Kajian Lingkungan dari Potensi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya di Energy Park Universitas Proklamasi 45
Indonesia is a country that is located right on the equator. This is certainly very supportive of one of the accelerations of Solar Power Plants. Proklamasi 45 University as a university in Yogyakarta that focuses on renewable energy plans to build an energy-themed location within the campus environment, named “Energy Park” with grid-connected Solar Power Plants as a source of electrical energy. This research aims to calculate the potential for electrical energy, its contribution to reducing CO2 emissions, and the feasibility of the Energy Park project from an economic point of view. The method used in this research is comparing data in the field and the system simulation method with PVsyst software as well as cash-flow analysis calculations. According to the results of the system simulation, the potential for electrical energy generated by rooftop grid-connected PV mini-grid each year is calculated at 8,310 kWh or 8.31 MWh, with details per kWp of 1528 kWh/kWp/year. Then the contribution of reducing CO2 emissions from the implementation of Energy Park’s Solar Power Plants with electricity production of 8.31 MWh/year for 30 years is 148,2 tCO2. Through cash-flow analyst calculations, it is known that the Energy Park’s Solar Power Plants project is not economically feasible when referring to the current selling price of electrical energy and the performance of the existing Energy Park’s Solar Power Plants
STUDI KEEKONOMIAN LONGTERM PANAS BUMI PADA LAPANGAN JAILOLO DI WILAYAH HALMAHERA
Lapangan panas bumi Jailolo terletak di wilayah Halmahera, Maluku Utara. Lapangan panas bumi ini direncanakan untuk dikembangkan sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan energy listrik di wilayah Indonesia Timur. Sebelum dilakukan pengembangan lapangan panas bumi maka perlu dilakukan perhitungan potensi cadangan panas bumi. Dalam perhitungan potensi cadangan panas bumi menggunakan metode volumetric dan metode monte carlo yang merujuk pada SNI No. 13-6169-1999, karena lapangan panas bumi Jailolo belum ada sumur eksplorasi dan belum adanya data produksi sumur. Parameter yang digunakan dalam perhitungan diperoleh dari data hasil kegiatan survei pendahuluan dan geotermometer berupa data ketebalan, luas serta temperatur reservoir. Sedangkan parameter lainnya yang belum diperoleh dari kegiatan survei pendahuluan didasarkan pada SNI No. 13-6482-2000. Hasil perhitungan potensi cadangan terduga panas bumi menggunakan metode volumetrik dengan luas area prospek sekitar 6 km², ketebalan reservoir sekiar 1500 m dari permukaan, dan temperatur reservoir 200 – 220 °C diperoleh sebesar 98.38 MWe, sedangkan hasil perhitungan metode monte carlo diperoleh potensi cadangan terduga sebesar P10 = 14.88 MW, P50 = 29.44 MW dan P90 = 50.26 MW. Potensi Panas Bumi Geothermal WKP Jailolo berpotensi untuk dikembangkan dengan kapasitas 10 MW, dengan dimulai pemboran sumur eksplorasi di area Upflow Manjanga. Pembangkitan yang layak adalah dengan harga listrik USD 13.5 cent/Kwh, IRR >11%, NPV positive, Pay Out Time pada tahun ke 11 – 12 setelah produksi, dan Profitability Indeks sudah (lebih dari satu). Perencanaan Sumur Pengembangan Reservoir Gas “RRD” Berdasarkan Metode Decline Curve
Reservoir “RRD” mulai dikembangankan pada tahun 2011 di lepas pantai dan sumur ekplorasi yang dilakukan pemboran diberi nama sumur “R-1”. Pada tahun 2013 dilakukannya pengeboran delineasi yairu sumur “R-2” dengan tujuan sumur pengembangan yang direncanakan produksi selama dua puluh lima tahun. Pengerjaan mulai pada tahun 2019 dengan disetujuinya Kontrak Bagi Hasil (PSC). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menentukan jumlah sumur pengembangan dengan metode decline curve dalam waktu kontrak dua puluh lima tahun,Metode yang digunakan pehitungan cadangan reservoir gas motode decline curve dengan menghitung penurunan laju produksi gas sebesar decline 10 % setiap tahun dimulai pada tahun 2024. Jumlah sumur pengembangan dengan laju alir gas 10,37 MMSCF/d, jumlah maksimum cadangan hidrokarbon yang dapat diproduksikan kepermukaan secara komersial 3.214.956 MMSCF selama kurun waktu 25 tahun. Produksi pertama kali dilakukan pada tahun ke-5 yaitu tahun 2024 hingga tahun ke-21 tahun 2040 dengan 7 (tujuh) sumur produksi, terdiri dari 2 (dua) sumur exisiting dan 5 (lima) sumur pengembangan, yang mana jumlah cadangan yang diproduksikan sebesar 3.201.207 MMSCF
Analisis Konflik Di Papua Dengan Teknik Sistematika Review
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses penyelesaian konflik Kelompok Kriminal Bersenjata (KKB) di Papua. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode teknik sistematik review yaitu dengan mengumpulkan bukti-bukti penelitian yang sudah ada dan merumuskan langkah-langkah strategis penyelesaian konflik KKB yang terjadi. Kajian penelitian dimulai dengan mengungkap latar belakang konflik Kelompok Kriminal Bersenjata (KKB) yang terjadi di PAPUA, kemudian membahas proses penyelesaian konflik mengacu pada perkembangan gerakan separatisme dari KKB menggunakan beberapa langkah strategis dalam penyelesaian konflik kelompok kriminal bersenjata (KKB) di Papua. Dimulai dari pemantapan paradigma perubahan, akselerasi perbaikan kualitas hidup manusia, memberikan akses dan kesempatan berkiprah yang luas bagi masyarakat Papua, menciptakan social engagement terhadap seluruh elemen yang ada di Papua, memantapkan penegakan hukum (law enforcement) yang setara baik kepada aparatus pemerintahan (termasuk militer dan kepolisian) maupun masyarakat, pelibatan lebih banyak masyarakat Papua dalam pengambilan keputusan atau kebijakan penting bagi mereka, pengakuan hak-hak adat dan kebebasan pengekspresian hak-hak itu, perlindungan maksimal terhadap HAM, membentuk semacam special envoy yang bertanggung jawab sebagai jembatan kepentingan seluruh elemen yang berperan di tanah Papua, memperkuat jaringan dialog dengan berbagai kalangan yang berkepentingan untuk memperbaki kehidupan masyarakat Papua, baik di dalam maupun luar negeri
Implementasi Kebijakan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3)
Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi proyek yang memiliki risiko kecelakaan kerja tinggi sehingga dibutuhkan adanya penerapan Sistem Manajemen K3 agar terhindar dari kecelakaan kerja pada suatu tempat kerja atau proses produksi. Kegiatan produksi di PT Primissima juga tak luput dari adanya kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi di setiap tahunnya, sehingga diperlukan upaya pencegahan dan mengurangi kecelakaan kerja melalui penelitian pada penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) secara baik dan benar sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk menentukan responden dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi pada lokasi penelitian yaitu di PT Primissima Kabupaten Sleman. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Sistem Manajemen K3 di PT Primissima merupakan kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan sebagai bentuk perlindungan terhadap pekerja agar terjamin keselamatannya sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada
Analisis Kondisi Angin Menggunakan Diagram Windrose Sebagai Potensi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang
Indonesia\u27s energy needs are increasing in line with population growth, economic growth, and people\u27s energy consumption patterns. This causes the fossil energy sources in Indonesia to continue to run low. So alternative energy is needed in the form of new and renewable energy. An analysis of surface wind patterns has been carried out in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study aims to determine the conditions of wind speed and direction in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, as a basis for knowing the potential of wind energy in the region. Diagram analysis uses the windrose method using the WRPLOTS application. The wind condition data used is daily wind direction and speed data from January 1, 2013, through December 31, 2021, based on the online BMKG database. From the results of the analysis using the windrose method, it is found that the dominant wind direction blows from the north, which occurs in January, February, March, April, November, and December. The average wind speed ranges from 2.1 to 3.6 m/s, which is relatively low when used as an alternative energy source

The high number of traffic accidents today is still a difficult problem to solve. Moreover, the current traffic problem also involves children in acts of violation of the law. Not even a few traffic violations committed by children can be fatal to other people and even to the loss of one\u27s life. The results of this study discuss penal and non-penal measures that can be taken by the police in dealing with child accident cases that cause the victim to die. An approach that is deliberative to obtain justice using diversion and restorative principles is chosen to create justice for both perpetrators and victims
Determinasi Kepuasan Kerja dan Implikasinya terhadap Turnover Intention: Studi pada PT Hayati Pratama Mandiri Padang
This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and financial compensation on turnover intention which is mediated by job satisfaction at PT Hayati Pratama Mandiri Padang, West Sumatera. The method used in this research is quantitative-descriptive. This study uses primary data collected through a questionnaire instrument from 60 permanent employees of PT Hayati Pratama Mandiri Padang. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression techniques to find the effect of independent variables on the dependent and path analysis to examine the effect of intermediary variables. Data analysis in this study used the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction, while financial compensation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. The opposite result was also obtained, i.e. the work environment did not have a significant effect on turnover intention, while financial compensation had a significant effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on turnover intention. This study also proves that work environment and financial compensation have a significant effect on job satisfaction simultaneously. In line with these results, the work environment, financial compensation, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention simultaneously. This study also confirms that job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of the work environment on turnover intention. However, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of financial compensation on turnover intention
The Importance of Innovative Work Behavior in Era Industrial Revolution 4.0
Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) is a concept in Industrial Revolution 4.0 to encourage business growth, competitiveness, and success. Organizations that prioritize innovation and encourage creativity are expected to thrive in the current dynamic and unpredictable business environment. This study aims to provide ideas, suggestions and contributions to researchers who examine IWB variables, making it easier for researchers to determine the antecedent and consequent variables as well as the sectors to be studied. This study uses a literature review method to investigate the antecedents, consequences, and sectors that are involved in IWB by reviewing 44 articles from the Scopus database that have been reviewed. In addition, this study uses a bibliometric technique in order to find IWB’s compatibility. Results indicate that IWB has 63 antecedents and can be classified into three factors: individual, organizational, and leadership. As for consequences, it shows 6 consequences which also consist of digital literacy and competitive advantages apart from performance. Sectors that engage in IWB are predominantly telecommunication and manufacturing. It is hoped that IWB could expand to all sectors especially public sectors such as public services
The Critical Success Factors for Entrepreneurial Coaching in South African Business Incubators
This study examines the critical success factors for entrepreneurial coaching in South African business incubators through a qualitative method that involved interviewing 32 participants. The research aimed to identify the factors contributing to successful coaching interventions between coaches and entrepreneurs. The key findings include the importance of demographics, diversity, and cultural intelligence, coaching relational aspects, the coach’s personal attributes, the entrepreneur’s characteristics, the coach’s competence, and coaching elements. The study highlights the need for coaches to possess emotional intelligence, empathy, and a cultural understanding of their coachees. Additionally, the research underscores the significance of coaching programs and methods tailored to the unique needs and characteristics of the entrepreneurs being coached. The study’s findings have significant implications for coaching practitioners and program developers who work with entrepreneurs in South Africa, and it underscores the need for a nuanced and culturally sensitive approach to coaching and mentoring in the context of South African business incubators
