Shift Work, Social Support, and Work Motivation Among Terminal Employees: A Case Study of Gambut Barakat Terminal, South Kalimantan
This study examines how a shift work system affects employees’ work motivation, considering social support as a mediating mechanism. The research took place at Gambut Barakat Type A Terminal, South Kalimantan, a public service facility that operates continuously with rotating morning, afternoon, and night schedules. A quantitative, causal comparative design was employed, and all 35 shift employees were surveyed using standardized instruments for shift work and social support. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The results indicate that the shift work system has a positive impact on work motivation (β = 0.536) and also enhances perceived social support (β = 0.763). Social support has a positive effect on motivation (β = 0.383) and partially mediates the relationship between shift work and motivation (β = 0.409). The model yields an R² of 0.744, indicating that 74.4% of the variance in motivation is explained by the combined effect of shift work and social support. These findings highlight the importance of transparent and well-managed rosters accompanied by a supportive interpersonal climate. In continuous public service operations, equitable scheduling, combined with peer and supervisory support, can enhance employee motivation and help sustain performance over time
Analisis Pengaruh Variasi Parameter Mesin CNC Lasser Cuting terhadap Hasil Pemotongan Material SPHC 5 mm di PT. XYZ
This study analyzes the effect of parameter variations on CNC Laser Cutting machines on the cutting quality of 5 mm SPHC material at PT. XYZ. The tested parameters include cutting speed, laser power, gas pressure, and the type of gas used. The research methods involve literature review, observation, and experiments with variations in cutting parameters. The results show that the proper combination of parameters significantly affects cutting quality, including edge cleanliness, oxidation levels, and surface quality. The use of high-pressure nitrogen produces cleaner and neater cuts compared to oxygen, which tends to cause oxidation. Additionally, cutting speed and laser focus position also have a significant impact on the final results. This study emphasizes that optimizing parameters in CNC Laser Cutting machines can improve efficiency and precision in the SPHC material cutting process, leading to better results in the manufacturing industry

Pengembangan Aplikasi Digital Berbasis Artificial Intelligence Guna Efisiensi Pembuatan Akta Notaris
The purpose of this research is to analyze the comparison of legal effectiveness between the conventional system and the Touch My Land digital system in making notarial deeds and formulate an ideal future regulatory concept related to the digitization of notarial services. The research method used is prescriptive normative legal research. First Research Result: The digital deed application can increase the efficiency of deed-making time from days to only a few hours. The rate of errors in writing news on the deed also greatly decreases; this proves the effectiveness of the data verification feature and the Artificial Intelligence-based editorial check. The application of the Artificial Intelligence-based digital deed application system in the Notary environment has great potential in supporting the digitization of legal services in Indonesia and increasing the speed and accuracy of services to the public. Second: The regulatory model needed is to update the Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN to regulate the complete procedure for integrating the digital deed system, then amend the Notary Position Law Article 16 paragraph (1) letter m concerning Physical Presence and the Electronic Information and Transaction Law in Article 5 paragraph (4) concerning the validity of electronic deeds so that notarial deeds can be made and recognized in electronic form and make the two rules harmonize to facilitate the application of digital applications based on Artificial Intelligence
Peningkatan Kualitas Layanan Rumah Makan Melalui Digitalisasi dengan Metode Design Thinking
Digitalization has significantly impacted the culinary industry, necessitating that businesses adapt to remain competitive. Rumah Makan and Café Saung Bodeman face service challenges, including manual reservations, limited menu information, and inefficient operations. This study aims to design a digital service program using the Design Thinking method through five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. A qualitative approach with interviews and observations was conducted to explore user needs from both consumers and employees. The research produced two interactive website prototypes: one for consumers (online reservations, menu ordering, estimated processing time, and menu availability) and one for employees (a dashboard for reservation management, menu and seating updates, and input reservations). Usability testing with the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving 12 respondents showed that both prototypes achieved acceptable scores with good user satisfaction. The results show that the proposed digital solution effectively addresses service issues and can improve Saung Bodeman\u27s competitiveness in the digital era
Eksistensi Penggunaan Mobile Banking Dalam Analisis Melalui Pengaruh Teknologi, Pengalaman, dan Keamanan
The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the sustainability of mobile application usage using the Technology Adoption Model (TAM) approach. The variables studied include ease of use, user experience, affective experience, and security & privacy. Data was collected through a survey of mobile banking users and analyzed statistically using quantitative methods. The results of the study indicate that ease of use, user experience, affective experience, and application security and privacy significantly influence user satisfaction. User satisfaction then becomes a key factor that mediates the influence of these variables on the intention to continue using mobile banking. These findings show that the higher the level of user satisfaction, the greater the likelihood that users will continue to use mobile banking services. Additionally, security and privacy were proven to be fundamental aspects of user trust and loyalty. The implications of this study are the importance of developing mobile banking applications that are easy to use, provide a positive experience, and ensure the security and privacy of user data to increase user satisfaction and loyalty in a sustainable manner. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developers and digital banking service providers in designing service improvement strategies in the current digital era
