Pengelolaan Desa Wisata Religius Di Tengah Pandemi Covid 19
Get PDFCovid-19 merupakan virus yan muncul pada akhir tahun 2019 dan menyebar ke berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Untuk membatasi penyebaran Covid-19, pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan kebijakan pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB). Hal tersebut berdampak pada sektor pariwisata di Papua Barat yang menjadi salah satu satu sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Manokwari. Sehubungan dengan fenomena tersebut, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Manokwari diharuskan berupaya untuk meningkatkan daya tarik destinasi wisata di wilayahnya. Oleh karena itu, maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan objek adalah Desa Wisata Religius di Desa Mansinam Kabupaten Manokwari. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan unit analisis sebanyak 5 orang, terdiri atas Kepala Desa Mansinam, Ketua Badan Pengelola Situs Mansinam, Sekretaris Pengelola, Tokoh Masyarakat dan pelaku Usaha. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan desa wisata religius di desa Mansinam mengalami kendala karena tidak ada sinergi dari Dinas Pariwisata selaku pembuat kebijakan untuk merencanakan bagaimana mengembangkan desa wisata religius di desa mansinam ini pada covid 19 ini. Pengorganisasian pada pengelolaan desa wisata religius di Desa Mansinam tidak terorganisir dengan baik karena banyaknya jumlah orang yang berada dalam satu divisi. Kendala yang dialami oleh masyarakat adalah tidak adanya pelaksanaan yang jelas antara Pemerintah Daerah dengan pengelola situs Mansinam sehingga desa wisata religius tersebut tidak terkelola dengan baik, terutama pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu pengawasan dalam pengelolaan desa wisata religius di Desa Mansinam dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia dalam jumlah yang cukup dan memiliki pengetahuan di bidang pariwisata

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan di Unit Layanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kemendikbud RI di DIY.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskripsitif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan cara purposive.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kualitas pelayanan di ULT Satu Pintu Kemendikburistek di DIY dilihat dari dimensi: a) bukti fisik (tangible), b) kehandalan (reliability), c) daya tanggap (responsiveness), d) jaminan (assurance), dan e) empati (emphaty) masing-masing sudah sangat baik
Efektivitas Sosialisasi Pemilihan Umum Serentak 2019 Segmen Penyandang Disabilitas Tingkat Kecamatan Wirobrajan Kota Yogyakarta
Get PDFSalah satu tahapan yang paling penting dalam pemilihan umum untuk mengakomodir hak politik penyandang disabilitas selain tahapan pemungutan suara adalah tahapan sosialisasi. Yang mana, sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh penyelenggara pemilu perlu kebijakan dan strategi khusus yang salah satunya agar partisipasi pengguna hak pilih penyandang disabilitas dapat meningkat atau dalam angka partisipasi yang tinggi. Terlebih, dalam sosialisasi perlu ada perlakuan khusus sesuai dengan jenis disabilitas yang dimiliki. Kota Yogyakarta khususnya Kecamatan Wirobrajan sebagai salah satu kecamatan percontohan kota inklusi dan juga salah satu kecamatan dengan jumlah daftar pemilih penyandang disabilitas yang banyak pada Pemilihan Umum Serentak 2019 perlu diukur efektivitas sosialisasi yang dilakukan khususnya segmen penyandang disabilitas. Hasilnya, dari dari 151 (seratus lima puluh satu) kali sosialisasi sepanjang tahapan Pemilihan Umum sererantak 2019, terdapat setidaknya terdapat 5 (lima) kali sosialisasi secara langsung kepada segmen penyandang disabilitas dan terdapat 2 (dua) kali sosialisasi melalui media kepada segmen penyandang disabilitas sekaligus umum. Tingkat partisipasi penyandang disabilitas yang menggunakan hak pilihnya untuk Kecamatan Wirobrajan mencapai angka 75,60%, melebihi angka partisipasi penyandang disabilitas yang menggunakan hak pilihnya tingkat Kota Yogyakarta yang berada di angka 68,21%. Efektivitas terlihat dari yang pertama adalah pemahaman penyandang disabilitas peserta sosialisasi terhadap materi yang disampaikan yang juga terbantu oleh interpreter. Efektivitas yang kedua terdapat pada sasaran sosialisasi yang tepat sasaran terhadap segmen penyandang disabilitas. Efektivitas yang ketiga terdapat pada ketepatan waktu sosialisasi yang sesuai regulasi. Efektivitas yang keempat yang juga menjadi salah satu yang utama adalah tujuan yang tercapai. Yang mana, tidak hanya penyebaran informasi pemilu dan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang hak dan kewajiban dalam pemilu saja. Namun juga peningkatan atau tingginya angka partisipasi pemilih khususnya segmen penyandang disabilitas. Yang efektivitas yang kelima atau yang terakhir adalah adanya perubahan nyata yang tidak hanya dalam partisipasi namun juga dalam penyelenggaran pemilu yang aksesable khususnya pada tahapan pemungutan suara

Get PDFThis research was conducted to determine the coping efforts of a person who has psychosomatic tendencies in dealing with stress. Data were collected by means of interviews about the background, psychosomatic causes, then coping strategies that were used to control oneself when these symptoms came. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method which was conducted on two research subjects. The subjects of this study were housewives who had psychosomatic tendencies when dealing with stressors. The results showed that a person with psychosomatic tendencies tends to do Emotional-focused coping, including efforts to treat illness, efforts to get closer to God and efforts to control his emotions. Problem-focused coping includes a willingness to go to a doctor if symptoms recur and an effort to seek support from people around them as a coping strategy

Get PDFLiving with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) is causing the patients to feel depressed, struggle with problems including physical, psychological, social economy and family. 20-30% of ESRD patients are experiencing depression. Eclectic counseling is one of method to decrease depression. This research aims to understand the effect of eclectic counseling on depression. There were three ESRD patients with depression in Internal Medicine and Hemodialysis Department in X Hospital Semarang. This research was conducted using simgle case pre-experimental design. The data were collected through eclectic counselling module and HRSD (Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression) scale. The data were not normally distributed, thus wilcoxon sign rank testwas chosen as data analysis method. The result showed there were significant difference of depression level in ESRD patients. Depression level were lower after the counseling compared to before counseling. Eclectic counseling has a significant contribution to reduce depression level of ESRD patients on dyalisis in X Hospital Semarang

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention either directly or through the variable Organizational Commitment. The study was conducted on all employees (85 people), a beauty care product company, CV Magic Skin Yogyakarta. Data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS-SEM. The research resulted in an answer that there was a direct influence between Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention, and no influence between Job Insecurity and Organizational Commitment, and no influence between Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention. Job insecurity also has no effect through the variable Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention. In addition, the results also show that there are indicators of work insecurity that can no longer be used to measure work insecurity

Banking crimes that use information technology, especially against bank products and services that use computers and internet networks (Cybercrime) will cause losses to customers and the bank itself.This research is normative juridical research that is descriptive-analytical with a case approach to identify and analyze forms of crime in the banking world and the efforts made by the government CQ. financial authorities in providing legal protection for customers and banks from criminals who use information technology.The results of this study indicate that cybercrime is a crime using information technology that can be carried out without recognizing territorial boundaries and no direct interaction between perpetrators and victims of crime is required; so that the government, as well as the monetary authority (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as supervisors in the financial and banking sectors, need to protect the public (customers) and banking institutions, namely by taking preventive and repressive actions by implementing existing laws and regulations and coordinating with law enforcement officers in preventing the occurrence of Cybercrime and providing severe penalties for the perpetrators of these crimes.

The Effects of Equity Crowdfunding and Business Partnership Relationships on Business Performance: A Study on MSMEs Registered in Santara
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effects of equity crowdfunding and business partnership relationships on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). To the best of the researcher’s knowledge, there are still relatively few studies that discuss the relationship between these variables and business performance. These findings can add a reference to studies in the field of entrepreneurial finance, especially regarding equity crowdfunding for MSMEs. The analysis used was a multiple linear regression approach which was processed with SPSS 26.0 software. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method. The data was obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires to 83 MSMEs registered in an application that is active in the fintech equity crowdfunding field called Santara. The study proved that equity crowdfunding has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSMEs, and the business partnership relationship has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSMEs. Equity crowdfunding is an alternative for MSMEs to obtain business capital other than bank loans. In addition, establishing a partnership will have a positive impact on business progress if it is carried out with the principle of mutual strengthening, needs, and benefits between parties
