    CNC machine tools have been widely used in the process and manufacturing industries, which have the potential to increase the intensity of electrical energy consumption so that energy efficiency is needed. Energy efficiency is a necessity for the sustainability of the process and manufacturing industrial sector which will be related to energy costs and environmental factors. In order to carry out energy efficiency, it is necessary to identify the consumption of electrical energy by tracing and mapping the electrical energy flow to the components in a CNC machining center machine, so opportunities for energy savings can be known. This research was conducted by collecting data by monitoring energy consumption in stand-by, setting and cutting machine conditions. Cutting tests are carried out to determine the energy consumption of each machine component that affects energy use. After that it can be seen the energy flow pattern by classifying the energy user components into primary and secondary components. Based on the analysis of electrical energy consumption data during the cutting process, it is known that the significat energy users are the spindle motor, the axis feed motor (X, Y, Z) and the coolant motor

    Axial pumps are one type of pump that is widely used for industrial purposes to move fluids from low places to higher places with large capacities. The axial pump has very complicated components so it has a very expensive price. This study aims to design and build an axial flow pump with a 5-inch PVC pipe casing driven by an electric motor. The design process begins with the determination of pump specifications including the capacity of the fluid you want to flow and the height of the fluid you want to move, then proceed with calculations including the capacity of the electric motor, shaft, and bearings, then proceed with the process of making components according to the calculations that have been done and the final stage is the process assembly and testing. The result of the calculation is that for an axial pump specification with a maximum head of 0.5 m, a pipe diameter of 0.14 m, and a maximum capacity of fluid that can flow 0.02 m3/s, a ½ Hp motor is required with a drive shaft diameter of 10 mm. The test results show that the pump can operate properly, the water capacity that can be moved is 0.0138 m3/s for the variation in the number of blades 2 and 0.0161 m3/s for the variation in the number of blades 3. So the efficiency for the variation in the number of blades 2 is 46.54% and for blade 3 is 54.53

    ABSTRACTObjective of this research is to describe on how to construct the students’ report card at the SMPN 4 Kebumen, Central Java, based on the learning program evaluation. This report card portrays students’ progress on understanding all school subjects. This is a descriptive-qualitative research, and we use either observation or interview as a method to collect data. When interviewing the head master, teachers and some students, we use three postulates i.e. literation, numeric, and character. Those three postulates are the crucial content of the minimum competency assessment. It means that a success student should have at least those three competencies. This research revealed that the students’ report cards have already reflected those three minimum competencies. Majority students have good literation quality, high order thinking skill and ability to apply Pancasila (Indonesian basic ideology) in their daily life

The background factors are internal (natural) and external (family and environmental influences). This study aims as a case study to find out what causes self-acceptance of transsexuals at the Pondok Pesantren Waria Al-Fatah Yogyakarta. The research method used is qualitative research using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection methods. This study used 2 (two) subjects including students from the Pondok Pesantren Waria Al-Fatah Yogyakarta.     This study aims to investigate the effect of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on the purchase intention of facial care products based on the theory of planned behavior. The moderating role of gender was also tested on the relationship between purchase intention and factors from the theory of planned behavior. In addition, this research was conducted in a country with a tropical and hot climate which has many cases of facial skin problems. Data collected from 320 respondents were tested against the research model using PLS analysis. The results showed that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control had a significant impact on the purchase intention of facial care products, and it was also found that these factors influenced women more than men on the purchase intention of facial care products. The findings of this study present important theoretical and practical implications for the buying behavior of facial care products

    Pengaruh ROA, NIM, dan BOPO terhadap Harga Saham Perbankan LQ20 di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2022 Menggunakan Analisis Data Panel

    This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Operating Expenses on Operating Income (OEOI) on the Share Price of banks in the LQ20 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016 to 2022. The sample used in this study consisted of 4 banks in the LQ20 listed on the IDX. This study uses panel data obtained from Bank Indonesia reports and audited financial reports on banking companies listed on the IDX. By using the Common Effect Model with Eviews, the F-test result shows that the ROA, NIM, and BOPO variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the Stock Price. Based on the t-test results, the ROA has a positive effect on the Stock Price with a statistically strong level of significance. The NIM has a negative effect on Stock Price, while the BOPO has no effect on the Stock Price. The prediction of the three independent variables on Stock Price is 92.9%, while 37.1% remaining is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penemuan adanya kasus mengenai penolakan pembangunan toko bangunan di Kecamatan Gebang Kabupaten Purworejo yang di duga tidak memiliki izin usaha. Tujuan yang hendak di capai pada penelitian ini, antara lain: (1) Mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Perizinan Usaha Perdagangan di Kabupaten Purworejo. (2) Mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi Implementasi Kebijakan Perizinan Usaha Perdagangan di Kabupaten Purworejo.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan sampling mengunakan Purposive Sampling. Informan penelitian ini antara lain Sekretaris Dinas, Staff Administrasi, Staff pelayanan di DMPTSP, Sekretaris Kecamatan Gebang, dan beberapa pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Purworejo. Adapun teknik analisis data mengunakan teknik deskriptif. Wawancara dan data tertulis dalam pengumpulan data yang kemudian dilakukan observasi untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kebijakan perizinan usaha perdagangan di Kabupaten Purworejo.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan perizinan usaha perdagangan di Kabupaten Purworejo telah dilakukan dengan baik dan sesuai aturan yang berlaku yaitu perubahan sistem perijinan dari bentuk SIUP menjadi NIB. Selain itu, perizinan dimengalami peningkatan dalam penerbitan usaha perdagangan pada toko bangunan Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah.     The advancement of information technology provides ease of learning. However, learning media in schools usually depends on average electrical settings and electronic devices to support information technology (IT). The learning media in Indonesia generally depends on the utilization of PLN\u27s electrical energy. It is undeniable that electricity is a basic need in teaching and learning activities today, even though the existence of electrical installations in the midst of children saves dangers that need to be anticipated. The solution is to provide socialization and education on child-friendly technology. In this case, the school community will be introduced to utilizing and building safe electrical installations for children. In principle, some electrical components available on the market will have their own level of safety, and safe and child-friendly components must be chosen. Furthermore, electrical installations will be built with solar energy sources because the technology has many advantages, including renewable energy, without high-voltage cable networks, and providing efficiency in school operational costs. It is more important that solar electricity can work at low voltages to be safe in children\u27s environments. The result at the activity location installed electricity from Solar Power Plant with a 300 Watt inverter to provide electricity for school computer devices. In addition, 10 outdoor lighting points are installed that are set to turn on and off automatically. The main goal to provide efficient and safe electrical facilities for children has been well realized

    Pengaruh Komposisi Partikel Styrofoam dan Resin Epoksi pada Komposit Peredam Suara

    Styrofoam (Extruded Polystyrene) waste can be used as a soundproofing material. This study aims to determine the effect of the particle composition of Styrofoam and epoxy resin on the performance of soundproofing composites. The composition between Styrofoam particles and epoxy resin is 20:20; 20:30; and 20:50 grams. Sound absorption test using PVC impedance tube 100 cm long, 15 cm diameter, and 5 mm thick. The variation in the placement distance of the composite from the sound source is 25; 50; and 75 cm and was measured using the sound level meter application. This type of test sound uses a single tone in the frequency range of 0-600 Hz which is recorded per 5 seconds. Composite performance analysis is reviewed based on media density, composite morphological characteristics of Image-J software, and sound absorption coefficient values. The results showed that the greater the composition had increased the density value of composite particles accompanied by a decrease in pore area in the composite media which resulted in a sound absorption coefficient of 15.61 dB at a composition of 20:50 with a distance of 25 cm from the sound source

    Delta EC Simulation on Influence of Resonator Length in Close-Open Standing Wave Thermoacoustic Engine

    Many applications of thermoacoustic engines in engineering. With its pressure of it, the energy can be harvested and can be converted to many other needs of energies like electrical energy. Energy in thermal form is converted to become acoustic energy and subsequently used to activate a bidirectional turbine. The resonator is very influential toward the power of the thermoacoustic engines. Simulation study with Delta EC fit to make predictions acoustic power as representative performance in thermoacoustic engine with close-open type and standing wave of oscillation. In this study, the material of the resonator is made from a stainless-steel duct with a diameter size of 50.8 mm with three variations of the length. The Standing-Wave Thermoacoustic Engine (SWTE) generates acoustic energy from a temperature gradient of 315 – 993 K. In this simulation, Acoustic Power decreased when the resonator length was extended. The shortest resonator had an acoustic power of 50.4 W, and the longest resonator had an acoustic power of 35.7 W
