Return on Asset (ROA) of a bank, so banks need to know what factors can affect the ROA of a bank. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets (ROA) with Net Interest Margin (NIM) as a mediating variable. The sample of this research consists of Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, Bank BRI, and Bank BTN for the period 2015-2019. The research methods used include descriptive statistical analysis, outer model analysis, and inner model analysis. The results of this study indicate that NPL does not affect NIM, while LDR has a significant effect on NIM. Furthermore, NPL has a significant effect on ROA, while LDR does not affect ROA. This study also proves that NIM has a significant effect on ROA, but NIM does not mediate the effect of NPL on ROA, and NIM can mediate the effect of LDR on ROA

Get PDFA village fund program is a form of government concern for the development of rural areas. The management of village funds consists of five stages, namely planning, implementation, managing, reporting, and responsibility, which should be based on the principles of good governance. The Cepogo Village Government, Cepogo District, Boyolali Regency, in Central Java Province is one of the village governments in Indonesia that has implemented the principles of good governance in managing village funds. This study aims to see how the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability in the management of village funds by the Cepogo Village Government to achieve good governance standards. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was direct interviews with a semi-structured method. The participants of this study were the Village Head of Administration, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, and staff of the Administration Section for managing the village fund who are responsible for managing it. The results showed that the planning and implementation of Village Fund Program activities had shown accountable and transparent management. In terms of accountability, both physical and management activities, it has shown that the implementation is accountable and transparent.

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to analyze the role of technology in the production situation for competitiveness in small embroidery industries. It also relates to the analysis of choices for the use of technology and changes in the workforce situation. The study was conducted at the small embroidery industrial center in Bangil, Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia. Data collection through in-depth interviews with informants business owners and workers. A qualitative phenomenological approach was used in this study. Data is processed and analyzed inductively. The findings are obtained that the technological needs in the production process cannot be avoided due to efforts to improve product competitiveness. The impact of these efforts forced business owners to rethink and manage their technology and workforce needs. The provision of technology is the main skill for workers so that workers also make efforts to improve the quality of embroidery with computer machines and complete orders on time. The implication of this research is expected to be able to provide enrichment in understanding the concept of sustainability of small businesses which is focused on the issue of choice of technology use and labor use

Get PDFPresiden RI menginstruksikan agar semua instansi pemerintah termasuk LIPI mengimplementasikan kebijakan New Normal. Namun dalam implementasinya, berbagai instansi pemerintah mengalami kendala. Oleh karena itu penulis berkeinginan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan New Normaldi LIPI Bandung, kendala yang terjadi serta memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan dengan menggunakan teori implementasi Edward III dan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dari penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa kebijakan New Normaldikomunikaskan secara berjenjang dan tidak terdapat kendala terkait komunikasi sedangkan dari sisi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), masih mengalami kendalamengenai pengetahuan, kemampuan mengatur pekerjaan, ketepatan dan kecepatan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan kualitas pekerjaan. Beberapa sarana-prasarana penunjang penyelesaian tugas juga belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal,implementor masih kurang tegas dalam menjalankan wewenangyang diinstruksikan,komitmen dan integritas beberapa ASN perlu ditingkatkan. Tanggungjawab implementasi kebijakan New Normal telah difragmentasikan ke berbagai jabatan.Oleh karena itu, penulis merekomendasikan agar para atasan memberikan pelatihan bagi ASN yang mengalami kendala dalam pengoperasian aplikasi, transfer ilmu, membuat rencana peningkatan kinerja sertabersikap tegas terhadap ASN yang terlambat menyelesaikan tugas

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the role of netizen actors on social media in the digital marketing of a product brand, like #HondaBeAT. Nowadays, the use of social media to exchange information is increasing for the dissemination of messages and other contents. In the digital marketing ecosystem, social media plays an important role in introducing products, enhancing a positive image, and building relationships with customers. The use of social media platforms, such as Twitter and Instagram, has attracted the attention of the younger generation, especially the millennial generation (Y) and the post-millennial generation (Z). The level of effectiveness of digital marketing is also influenced and determined by the progress of netizen actors, such as followers, influencers, and buzzers. Their role is increasingly important to convey information more effectively through various product and service brand content on various social media platforms. This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze data from social media conversations on Twitter and Instagram within a certain period of time with the help of the Drone Emprit Academic (DEA) application. This research reveals the progress of netizen actors on the company’s official accounts of Twitter and Instagram as a basic understanding for designing and compiling digital marketing strategies using product brand hashtags. This study also found that the netizen actors studied had their respective roles in strengthening the delivery of messages and content on social media
Kaji Eksperimen Output Energi Termoelektrik TEG-SP1848-27145SA Dengan Sumber Panas Dari Solar Parabolic Trough
Get PDFSolar energy is the energy that is most easily obtained in the conditions of our country which is in an area that is crossed by the equator. Energy that can be in the form of sunlight and heat from the sun can certainly be used as alternative energy to produce electrical energy. One technology that is able to utilize solar thermal energy is a solar parabolic trough system as a solar thermal collector. From the heat source produced, it is expected to be able to produce electrical energy generated by thermoelectric, where the thermoelectric heat side is obtained from the heat source in the solar parabolic trough. By conducting experiments to manufacture a power plant that utilizes a solar parabolic trough which is integrated with a thermoelectric type TEG-SP1848-27145SA as many as seven pieces, then the experimental data is taken from the device capable of producing electrical energy output. The output of electrical energy in the form of electrical voltage produced is strongly influenced by the difference in temperature on the hot and cold side of the thermoelectric, the greater the temperature difference, the greater the energy output that can be generated. From the experimental results, the highest temperature difference produced is 20.7oC with a current value of 85.93 mA and a voltage of 2.51 volts in the direction facing north, and the highest temperature difference produced is 11.5oC with a current value of 77.63 mA and a voltage of 2.15 volts in the direction facing east to west. The highest thermoelectric efficiency is 14.996% with the direction of the solar parabolic trough facing east to west

This study aims to specify the personality dynamics of people with schizophrenia. In addition, researchers also identified the factors that affect schizophrenia. This research uses case study and qualitative methods with one participant. The participant is a patient diagnosed with schizophrenia at Mental Hospital X. This research is equipped with data from interviews, observations, and several psychological test tools to enrich the research results. The results showed that the conditions and experiences that the participant went through from childhood to adulthood influenced the formation of schizophrenia. Furthermore, there are external factors and internal factors that affect the formation of schizophrenia in the study participants

Get PDFRevitalization is one of the government programs to re-empower rural cooperative (KUD) in Indonesia. Revitalization for inactive KUD has the purpose to reactivate KUD although the outcome is highly dependent on the conditions of the KUD as well as the internal support of the KUD. This study was conducted in two inactive KUDs in Pati Regency, Central Java namely KUD Sedyo Rukun Juwana and KUD Sukolilo. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Interviews and focus group discussion (FGD) was performed to collect data. The study aims to describe the conditions and the implementation of a revitalization program in both KUD. The results showed that both KUDs do not play a role as cooperative anymore. One of the indicators is that both KUDs has not carried out annual member meetings (RAT) for more than three years. Revitalization of KUD Sedyo Rukun Juwana was conducted by reorganizing and strengthening institutions through RAT. Conversely, the activation of KUD Sukolilo is nearly possible due to the complexity of the problem within the KUD. Liquidation of KUD Sukolilo can be an option to make clear the status of KUD. However, from a legal perspective, KUD Sukolilo cannot be dissolved because they experienced an inability to pay bad credit from the government.

Namun dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan masih banyak ditemukan kendala bahwa keselamatan kegiatan wisata kurang mendapatkan jaminan keselamatan. Obyek Wisata Lava Tour Merapi salah satu destinasi wisata yang memiliki potensi kerawanan terhadap kecelakaan kegiatan wisata.Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Pakem dan Kecamatan Cangkringan Kabupaten Sleman Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Informan penelitian ini antara lain Ketua Asosiasi, Ketua Layanan jeep dan beberapa sopir jeep dan wisatawan. Teknik analisis data melalui analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek keselamatan pariwisata di Obyek Wisata Lava Tour Merapi dikelola dengan baik. Hal tersebut ditunjukan melalui kinerja aspekperencanaan yang dilakukan sebagai tindak lanjut Program Tri Pakarti Musna. Pengelola merumuskan Program peningkatan sumber daya manusia sebagai tindak lanjut Program Tri Pakarti Musna. Program peningkatan sumber daya manusia ini menyangkut tentang tatacara mengelola obyek pariwisat
