Strategi Pengembangan Obyek Wisata Candi Prambanan Pasca Pandemi Covid-19
Pandemi Covid-19 pada tahun 2020 berdampak terhadap Pariwisata di tanah air. Candi Prambanan merupakan salah satu obyek wisata yang terkena dampak dari pandemi Covid-19 yaitu mengalami penurunan pengunjung yang cukup drastis. Tahun 2022 dilakukan upaya pemulihan sektor pariwisata pasca pandemi covid-19 di Candi Prambanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat untuk pengembangan Candi Prambanan Pasca Pandemi covid-19.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode Pengumpulan Data menggunakan wawancara, observasi & dokumentasi. Analisis Data dilakukan dengan metode Analisis SWOT dengan memperhatikan kondisi internal dan eksternal dari aspek 6A (Attraction, Accomodation, Amenities, Ancillary services, Activity dan Accessibilities).Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan strategi Pengembangan Obyek Wisata Candi Prambanan sebagai berikut, 1) Strategi pemanfaatan kekuatan-peluang (SO). 2) pengembangan obyek wisata berbasis edu-tourism, eco-tourism & sport tourism, kerjasama bundling voucher penginapan + tiket masuk, dan pengembangan candi-candi lain di sekitar kompleks candi Prambanan untuk memaksimalkan eksistensi candi-candi tersebut. Strategi memanfaatkan peluang dan meminimalisir kelemahan (WO). 3) Pembangunan akomodasi berupa hotel/penginapan disekitar candi yang sesuai dengan standar Internasional dengan melakukan kerjasama dengan pemilik hotel di sekitar Candi Prambanan, dan mengadakan rekruitmen bagi masyarakat disekitar candi agar dapat membantu perekonomian mereka pasca covid-19. Strategi pemanfaatan kekuatan dan meminimalisir ancaman (ST). 4) meningkatkan fasilitas di Candi Prambanan dan meningkatkan value Candi Prambanan kepada pengunjung. Strategi meminimalkan dampak ancaman dan kelemahan yang ada (WT) dengan menambah fasilitas & benefit bagi pengunjung dalam setiap pembelian tiket, menciptakan kebijakan & strategi yang tepat, dan mengembangkan perpaduan strategi Wellness & Safe Tourism di Candi Prambanan
Dinamika Narapidana Dengan Gangguan Kepribadian Antisosial
ABSTRACT An individual with antisocial personality disorder if meets the criteria in DSM V, such as a persistent pattern of violence, at least 18 years of age, conduct disorder, and the appearance of antisocial behavior without schizophrenia. Antisocial personality disorder is closely related to crimes committed by prisoners. This study aims to determine the psychological dynamics and personality disorders experienced by prisoners. In addition, the researchers also identified the factors that influence the disorder. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The participants were one prisoner in Lapas X with cases of robbery and murder. This research is equipped with data from interviews, observations, and several psychological test tools to enrich the research results. The results showed that the conditions and experiences experienced by participants from childhood to adulthood influenced the formation of antisocial personality disorder. Furthermore, there are factors that influence the formation of the disorder, both internally and externally to the participant
Efektifitas Pelatihan Self Leadership Untuk Meningkatkan Perilaku Inovatif Karyawan JMC IT Consultant Yogyakarta
ABSTRACTInnovative behavior is driven by self-leadership, because employees can direct themselves to create ideas and solutions for their job. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of self-leadership training to improve employee innovative behavior. The subjects of this study were 10 employees who had innovative behavior in the medium and low categories. The research design used in this study was one group pretest-posttest design. The result show that in the paired sample t-test, t value was -8,533 (p < 0.05). Based on the results of research conducted, we can conclude self-leadership training can increase employee innovation. It is hoped that the company can use self-leadership training as an alternative to increase innovative behavior. In addition, further researchers are expected to involve the control group in order to make sure the effect of this treatment and can use another treatments to increase innovative behavior
Speech Recognition pada Kontrol Gerak Tangan Bionik berbasis Raspberry Pi dan Arduino
The bionic hand is a broad bio-mechatronic device that incorporates various concepts involving biology and mechatronics. In this journal, the authors research finger movements in bionic hands using voice commands. In designing this bionic hand, the author made a mechanical design using a 3D printing machine. The hardware design used by the Raspberry Pi to process voice data is then transmitted to Arduino to carry out servo movement commands so that it can move bionic fingers. Software design uses the Python language using the Google text-to-speech API. From this research, data was generated with 100% accuracy. Optimization of Cutting Parameter CNC Wet Milling Process of Austenitic Stainless Steel on Surface Roughness
Austenitic stainless steel (SS) is widely used in various industries owing to its good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. However, the machineability of this material remains a challenge to measure for better application. In this research, the optimization of the machining parameter CNC wet milling process for austenitic stainless steels (AISI 304 and AISI 316) was successfully finished by utilizing the Taguchi method (S/N ratio and ANOVA) to determine its machineability specifically on surface roughness. The optimum surface roughness of AISI 304 stainless steel is about 0,21 µm within a spindle speed of 3184 rpm, a feed rate of 1528,4 mm/min in the depth of 0,3 mm. The depth of cut parameter during CNC milling was considered as the most influential parameter to optimize surface roughness in AISI 304 stainless steel. Meanwhile, during the cutting process of AISI 316 stainless steel, the optimum surface roughness was obtained at a spindle speed of 3184 rpm, feed rate of 541,4 mm/min in the depth of 0,3 mm with a surface roughness value of 0,24 µm. The results depicted that feed rate held a pivotal factor in determining surface roughness in the AISI 316 stainless steel milling process. Therefore, this research gives impactful insight into developing a good milling process that can increase the machineability, quality, and productivity of AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steels
Social Media as Digital Marketing Tool in MSME: A Systematic Literature Review
The pandemic has caused difficulties for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in managing their finances, as all activities have been temporarily halted for health recovery. As a result, MSMEs have experienced losses in sales. One of the ways to ensure continuous sales and attract more buyers is by utilizing digital marketing. There are various options available in digital marketing, and one of them is leveraging social media platforms. MSME players have started to venture into digital marketing to increase their sales volume. However, previous research has shown that it has been only partially effective despite utilizing social media for sales facilitation. To address this issue, a Systematic Literature Review was conducted to document and review all articles related to enhancing social media utilization as a digital marketing tool to facilitate sales for MSMEs. A total of 20 nationally and internationally accredited journal articles were accessed from DOAJ, Google Scholar, and lens.org. The findings of the literature review study analyzed these 20 research articles that suspected social media as a digital marketing strategy to facilitate sales for MSMEs
Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Persepsi Wakif dalam Berwakaf melalui Platform Wakaf Hasanah
The Hasanah Waqf Crowdfunding Platform was created to make it easier for people to have waqf. With the large potential of waqf in Indonesia, the accumulated amount of waqf in Hasanah Waqf is still far from the target. The research objective was to analyze the factors that influence the perception of waqf through the Hasanah Waqf platform using a combination theory of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as well as literacy and trust as external factors. The population is all Muslim communities in Indonesia. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling of as many as 369 people. Quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive effect on people\u27s attitudes. However, the attitude towards the Hasanah Waqf platform has a negative effect on the intention to do waqf through the Hasanah Waqf platform. Subjective norms have a positive effect on intention waqf money through the Hasanah Waqf platform. Perceived behavioral control has a negative effect on the intention of waqf through the Hasanah Waqf platform. Literacy and trust have a positive effect on the intention for waqf through the Hasanah Waqf platform. And the intention has a positive effect on the behavior of waqf money through the Hasanah Waqf platform. This research is expected to provide information to increase the collection of cash waqf in Indonesia
Efek Sinergis Alumina Trihydrate Dan Melamine Cyanurate Terhadap Ketahanan Api Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP)
Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) in train interior components must have good fire resistance properties. Therefore, it is necessary to add a flame retardant compound to the GFRP material. In this study, Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) and Melamine Cyanurate (MCA) were mixed into a vinyl ester resin. The method of making GFRP refractory specimens uses the hand lay-up method. GFRP is mixed and tested for fire resistance standard ORE B 106.2. The results obtained after the addition of 25% ATH, a mixture of 25% ATH with 5% MCA, 10% MCA with 25% ATH, and 15% MCA with 25% ATH, 25% ATH in the outer layer, and a mixture of 5% MCA with 25% ATH in the outer layer of the resin weight is able to increase fire resistance. Optimum GFRP fire resistance at the addition of 25% ATH to the weight of the resin in the outer layer. The result of the burned area is 84.84 cm² with a fire extinguishing time of 0.33 seconds after the fire source leaves the specimen. The results show that the mixture of ATH and MCA has a synergistic effect on fire resistance properties, so it becomes a recommendation for interior sidewall panels and ceiling panels on trains according to the ORE B 106.2 standar
Hubungan Antara Produktifitas Pemesinan dan Kualitas Permukaan Bahan UHMWPE Hasil Bubut Silindris dengan Mesin CNC
UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is a unique polyethylene material widely used in biomedical applications as a bearing material for human body joint implants. The production of these UHMWPE implant components is still commonly performed with machine tools. Operation of these machines requires specific setting machining parameters in order to produce good UHMWPE surface quality without sacrificing the production cost. This research aims to find the relationship between cylindrical lathe machining productivity parameter, MRR (Material Removal Rate), and surface quality of the produced UHMWPE implant. MRR is directly related to production costs. The research was conducted by turning the UHMWPE at five feed rate variations between 0.025 to 0.2 mm/rev. and two depth of cut variations, 0.05 mm, and 0.1 mm, with a cutting speed of 150 m / minute. The test used a Denford FANUC CNC lathe machine with a cemented carbide cutting tool. Product quality was determined by measuring the topography or surface roughness of the material. Results show that the surface quality is inversely related to MRR. This problem can be solved by adjusting the depth of the cut. High productivity can be obtained by cutting thicker material. The difference in the surface quality of the cylindrical lathe machined material in the two depth of cut variations is not significant

The primary purpose of this research is to examine and find out the causes of the concept of urgency compelling in the formation of Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang (Perppu) Number 1 of 2022 to replace Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning general elections in Papua. The approach method used is normative juridical. This approach is intended to be a type of descriptive research concerning laws. Furthermore, the specification of this research is descriptive-analytical. Methods of data collection using library research that tests the document materials and library materials used in this study. The data were analyzed qualitatively normative, namely conducting research by interpreting and constructing statements contained in statutory regulations.This research discusses the formation of government regulation in lieu of law for changes to law Number 7 of 2017 concerning general elections in Papua, considering that extraordinary policies and steps are needed to anticipate the impact of the formation of four new provinces namely South Papua, Central Papua, Papua Mountains, and Southwest Papua. It is intended that the 2024 Election will continue according to schedule and stages so as to create domestic political stability
