    Performance is a result of the actions of employees who have completed a job within the scope of an organization or company. This research aims to examine the influence of employee performance at the Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah VIII Manado through democratic leadership style and work motivation. The sample used was 64 employees. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling. The analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression, the processing process is assisted by the software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23. Data collection techniques were obtained from questionnaires. Based on testing, research results show that leadership style and work motivation influence employee performance at the Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah VIII Manado

    Bubur pedas is a traditional food from Sambas Regency which is very popular in West Kalimantan. The development of bubur pedas was carried out by making instant bubur pedas so that this food can be enjoyed anytime and anywhere. The main problem found in the production process is in the drying process of raw materials. Based on these problems, it is necessary to develop a drying system to help the instant bubur pedas production process. Through this research, a performance test of a rotary drum type dryer was carried out to analyze the water content and drying rate of instant bubur pedas raw materials. The raw materials for dried instant bubur pedas are katuk leaves, singkil leaves and fern leaves. The rotary drum type dryer is operated at a rotational speed of 14.5 rpm. The drying process takes 2 hours with data collection every 20 minutes. Based on the measurement results, the initial water content of katuk leaves was 76.66%, singkil leaves were 72.72% and fern leaves were 88.06%. After drying for 2 hours, the water content of katuk leaves dropped to 38.40%, singkil leaves 43.91%, and fern leaves 64.64%. The material that experienced the highest decrease in water content was katuk leaves at 38.26%, followed by singkil leaves at 28.81% and fern leaves at 23.42%. The average drying rate for instant bubur pedas raw materials was fern leaves 0.1213 grams/second, katuk leaves 0.0613 grams/second and singkil leaves 0.0314 grams/second

    Kesehatan merupakan hal yang penting bagi setiap manusia termasuk anak-anak. Setiap orangtua memiliki keinginan agar anaknya dapat melakukan berbagai aktivitas dengan tubuh yang sehat. Salah satunya menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan bagian dari kesehatan tubuh secara keseluruhan. Gangguan pada gigi dan mulut dapat berdampak negatif pada kehidupan sehari-hari dan menganggu aktivitas sekolah. Permasalahan kesehatan gigi dan mulut juga terjadi pada usia anak-anak. Sebesar 93 persen anak usia dini di Indonesia mengalami gigi berlubang dan persentase perilaku anak usia 3-4 tahun untuk waktu menyikat gigi yang benar hanya 1,1%. Oleh karena itu masyarakat perlu diberikan informasi tentang kesehatan gigi dengan menggunakan media alat peraga yang mudah dipahami. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini diakukan dengan observasi langsung dilaboratorium pada saat penelitian dilakukan, dengan pencatatan data dari variabel penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian menujukkan bahwa jika magnet berada dekat dengan reed switch maka sensor reed switch akan mengirimkan sinyal ke mp3 player untuk memutar audio dan jika magnet berada jauh dari reed switch maka sensor reed switch akan mengirim sinyal ke mp3 player untuk menghentikan audio. Harga jual phantom gigi dengan sensor reed switch yang menghasilkan suara lebih mahal dibandingkan dengan harga jual phantom gigi yang sudah umum digunakan yakni sebesar Rp665.000. Namun, terdapat banyak keunggulan dalam phantom gigi ini salah satunya dengan output suara serta masa simpan yang lebih lama. Dengan pengembalian dana selama 2 tahun

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Deskriptif kualitatif merupakan rumusan masalah yang mengarahka penelitian bersifat eksploratif atau menangkap konteks keadaan sosial yang menyelidiki secara mendalam dan luas. teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara terhadap informan dan dokumentasi. Selain itu teknik analisis data dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan validasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Akuntabilitas Kinerja Aparatur Unit Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kapanewon Banguntapan sudah baik, disiplin, bertanggungjawab, transparan, efektif, dan efesien. Saran dari penulis perlu adanya komunikasi dan koordinasi antar pegawai sehingga menciptakan layanan secara akuntabel

    Arsip merupakan sumber infromasi yang penting untuk menunjang proses kegiatan administrasi maupun birokrasi yang berfungsi sebagai pusat ingatan, alat bantu dalam mengambil keputusan, bukti sebagai eksistensi organisasi dan kepentingan organisasi.  Salah satu pengelolaan kearsipan yang tidak baik atau perlunya perhatian khusus adalah masalah kearsipan yang bersifat dinamis, dimana kurangnya pengendalian tata kerja dan tenaga ahli bidang kearsipan yang mengakibatkan arsip tersebut terus bertambah seirama dengan perkembangan organisasi. Arsip yang terdapat pada Kantor Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Bantul merupakan suatu hal yang penting sehingga perlu pengelolaan arsip yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pengelolaan Arsip Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Publik Pada Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil Dan Menengah Perindustrian Perdagangan (DKUKMPP) Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiaan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analis data yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada Pelayanan publik yang diberikan oleh pihak Kantor Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Menengah, Perindustrian, Perdagangan Kabupaten Bantul sudah cukup baik namun masih terdapat kendala dalam arsiparis yang masih secara manual sehingga memakan waktu 10 menit dan hasil penelitian pada Pengelolaan kearsipan pada kantor Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil Menengah, Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Kab. Bantul masih belum dilaksanakan secara baik sesuai dengan ketentuan pengelolaan arsip yang benar, namun masih memiliki kendala hal seperti ketersediaan arsiparis dan belum lengkapnya fasilitas kearsipan

    This research intends to collect empirical data, facts, and information that are valid, accurate, and trustworthy regarding the Influence of Organizational Culture, Competence, and Learning on Employee Performance, causal studies at the Sibolga Navigation District Office Class III. This study was conducted from January to March 2022 utilizing a quantitative research strategy and survey methodology. This study\u27s sample consists of 109 state civil servants and 86 state civil servants from the Class Navigation District Office. III Sibolga. Using a Likert Scale, the researchers determined the value of each question item across all variables, as well as the amount of the value provided in each statement. Path Analysis is used to assess data gathered via questionnaire distribution. Competence has a good and considerable impact on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a big impact on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a significant impact on performance, according to the findings of this study

    This study focuses on exploring the relationship between governance mechanisms and corporate financial performance in non-financial business entities in Indonesia. The analysis was conducted by applying a regression model to panel data involving companies listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2022. The variables tested in the context of corporate governance include: managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independence of commissioners, board size, and audit committee meetings. This study assesses corporate financial performance using Return on Assets (ROA) and Tobin\u27s Q. The findings show a statistically significant positive effect between institutional ownership and corporate financial performance, both based on ROA and Tobin\u27s Q indicators. It is hoped that these findings can provide a new perspective regarding how various elements of corporate governance impact financial performance and contribute to the formulation of corporate governance policies and practices in Indonesia

This research aims to examine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on work productivity at PT Kamaltex which is located in Ngepon Village, Bergas District, Semarang Regency, Central Java. This research uses a quantitative method using secondary data in the form of data on the number of employees, salary data, and work productivity data at PT Kamaltex, and primary data in the form of data on the influence of workload and job satisfaction on work productivity. The results of this research show that workload and job satisfaction have a significant effect on work productivity

    PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (PT Telkom) will carry out an organizational transformation known as the Five Bold Moves. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between employee motivation and workload on customer service satisfaction at PT Telkom Witel North Surabaya. This study employs a quantitative strategy of the explanatory kind. Multiple linear regression analysis is used here. According to the findings, intrinsic motivation significantly affects occupational fulfillment. In other words, employee happiness rises in tandem with the quality of the company\u27s incentives. Workload also affects morale in the workplace. So, the more responsibility an employee is given, the happier they will be in their employment. Then, both intrinsic motivation and a heavy workload boost happiness on the job. That is to say, job satisfaction increases with both intrinsic desire and a reasonable amount of effort. Given the significance of the study\u27s independent variables in explaining workers\u27 levels of contentment on the job, it is hoped that the findings presented here will serve as a springboard for further investigation into these and related issues by researchers in the future
