Analisa Kekerasan dan Keausan Cylinder Sleeve dari Besi Cor Kelabu FC250 Hasil Sand Mold Casting
Get PDFThe Cylinder sleeve is an engine component that is mounted on the cylinder block which functions as a piston glide base. The cylinder sleeve is made of FC250 gray cast iron. FC250 is a gray cast iron that has lamellar graphite with a tensile strength of at least 250 MPa. This study aims to determine the mechanical properties of hardness and wear of the Cylinder Sleeve made of gray cast iron FC250. The method used in this research is gray cast iron which is cut with a length of 5.5cm, thickness 0.7cm, height 0.7cm which is formed according to the standard size of the hardness and wear test. The tests carried out include testing brinell hardness and wear. The results showed that the lowest hardness value was 134.63BHN and the highest hardness value was 191.43BHN. The increase in hardness values is influenced by the carbon content that cannot be spread evenly, which is followed by a fast cooling rate. The results of the wear test obtained the lowest price of 0.00017mm³/kg.m and the highest wear price of 0.00028 mm³/kg.m

Get PDFThe Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) said that the current national electricity consumption is still relatively small, namely one-quarter of the indicators of developed countries in the world. With a figure of 956 Kilowatt-hour (KWh) per capita, Indonesia\u27s electricity consumption has only reached 23.9% of the electricity consumption of developed countries of 4000 KWh per capita. Based on field observation data, the temperature in the economizer pipe ranges from 280 0C to 330 0C even though it should be between 350 0C to 470 0C (Manual Book PT. Wijaya Triutama) is based on operational standards for a maximum load of 4 MW. A decrease in the temperature in the economizer pipe which is already below the limit will certainly cause a reduction in the electrical power generated and then fuel consumption will increase from 5 tons of wood waste per hour to 7 tons of wood waste per hour. Based on data analysis and discussion, conclusions can be drawn regarding the economizer analysis on boilers that work below the normal limit of gas temperature of 330.9 0C which should be normal temperature of 470.6 0C then water temperature of 152.3 0C which should be 234.8 0C due to several factors including is the contamination in the economizer pipe which causes the temperature to drop, then the efficiency value in the economizer before the research is 58.0% and after repairs and cleaning of the economizer pipe is 70.2% the value of the temperature increase is very influential on the boiler that produces steam pressure Very large

In the public sphere, the country gives an important religious position by placing religious values as the material source of all positive legal rules and as the ethical and moral foundation in the life of the nation and country hood. This study aims to determine the role of brand image and product quality perceptions on purchasing decisions for Suzuki Satria F150 motorcycle products in the Karawang Regency. This research is quantitative research that uses a preliminary study and a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. This study uses the formula of unknown populations to determine the number of samples. The sample used in this research is 96 respondents. The primary data that has been collected is processed using SPSS version 25. The results of this study found that brand image and product quality perceptions had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Suzuki Satria F150 motorcycle products in Karawang Regency
Hubungan Pola Asuh Demokratis dengan Interaksi Sosial pada Remaja yang Menggunakan Smartphone di SMAN X Yogyakarta
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between democratic parenting and social interaction in teenagers using smartphones in SMAN X Yogyakarta. This research method uses quantitative research methods with data collection using a scale that is the scale of social interaction and the scale of democratic parenting. The subjects in this study were adolescents between the ages of 15 and 18, totaling 107 students consisting of 4 classes. Analysis of the data used was the product moment correlation technique from Pearson. The results of the analysis show that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.639 with p = 0.000 (p <0.01), which means there is a significant positive relationship between democratic parenting and social interaction in adolescents using smartphones. So that it can be concluded that democratic parenting affects social interactions in adolescents who use smartphones, the higher the level of democratic parenting parents, the higher the social interaction of teenagers who use smartphones, and vice versa. The effective contribution of democratic parenting with social interaction is 40.83%
Peran Koordinator dalam Menekan Agresivitas Suporter
Get PDFFootball is a very popular sport in the world. Most of people tend to glorify their own football team. Those supporters are more likely fanatic. They tend to obtrude aggressively that their football team should win in every competition. When their team loses in a competition, the supporters tend to be angry. They are unable to accept that their team could be lost in a game. As a result they attack every object to discharge their aggressiveness. They are hooligan. In order to muffle their aggressiveness, an obeyed supporter coordinator is urgently needed. This qualitative research attempts to explore the coordinator role in muffling those supporters. Two coordinators and two supporters participated in this research. They are from the blue face and the blue capital supporter clubs. The interview list is conducted base on 6 aspects i.e. supporter’s expectation, norm, performance, evaluation sanction and power. This research revealed that a coordinator’s instruction will be obeyed when he or she is a wise model and able to display good behaviors. The coordinator’s advices have also been complied since he or she is good in influencing those supporters. Because of this thoughtful coordinator, the supporters’ aggressiveness can be handled well.

Get PDFIn many marketing activities, including fast-food, customer satisfaction is an important factor for the success of a business and has the possibility to influence customer loyalty in the future. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, promotion, and fairness of prices on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at Burger King outlets in Yogyakarta. The research will also use gender and education level as moderation variables. By using survey methods on 377 respondents and by testing the structural model using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) software version 24, the results of the study show that service quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, promotion does not significantly influence customer satisfaction, fairness price has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty. The results also show that gender and education levels moderate the relationship between variables in the research model.

Namun, potensi tinggi tersebut masih belum didukung dan belum memberikan pengaruh besar bagi masyarakat sekitar karena berbagai faktor, seperti masih banyaknya masyarakat yang memiliki pendapatan di bawah UMK, belum optimalnya kegiatan pariwisata, belum optimalnya pengembangan obyek wisata maupun sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung pariwisata. Judul Penelitian yang diambil adalah “Dampak Sosial Ekonomi Obyek Wisata Umbul Brintik”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis dampak sosial ekonomi adanya obyek wisata Umbul Brintik terhadap masyarakat sekitar.Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Instrumen data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan metode purpossive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sample dengan pertimbangan tertentu dengan tujuan untuk menggali informasi dari informan yang mampu menjawab pertanyaan. Sehingga data yang diperoleh benar-benar valid.Dari penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menemukan bahwa Obyek Wisata Umbul Brintik memberikan dampak positif maupun dampak negatif terhadap masyarakat Desa Malangjiwan. Dampak yang terlihat jelas adalah sosial ekonomi. Hal ini terjadi setelah adanya pengelolaan yang dilakukan oleh BUMDes Sumber Makmur Malangjiwan. Dampak positif yang ditimbulkan seperti terbukanya lapangan kerja melalui kegiatan pariwisata, peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dan pemerintah. Sedangkan dampak negatifnya yaitu terkontaminasinya nilai-nilai budaya, serta kurangnya kepedulian untuk patuh terhadap peraturan dan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan

Get PDFThis study aims to explore consumer’s decision-making process in buying house (permanent residence building), based on pro-environmental reasons. It is a rare research since most of research on house consumer behavior revealed that price and location were the most important reasons in buying house rather than pro-environment reason. This is a qualitative research and 2 female owners (wives) participated in this research. They have already lived in that real estate developed by the X house enterprise for 4 months. This research revealed that those consumers have 5 stages in making a decision i.e. able to identify their needs, able to seek relevant information, able to make alternative evaluation, purchasing decision, and post-purchase behavior. It was also revealedseveral points: (1) the second subject is more likely to be an impulsive consumer since the process of decision making was only 4 days compare to 1 month for the first subject. It was occurred that the second subject was more likely depression because of conflict with her mother in law. (2) The first subject was more likely to have environmental sensitivity than the second subject. It was reflected from her favor on a friendly environment septic tank
Analisis Perceived Organizational Support, Quality Culture, dan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Second-Order Factor terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Generasi Y di ATC (Air Traffic Control)
Get PDFThe meeting between generations is now starting to be felt in all organizations, and new things in Human Resources management. Differences in character, motivation, and characteristics in each create a contribution to the human resource management of an organization/company. This study aims to analyze Y-generation employees at ATC (Air Traffic Control) by examining the relationship between variables, perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, quality culture, and intention to move. The research object is ATC employees of seven airports in Indonesia with a total population of 620. The sample of this study is Y-generation of the ATC employees, which is as many as 225, with a purposive sampling method. Research data processing using AMOS version 24 with job satisfaction as the second-order (internal and external dimensions). The results showed that perceived organizational support and quality culture affected turnover intention which was moderated by job satisfaction. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of job satisfaction which consists of external and internal dimensions that affect Y-generation in turnover intention
