    Rancang Bangun Mesin Reduktor Polutan Berbasis Sirkulasi Air

    Environmental pollution, especially due to pollutants, is a problem that needs special attention. One solution that can deal with this problem is to design and build a machine that can reduce pollutants. This research aims to design and build a pollutant reduction machine with a water circulation system as a reducer. This machine consists of three main components, a reducer tube, a water pump and a blower. The test is carried out by measuring the levels of carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbon (HC) gas before and after passing through the reductor machine. The research results show that this machine is able to reduce carbon monoxide (CO) levels from 6.1%-6.64% to 0.98%-1.18%, and hydrocarbon (HC) levels from 714-756 ppm to 346-378 ppm.     A Boiler is a type of closed vessel that transfers heat energy from the combustion process to water until it becomes hot steam (steam). To produce good steam, the Boiler must be reliable in its heat transfer system, mass transfer system and hydrodynamic system. This will also have an impact on cost, thermal efficiency and the environment. In order to produce steam, good combustion and proper water level regulation are required. Combustion is an exothermic reaction that takes place very quickly, which releases energy in the form of heat and flame and is able to spread heat through a medium. In order for combustion to occur optimally, it must pay attention to the value of the Air Fuel Ratio (AFR). The regulation of the water level also affects the steam produced. This study studies the variables of air fuel ratios (Air Fuel Ratio) 16, 18, 20, 22 and 24 as well as water level levels of 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% and 60%. From this study, a flame temperature value of 685.9°C was obtained with a thermal efficiency of 69,61% Specific Fuel Consumption 0,0000339 kg/kJ which is in the 4th experiment, namely Air Fuel Ratio 22 and Water Level 50% with optimal combustion and steam production results.     Penegakan hukum di Indonesia yang ada pada saat ini merupakan sebuah pencerminan bahwa negara kita merupakan negara hukum sebagaimana yang telah dijelaskan dalam Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Hukum yang ada pada saat ini di maksud untuk melindungi segenap kepentingan individu (perorangan) serta menciptakan sebuah keadilan ditengah masyarakat, guna menciptakan masyarakat yang berkeadilan dan juga Sejahtera. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara terhadap sejumlah informan, dan dari dokumendokumen tertentu yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan menunjukan adanya peningkatan hubungan yang kuat antara efektivitas kepemimpinan di Kejaksaan Tinggi D.I.Yogyakarta dengan kinerja pegawai dengan cara mengukur dengan indikator – indikator seperti waktu penyelesaian tugas, pelaksanaan tugas, dan produktivitas. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Efektivitas Kepemimpinan dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai di kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi D.I.Yogyakarta sudah efektif, dilihat atau ditinjau dari indicator tugas, waktu, produktifitas, pengarahan, pengambilan Keputusan, komunikasi, dan motivasi

    This study aims to find out the relationship between emotional intelligence and juvenile delinquency in Vocational High School 1 Samigaluh students. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a negative relationship between emotional intelligence and adolescent behavior. Subjects in this study were 50 people aged between 15 and 18. The data gathering tools used are the emotional intelligence adaptation scale compiled by Fitri Eka Wardani (2012) and the adolescent behavior scale composed by Elliot and Ageton. (1980). The data analysis techniques used are simple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study resulted in a regression coefficient value of -433, which means emotional intelligence has a negative impact on adolescent behavior. This means that the higher the level of emotional intelligence, will make the lower of juvenile delinquency

    A Theoretical Analysis of Consumer Behaviour for Voters in Ghana

    This paper identifies evidence of political marketing and, more specifically, consumer-oriented political marketing to analyse the theories of consumer behaviour and identify evidence of consumer behaviour in marketing in the behaviour of Ghanaian voters. The examination used quantitative research to analyse the relationship between three elements: (1) psychology, (2) personal and (3) social to understand the theory of the relationships between campaign messages and voters’ behaviour. Data were collected through a cross-sectional survey with semi-structured questionnaires administered to 7203 randomly selected respondents from participating political parties and voters in Accra, Ghana. Data received were analysed using descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Findings revealed a statistically significant relationship between the behaviour of voters in Ghana and the campaign messages of political parties. This paper concludes that there are opportunities for political marketing and change in voter behaviour. Still, sufficient attention should be given to the understanding of consumer behaviour theory that recognizes the behavioural dynamic of voters in the design of effective campaign messages that are responsive to voters’ needs

    Studi Pengaruh Temperatur Aging terhadap Kekerasan Vickers, Ketahanan Impak, dan Korosi pada Aluminium Paduan

    Aluminum is a chemical element with the symbol Al with atomic number 13. Aluminum belongs to the light types of metals. Its electrical conductivity is 60% more than that of copper, so it is also used for electrical appliances. Aluminum is a reactive metal, so it is easily oxidized with oxygen. Aluminum is lightweight, strong, rust-resistant and malleable, aluminum is also utilized in many ways, such as materials for making fuselages, used in high-voltage cables and much more. This study aims to find out how temperature aging affects vickers hardness, impact toughness and corrosion in aluminum alloys. The aluminum used is 6000 series aluminum and is cut into workpieces according to ASTM standards. The applied method is by heat treatment precipitation hardening or age hardening. From the results of microstructure photo testing, it was found that the higher the aging temperature, the more amount of precipitation is formed and the distribution of precipitation is more even. However, when the heat treatment solution is performed, the precipitation decreases because at the same time the atomic void in thermal equilibrium at high temperature remains in place or a precipitate or so-called super saturated solute solution occurs. In hardness testing, the hardness continues to increase as the aging temperature increases and the maximum hardness is found at a temperature of 200oC with an average value of 86.6 kg/mm2. Meanwhile, the impact strength decreases with the increase in aging temperature and the highest impact strength at 120o C with a value of 0.619 j/mm2. In the corrosion test, as the temperature of aging increases, the aluminum is more resistant to corrosion the maximum value is obtained at 0.00251 mill/year at a temperature of 200o C

    Financial Performance Analysis of Dividends on the LQ45 Index

    Dividend policy is a company\u27s decision to distribute profits between shareholders and the company itself. This study aims to evaluate the influence of factors that determine dividend policy. The independent variables in this study include profitability, leverage, firm size, liquidity, firm age, corporate taxes, and growth opportunities, while the dependent variable is the managed dividend policy. Processed using table data. The limitation of the problem in this study is that by LQ45 index, we mean companies listed on the LQ45 index in the period 2022  and distributing dividends in the five year (2018-2022). The goal of the research is to see the influence of factors that determine dividend policy. The results of the conducted research show that liquidity and age of the company do not affect dividends. Profitability and debt have a significant negative impact on dividend policy. The size of the company, growth opportunities, and corporate tax then have a significant positive impact on dividends. The significance of the conducted research is to guide bank managers in re-evaluating the level of profitability and leverage used, as well as paying attention to the management of growth opportunities, tax, and regulatory aspects.     The development of competition in the digital era requires reliable human resources. In this digital era, human resources have an important part in helping an organization to chase organizational goals. However, it cannot be denied that organizational competition for human resources is a concern for an organization. This competition has an impact on the turnover intention of every employee in the organization. This study aimed to analyze the effect of FWA, compensation, and career development variables on job satisfaction as well as to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on job performance and turnover intention and the effect of job performance on turnover intention. The data processing method in this study used structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that career development has an effect on job satisfaction, FWA and compensation have no effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has an effect on job performance and turnover intention, and job performance has no effect on turnover intention

    Analisis Kecepatan Putar Silinder Perontok Terhadap Kinerja Mini Power Thresher Hasil Rekayasa UPJA Desa Sungai Kelambu

    Various types of power threshers have been developed to suit conditions in the field. The development of the power thresher was also carried out by UPJA Sungai Kelambu Village, Sambas Regency by making a mini power thresher that was designed to suit the conditions of the land and the needs of local farmers. The purpose of this research was to obtain a relationship between threshing rotational speed and performance on the mini power thresher. The threshing cylinder rotational speed was varied at 669 and 778 rpm. The measured performance of the mini power thresher was feeding capacity, threshing capacity, cleanliness, percentage of grain not threshed, percentage of scattered grain, threshing efficiency, percentage of yield loss, fuel consumption, and increase in cracked grain. The test sample used was IR 64 rice. Based on the test results, the rotational speed of the thresher cylinder has a very significant effect on the threshing performance of the mini power thresher. Changes in threshing cylinder rotational speed from 669 rpm to 778 rpm can improve the performance of the mini-power thresher in terms of feed capacity, threshing capacity, threshing cleanliness, percentage of grain scattered, and percentage of yield loss. The decrease in performance is found in fuel consumption and the percentage of cracked grain. The variables that relatively unchanged were the percentage of grain not threshed and threshing efficiency. The operation of this mini power thresher is recommended at a thresher cylinder rotational speed of 778 rpm

    This research aims to determine and analyze the form of legal protection for registered trademark holders based on the first-to-file principle against other parties who have bad intentions in the form of resembling the reputation of the registered trademark. The research uses a statutory approach and a case approach related to applying the first-to-file principle for registered brand owners toward parties passing off the registered mark. Like the case of the registered trademark MS Glow in the Supreme Court cassation decision Number: 161K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2023). The qualitative analysis method is built based on data and substance originating or sourced from various literature, books, journals scientific works, laws, and regulations.The result of this research is the legal protection for the registered trademark holder (MS Glow) to have the right to their trademark and the right to produce their cosmetic brand, and for other parties (PS Glow) to no longer use their brand because the principle of first to use and first to file exists in the owner of the MS Glow trademark. As a legal consequence of the Supreme Court\u27s cassation decision, PS Glow must stop cosmetic products (PS Glow) and withdraw all PS Glow brand products from the cosmetics business. Considering that the result of this decision is a decision at the cassation level, the decision has permanent legal force
