Get PDFLegal protection for victims should be considered in the running of justice in Indonesia. Protection of victims talks about fulfilling a victim\u27s rights, both in and after the judicial process. One form of legal protection that is quite interesting to discuss is related to legal protection for victims of sexual exploitation. This research seeks to answer the forms of protection for victims of sexual exploitation of criminal acts of human trafficking in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and the obstacles in implementing legal protection for victims of sexual exploitation of criminal acts of human trafficking in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This type of research is field research using an empirical juridical approach.
The results of this research show that legal protection for victims of sexual exploitation (sex trafficking) of criminal acts of human trafficking in the Special Region of Yogyakarta has not been fulfilled, because there are still victims who are neglected due to several factors, including, legal officials who lack competence in handling victims of sexual exploitation. Victims who are not cooperative in the protection process or law enforcement process, inadequate protection facilities, including shelters as rehabilitation places whose needs have not been met, as well as a team of psychologists and legal counselors who are not proportional to the number of victims.
The obstacles to implementing forms of legal protection for victims are that the mechanism for blocking the assets of perpetrators or convicts has not been regulated, causing the right to restitution not to be fulfilled optimally. Low public knowledge and awareness of exploitation and its impacts, causes victims not to feel like they are victims of sexual exploitation

Get PDFThis research aims to detect the magnitude of the influence of return on assets (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), and total assets turnover (TATO) on company share prices in the electronic retail sub-sector industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the year 2020-2021. The population in this study is five companies. The purposive sampling method was used to determine the sample. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used as the analysis method in this research. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis show that 36% of the sample variations in ROA, DER, and TATO can explain variations in stock prices. The findings in this research show that the influence of ROA, DER, and TATO simultaneously has a significant positive effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the ROA and TATO variables have a negative and insignificant impact on share prices. Meanwhile, the DER variable has a positive and significant influence on share prices in the electronic retail sub-sector industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020-2021

The population in this study are customers who use the services of PT. Pos Indonesia Yogyakarta branch with a total of 108,000 customers taken in the last 3 years and a sample of 100 customers was taken as research respondents with the determination of the number using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used is accidental. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. And the data analysis techniques in this study used data descriptions, validity, and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate the quality of service and product quality in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at PT. Pos Indonesia Yogyakarta branch partially or jointly proved to have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at P. Pos Indonesia Yogyakarta branch
The Effect of the Working Environment and the Work Period on the Performance of Bank BJB Employees Sukabumi Branch Office During the Covid-19 Pandemic
Get PDFThe Covid-19 pandemic has put pressure on various aspects, including banking. One of them is Bank BJB, which has not been able to optimally develop the potential of its human resources in facing the pressure of the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to obtain the results of studies and analyses regarding the working environment and the work period or tenure in determining the performance of employees of Bank BJB Sukabumi Branch during the Covid-19. The research method used is the descriptive verification method, which produces a study of each variable and the results of the analysis of the relationship between variables that are suspected to have gaps. The sample in this study used the census method, all employees of Bank BJB Sukabumi Branch, 142 employees were the samples in this study. The analysis technique used in this research is the multiple regression hypothesis testing technique. The results showed that changes in employee performance at Bank BJB Sukabumi Branch Office were caused by the working environment and the work period. The finding of this research showed that the working environment and the work period have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition to these two variables, other factors can affect changes in employee performance that are not included in this research model

Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the limits of PPAT\u27s responsibility for documents completing the requirements in the Electronic Mortgage System (HT-el) as well as analyze the legal protection of PPAT as the person responsible for the validity and correctness of documents in the HT-el system. The research was conducted by the authors using a normative juridical writing method with descriptive analysis with a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The legal sources used are primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources using literature study methods and then analyzed by the author using systematic, extensive, and comparative interpretation. The limitation of PPAT\u27s responsibility for the HT-el system is limited to the process of making a statement letter. If PPAT has carried out its duties and procedures by the provisions then it cannot be punished by Article 51 Paragraph 1) of the Criminal Code and according to Supreme Court Jurisprudence 385/K/Pid/2006. PPATs in carrying out their profession receive legal protection, namely preventive legal protection and repressive legal protection. PPAT\u27s preventive legal protection in carrying out each of its duties and authorities must be based on the precautionary principle. Repressive legal protection: A PPAT can make efforts to defend themselves and receive legal assistance in the form of advice, input, or assistance during the investigation process
ANALISIS MANUAL HANDLING PADA PT. KARIMUN MARINE SHIPYARD MENGGUNAKAN METODE CHECKLIST(Studi kasus di PT Karimun Marine Shipyard)
Get PDFSemakin pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini, tidak menutup kemungkinan perusahaan masih menggunakan tenaga manusia dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Penggunaan tenaga manusia dalam bekerja perlu diawasi dengan ketat karena jika tidak dilakukan mengikuti kaidah manual handling dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan tubuh pekerja. PT Karimun Marine Shipyard merupakan galangan kapal yang bergerak di bidang perbaikan dan fabrikasi kapal yang masih menggunakan tenaga manusia salah satunya yaitu mengangkat. Aktivitas mengangkat dilakukan dalam proses pengangkatan plat Bar dikarenakan akses jalan pada area fabrikasi membatasi akses alat pengangkut sehingga harus dilakukan pemindahan plat secara manual. Jika kegiatan ini dilakukan terus-menerus tanpa diimbangi dengan pegawasan dan tata cara yang benar maka dapat mengakibatkan cedera bahkan kecelakaan kerja sehingga perlu dilakukan observasi terhadap kegiatan manual handling yang dilakukan. Health and Safety Executive (HSE) mengembangkan metode checklist untuk menilai suatu aktivitas manual handling yang terdiri dari dua bagian yaitu bagian umum dan bagian untuk mengangkat dan membawa. Hasil penilaian manual handling yaitu, 67,5% pekerjaan operator masih dilakukan secara manual handling dimana aktivitas ini harus dihindari. Kemudian pada variable beban diperoleh nilai 96%, lingkungan kerja 80%, dan kapabilitas individu 100% dimana aktivitas manual handling kategori ini memiliki resiko yang sangat berbahaya sehingga dibutuhkan pengawasan khusus atau alat bantu untuk menghindari resiko.

Get PDFThe surge in demand for electric vehicles, including electric racing cars, has marked a significant pivot towards sustainable transportation, driven by the global imperative to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and urban air pollution. This study focuses on the structural design of a Formula Automotive Engineering (FAE) vehicle frame, which plays a crucial role in vehicle performance aspects like maneuverability, stability, and safety. With the objective of designing an efficient, lightweight, yet robust frame, this research utilizes Ansys, a leading finite element analysis software, to simulate structural static behavior and validate the frame design without the need for costly and time-consuming physical prototypes. Various simulations, including Torsion Test, Cornering Test, Aero+Cornering Test, and Frontal Impact Test, were conducted to assess the frame\u27s response to different operational stress conditions. The results indicate that the frame withstands the imposed stresses while maintaining the necessary balance between strength and flexibility required for high-speed maneuvers and safety. This study concludes that, with advancements in engineering software, the iterative design process of electric vehicle frames can be significantly optimized, contributing to the development of competitive yet sustainable automotive technologies.

Analisis Pengaruh Temperatur dan Durasi Preheat terhadap Cacat Produk pada Mesin Injection Molding Manual
Get PDFPlastic objects are widely used and found in all places, from food packaging, household appliances, and electronic devices to vehicles. Generally, plastic is used as a substitute for glass, wood, and metal. Over time, the use of plastic has become an environmental issue. To address the problem of plastic waste, the government has introduced the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) initiative. One of the easily used tools in the recycling process is the injection molding machine. This process often results in product defects such as Short Shot, Flow Mark, and Sink Mark. The temperature in the injection process affects the melting point of the plastic and can influence various aspects of the manufacturing process and the final quality of plastic products. The heating duration affects the viscosity of the plastic material to be injected. The research conducted is experimental, and several tests were performed to determine the effect of temperature variation and preheat duration of the injection molding machine on product quality. Simulation results show that the higher the temperature used, the greater the resulting sink marks. The test results indicate that improper temperature and preheat duration usage will affect the occurrence of product defects. A temperature that is too low can result in high pressure during the injection process, preventing the material from filling the cavity maximally. Preheat duration and temperature are critical factors in the plastic manufacturing process, affecting melting points, flow quality, dimensional stability, and the mechanical properties of the final product. Proper control of heating duration, temperature, and other process conditions is essential to produce high-quality, defect-free plastic products.

Get PDFThis study aimed to examine the effect of Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Price to Book Value (PBV) on stock prices in manufacturing companies in the plastic subsector and packaging listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2015-2019. The population in this study were the manufacturing companies in the plastic subsector and packaging listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2015-2019 that were 13 companies the sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method. The samples taken were 9 companies that published financial reports during the study period. The data analysis tools used were the classic assumption test (linearity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), multiple regression analysis, F-test, t-test, and determination test. The results of this study indicated that the Return on Assets (ROA) had a positive effect but was insignificant on stock prices. The Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) had a positive significant effect on stock prices. MeanwhileTotal Asset Turnover (TATO) had a negative significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, the effect of Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Price to Book Value (PBV) had a significant effect on stock prices in the plastic subsector and packaging of companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2015-2019
How Do Trust, Customer Review and Product Risk Affect Customer Engagement in Influencing Purchase Intention in e-Commerce Transactions?
Get PDFThe numerous e-commerce platforms in Indonesia have driven the public to shift from conventional shopping to online transactions. The ease of use, product variety, and competitive pricing are reasons for the popularity of e-commerce. This study aims to determine the influence of Online Customer Review, Trust, and Product Risk on Purchase Intention, with Customer Engagement as a mediating variable in e-commerce transactions. The research is descriptive and quantitative, involving 221 respondents who have shopped via e-commerce platforms. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model AMOS 22 method. The results show that customer trust and reviews positively affect customer engagement and purchase intention. Additionally, customer engagement positively influences purchase intention. Lastly, product risk negatively affects purchase intention, although not significantly. The novelty of this research from the main journal is the addition of Customer Reviews as an independent variable that positively influences purchase intention and product risk as an independent variable that negatively affects purchase intention. The implication of this research suggests that online sellers should encourage customers to provide feedback on every purchase, thereby using customer reviews as an indirect promotional tool. Furthermore, product content should consider the perceived product risk by creating reliable content
