Get PDFCooperatives can play a role as one of the main forces in encouraging national economic growth. One of the indicators in improving the welfare of members can be proven by the increase in SHU. This study aims to examine how the independent variables (number of members, external capital, business volume, and total assets) can affect the dependent variable (SHU) in all cooperatives in Bali Province. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach with a verification method using panel data regression analysis. This study uses secondary data with time series 2015-2020 and a cross-section of 9 districts/cities sourced from the publications of the Bali Province Cooperatives and UMKM Office. It’s known that the results of this study when proven simultaneously, that the external capital variable, business volume variable, and total asset variable have a significant influence on the SHU variable. Partially it’s known that the variable number of members has no influence and is negatively related to the SHU variable, there is a significant influence between external capital and the SHU variable but is negatively related, the business volume variable has a significant and positive relationship to the SHU variable, and the total assets variable has an influence as well significantly related to the SHU variable
Effect of ROA, CAR, NPF, and BOPO on Mudharabah Financing (Empirical Study of Indonesian Sharia Commercial Banks in 2018-2020)
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of return on assets, capital adequacy ratio, non-performing finance, and BOPO ratio on the Mudharabah Financing System. The samples in this study are eight Sharia Banks in Indonesia registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) RI in 2018-2020, which were obtained through a purposive sampling technique approach. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regressions. This is indicated by the results of research using the t-test ROA and BOPO have no effect on the Mudharabah Financing system, while CAR and NPF had a significant positive effect on mudharabah\u27s approval of Sharia Banks. Sharia Banks in managing to finance must prioritize the principle of prudence so that bad debts can be controlled
Effect of Work Planning and Supervision at Workplace on Employee Effectiveness at Operational Bureau of PT BPR Kencana in Cimahi City
Get PDFPT BPR Kencana in Cimahi City, West Java, has carried out activities to increase work planning and supervision at work, especially within the Operations Bureau. This study aims to determine how much influence work planning and supervision at the workplace have on the effectiveness of the employees of the Operational Bureau of PT BPR Kencana in Cimahi City. The research method used in this research is the descriptive-verification research method and the population in this research is the employees of the Operational Bureau, totaling 35 employees. The results showed that work planning variables affect the work effectiveness of the Operational Bureau of PT BPR Kencana in Cimahi City by 15.7 percent. Besides that, supervision at the workplace has an effect of 31.8 percent on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Operational Bureau of PT BPR Kencana in Cimahi City. Work planning and supervision at the workplace have less influence simultaneously influencing the work effectiveness of employees at the Operational Bureau of PT BPR Kencana in Cimahi City

Fossil fuels bring pressure on every country to produce and use renewable energy. In addition, world oil prices have risen to $100 per barrel, which is also a serious cause that affects many countries\u27 people. countries in the world, especially Indonesia. The method that needs to be used to improve the scarcity of Lpiji gas in Ambawang Village, Batu Ampar District is by using cow dung to become biogas. The stages are: Designing a household-scale biogas appliance, preparing materials and equipment, and testing the household-scale biogas appliance that has been designed. So it can reduce the scarcity of Lpiji gas. Based on observations in the Ambawang Village area, Batu Ampar District, they admitted that obtaining LPG fermented by anaerobic bacteria was difficult. The largest change in manometer air height occurred on days 19 and 30 in Variation S1, the change in manometer air height was 4 cm compared to the previous day. The total height of the manometer for 30 days was 28.2 cm. The pressure of biogas produced for 30 days was 104090.4 N/m2, the maximum amount of biogas evolution on days 19 and 30 was 0.4192011 m3, and the total amount of biogas for 30 days was 12.15 m3. The methane gas produced during 30 days of fermentation can be used on the stove for 51 minutes 34 seconds, and the color of the flame is slightly bluish, indicating that the methane gas produced still contains a small percentage of water. And can heat 1.5 liters of 93°C water for 12 minutes

On the other hand, some MSMEs can still survive and rise ready to live the new normal even though they have been hit by a pandemic. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of Entrepreneurial Marketing in maintaining Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the pandemic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data source was taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection uses active participative observation techniques, semi-structured interviews, and document studies. Data validation using source triangulation and techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out using the constant comparative method. The results showed that Bakulanvia business people implemented entrepreneurial marketing which was reviewed through an opportunity focused on the implementation of joining Jakpreneur and expanding relationships. Innovation-oriented is by innovating attractive packaging different from others. Value Creation is through satisfaction and customer input suggestions that are constructive. Calculated risk-taking is by making strategies through promos and utilizing social media. Research limitations and suggestions for subsequent research are provided

Get PDFThis study aims to conduct a study of novice entrepreneurs in Yogyakarta. This study analyzes the amount of capital, the number of employees, the length of time running the business, the age of the entrepreneur, education (graduated from bachelor\u27s degree or high school), and whether the business is a legal entity or not. This study used 335 novice entrepreneurs who filled out a questionnaire followed by in-depth interviews with ten willing novice entrepreneurs. Focus group discussions were also conducted with related sources. The analytical tools used in this research are descriptive analysis and ordinary least squares (OLS). The results showed that the amount of capital and the number of employees affected sales or business income, but the variables of business length, entrepreneurial age, and level of education had no significant effect on sales or business income. In general, the results of this study indicate that there are still various problems in running a business, especially regarding the problem of product marketing and social capital owned by novice entrepreneurs in Yogyakarta

Positive energy that can control and influence the caregiver\u27s thoughts, feelings, and behavior is needed to balance negative emotions in the form of stress. The positive energy control needed is gratitude for life because in difficult or unpleasant conditions you still have luck behind it. The research subjects were caregivers who cared for mental patients at Pondok Tetirah Dzikir, Yogyakarta. Caregivers who have meaning in life have clear guidelines and goals in living their lives. Get PDFFundraising activities digitally for various projects are growing in Indonesia, especially after the Covid-19 Pandemic appeared. The psychographics of the Indonesian people who are friendly have made them voluntarily donate to humanitarian activities. Kitabisa.com is one of the most popular crowdfunding platforms in Indonesia for online fundraising. The study’s purpose is to determine the Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Usefulness, and Satisfaction effect on Continued IT Usage Intention on the Kitabisa.com platform. 50 users of the Kitabisa.com platform were used to be a sample and taken using the saturation sampling technique or saturated sampling because of the suitability of the research characteristics. To analyze data, researchers conducted a path analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Based on the study results, Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Enjoyment significantly and directly affect satisfaction. In addition, satisfaction significantly influences the Continued IT Usage Intention. Meanwhile, only Perceived Usefulness significantly and indirectly affects the Continued IT Usage Intention through satisfaction. Furthermore, researchers also found that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Usefulness, and Satisfaction were confirmed able to meet the expectations of users through the confirmation variable
