The Role of Celebrity Endorser, Product Attractiveness in Improving Brand Image
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to develop the concept of celebrity endorsers, and product attractiveness to purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable. A sample of 137 respondents consisted of fashion blazer owners in the city of Semarang. Retrieval of data by purposive random sampling method. The analysis tool uses Structural Equation Modeling with the application of the Moment of Structural Analysis program version 21. The findings of this study, the influence of celebrity endorsers, product attractiveness, and brand perception in a favorable and significant way. Celebrity endorsers, product attractiveness, and brand perception affect purchasing decisions in a positive and significant way
ANALISA KOMPOSISI MINERAL CLAY TERHADAP KUALITAS RESERVOIR BATUPASIR LAPANGAN BETUNG, FORMASI AIRBENAKAT, SUB-CEKUNGAN JAMBI, CEKUNGAN SUMATERA SELATAN
Get PDFCumulative fluid production during 2009 - 2021 in the Betung Field, which is the research location and is located in the Jambi sub-basin-South Sumatra Basin (Barber et al., 2005), amounted to 277,923.52 MBbl. The relationship between porosity and permeability can be said in general that if the porosity is greater, the permeability will be greater, but in reality it will be found that certain layers will have large porosity but small permeability, such as in layers containing clay or shale. Mineralogical composition plays an important role, especially with regard to clays, involving several compositions including illite, smectite, kaolinite and chlorite. The presence of quartz and feldspar increases permeability, while clay minerals and calcite tend to have the opposite effect (Jose M. Carcione et al., 2019). The analysis carried out included XRD analysis to determine the mineral composition of the reservoir sandstone of the Airbenakat formation, rock quality analysis (porosity and permeability), well log analysis and then the overall analysis results were linked to production data. Based on XRD analysis, petrophysical analysis of wells 209 and 217 in the Betung field, Airbenakat formation, Jambi sub-basin, South Sumatra basin, the results of XRD and petrophysical analysis show the presence of clay content consisting of Kaolinite, Illite, Smectite and Chlorite which has an influence on reservoir quality, especially permeability, where the greater the clay content, the more obstructed fluid flow is.
Kecemasan Menghadapi Dunia Kerja pada Masa Depan di Kalangan Siswa SMK Blitar Jawa Timur
Get PDFThe problem of this research is the high anxiety of facing the employment future in Blitar Vocational High School students. This anxiety occurs because of the lack of social support from the family. Objective of this study was to determine the relationship between family social support and future anxiety among Blitar Vocational High School students. There were 61 students from 3 State Vocational Schools in Blitar. The results showed that the regression coefficient was -0.300 with a significance level of 0.009 (p <0.01) or very significant. This means that the stronger the family\u27s social support, the lower the student\u27s anxiety about the employment future

Edisi kali ini menggunakan format penulisan artikel versi bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia. Kami sampaikan terima kasih kepada para penulis yang telah mengirimkan artikel versi bahasa Inggris yang berkontribusi dalam percepatan proses orientasi Jurnal maksipreneur menjadi jurnal internasional. Edisi kali ini juga menam-pilkan artikel penelitian dari penulis luar negeri. Ini semakin meneguhkan komitmen JMP sebagai jurnal internasional yang makin dikenal luas oleh para penulis bidang manajemen, koperasi, dan kewirausahaan dari seluruh dunia. Kontrol Diri Dan Konformitas Teman Sebaya Dengan Perilaku Bullying Pada Siswi
Get PDFABSTRACT This study aims to determine: 1) the relationship between self-control and bullying behavior, 2) the relationship between peer conformity and bullying behavior, 3) the joint relationship between self-control and peer conformity and bullying behavior. The research sample was 142 high school students who had bullied. Methods of data collection in this study using the bullying scale, self-control scale and conformity scale. Data analysis using product moment correlation analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed there was: 1) Negative relationship between self-control and bullying behavior, the correlation was -0.622 (p<0.01); 2) Positive relationship between conformity and bullying, correlation value is 0.626 (p<0.01); 3) The relationship between self-control and conformity with bullying obtained an F value of 73,592 and a correlation coefficient of 0.717 (p<0.01) and the effective contribution of self-control and conformity to predict bullying in students is 51.4% while the remaining 48.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
Karakteristik Manajemen dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional sebagai Penentu Kreativitas Karyawan yang Dimediasi oleh Kepuasaan Kerja
Get PDFMany organizational top managers are increasingly aware of the importance of innovation as a precondition to maintaining sustainable organizational growth. Moreover, creativity is also often seen as the main driving force for innovation. The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of management characteristics represented by the dimensions of supervisor’s humility and abusive supervision, and transformational leadership on employee creativity mediated by employee job satisfaction. Utilizing a purposive sampling method, this study selected 260 back-office employees who work at banks in Indonesia and the online survey was administered during the period of June to July 2022. Employing PLS-SEM as an inferential analysis tool, this study found that a supervisor’s humility and transformational leadership have positive effects, whereas abusive supervision has a negative effect on employees’ job satisfaction. Furthermore, employee job satisfaction was also found to mediate the effects of supervisor’s humility, abusive supervision, and transformational leadership towards employee creativity

Get PDF ABSTRACT Schizophrenia is a persistent psychotic disorder that includes disorders of behavior, thoughts, emotions, and perceptions. Paranoid schizophrenic is usually characterized by delusions of persecution. There are various background that support paranoid schizophrenic. One of the back ground could be explained through humanistic paradigm based on the theory of Carl Roger. Carl Rogers explained that every human being needs to be loved and accepted or called get a positive regard. Positive regards from parents would determine the personality of the children whether conditional or unconditional positive regards. The aim of this research is to determine the dynamics of the problems people with paranoid schizophrenia through humanistic paradigm approach. This is a single case qualitative research with case study as its method. Datas of research are retrieved integration techniques, which is combined observation, interview, and psychological tests. This study shows that paranoid schizophrenia is caused by the lost of dependency object who usually protect schizophrenic’s self-esteem. Conditional positive regards are the former caused of paranoid schizophrenia. As the absence of emotion focused coping and withdrawal tendency caused by conditional positive regards from parents, schizophrenic would form a delusion of persecution to maintain their self-esteem when the depencency object is gone. Delusions of persecution is used to decrease the incongruency between actual self and ideal self.
Financial Distress, Audit Quality, and Earnings Management–Indonesia\u27s Mining Sector Evidence
Get PDFThis paper describes research that investigated the association between financial distress (Dist) and accrual earnings management (AEM), and the role played by audit quality (AQ) in that association. Financial distress is measured by The Modified Altman Z-Score for emerging markets (EMZ score), earnings management is measured by discretionary accrual, and audit quality is measured by audit-firm size (Big4). Data analysis was performed with Pooled Least Square. Using data from Indonesian Mining Sector for 2016–2020, the research finds empirical evidence that financial distress firms involve in income-increasing accrual earning management, but such involvement is lower when firms are audited by Big 4 audit firms. This research contributes to previous literature about similar issues, specifically about the impact of financial distress on accrual earnings management. It also presents evidence about the role of audit quality in such an effect

Get PDFLocal economic development through seaweed cultivation in Kapuntori District, Buton Regency is very promising and profitable so it is necessary to make maximum efforts so that problems that arise in the development of seaweed cultivation can be resolved. This study aims to determine income, assess the feasibility of seaweed farming as a source of income for the people of Wawoncusu Hamlet, Lambusango Village, Kapuntori District, Buton Regency, and at the same time develop a strategy for developing a seaweed cultivation business. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data source is primary data which includes information from farming about costs, revenues, and income of farming and development strategies that have been carried out by farming businesses, while secondary data includes data documentation. Data collection methods and techniques used interview, observation, and documentation methods, while data analysis methods used a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on the results of the analysis obtained information that the average income of seaweed farmers for 40 days obtained from 1 unit raft is Rp 2,200,000. The feasibility of seaweed farming shows the R/C ratio >1, namely 5.11 and 2.39. If the R/C Ratio >1, then the seaweed business is efficient and profitable. The most effective strategy for seaweed development in Wawoncusu Hamlet, Lambusango Village, Kapuntori District, Buton Regency is SO and WT analysis
