Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Kedisiplinan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai UPT Puskesmas Seko
Get PDFThis research aims to examine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees of the UPT Puskesmas Seko, North Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The sample for this research was 60 people. The analysis technique used to prove the hypotheses is multiple linear regression with data processing using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23 software. Based on testing, the research results show that work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of UPT Puskesmas Seko employees. The higher the encouragement or motivation given to employees the higher the employee\u27s performance will be. Work motivation can be received from various aspects starting from the relationship between superiors and subordinates, work environment, salary, and facilities provided. Other findings show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The disciplined attitude of UPT Puskesmas Seko employees means they always comply with regulations and carry out their obligations as they should. Apart from that, work discipline can also help UPT Puskesmas Seko employees to understand work problems given by the leaders so that there are no employees who underestimate and violate regulations so that employee performance will be better

This research will create a machine learning application to identify the level of ripeness of tomatoes with 3 types of tomatoes, old tomatoes, young tomatoes and rotten tomatoes. From each type of tomato there are 50 object images in the form of images in .jpg format, of which 15 object images are used as training data and 35 images as test data to detect tomato images using the Backpropagation method which will utilize image feature extraction in the form of RGB colors. The results obtained from testing images of young, old and rotten tomatoes obtained an accuracy rate of 83%

Solar Power Plant (PLTS) is a power generation system that uses renewable energy as its primary input, which photovoltaic cells aid to convert into electrical energy. The rooftop PLTS is a development of solar panels that are currently commonly used by the general population. Calculating the potential for electrical energy from a rooftop photovoltaic system (PLTS) was the aim of the study, which was conducted at the Regional Library Building in Temanggung Regency, Central Java. With PVsyt software (version 7.2.6), the potential of rooftop solar power plants may be calculated. The grid-connected rooftop photovoltaic system has the capacity to produce 4859 kWh of electrical energy annually, according to the analysis that was done. The PLTS system has an overall efficiency of 82.05%

Get PDFThe existence of whistleblowers in disclosing corruption plays a very important role considering that corruption is carried out in a very neat and organized manner. Disclosure of corruption by a whistleblower certainly carries huge risks because the testimony given by the whistleblower is detrimental to the corruptor. The role of the whistleblower certainly needs to be provided with adequate legal protection. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the concept of updating legal protection for whistleblowers in the future.This article was written using normative legal research methods with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of this research show that comprehensive protection is not only limited to legal protection and special protection that applies during the criminal justice process but also needs to be implemented after the criminal justice process has been completed, and it is necessary to reform institutional whistleblower protection.
Pengaruh Customer Engagement terhadap Online Purchase Intention dengan Customer Operant Resources Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Layanan Platinum Mahasiswa di Vidio.com
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the impact of Customer Engagement on Customer Operant Resources and Online Purchase Intention among Vidio.com users who are university students in Indonesia. The research sample comprises 280 respondents aged 18-23 years who have accessed free content on Vidio.com in the past six months. Data were collected through adapted questionnaires, and their validity and reliability were tested. The analysis results show that Customer Engagement has a significant effect on Customer Operant Resources, indicating that customer engagement positively influences operant resources. Additionally, Customer Engagement also significantly affects Online Purchase Intention, indicating that customer engagement increases online purchase intention. However, the interaction between Customer Operant Resources and Customer Engagement does not have a significant effect on Online Purchase Intention. This study contributes theoretically by enriching the literature on the role of Customer Engagement and Customer Operant Resources in the context of subscription to Vidio.com. Practical implications for Vidio.com management include strategies to increase engagement through attractive and interactive content to boost users\u27 purchase intentions. Suggestions for future researchers include expanding the sample size and examining additional variables that might affect online purchase intentions. This study also provides insights for fellow users on the importance of active engagement on the platform to achieve a better experience
Hubungan University Well-Being dengan Motivasi Belajar pada Mahasiswa Universitas X Yogyakarta

In order to achieve success in learning, of course, students must have a high motivation to learn. The learning motivation possessed by students without coercion from others makes learning activities more optimal. The concept of university well-being can be a reference for universities to create a pleasant atmosphere for students, so that students feel satisfied prosperous and comfortable while on campus in order to minimize low learning motivation among students. This research seeks to explore the relationship between university well-being and learning motivation among students at Universitas X Yogyakarta. This type of research uses a survey approach (quantitative) with a specific scale (Likert scale), namely learning motivation scale and university well-being scale. The subjects in this research was 79 students from Universitas X Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique employed was the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (r) is reported as 0,444, indicating a moderate positive relationship. The significance value (p-value) is 0,001 (p<0,01), indicating a statistically significant relationship. In simpler terms, the results support the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant relationship between university well-being and learning motivation among students at Universitas X Yogyakarta.

Analysis of the Effect of Price and Quality on Repurchase Intention through Customer Satisfaction on Imported Vegetables in Batam
Get PDFThis study examines the repurchase intention of imported vegetables in Batam City by analyzing consumer satisfaction, price, and quality as factors influencing repurchase intentions. Path analysis with SmartPLS was used to test the hypothesis. The sample used in this study was 199 respondents. The results showed a positive relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention, there was no relationship between price and repurchase intention and showed that quality was positively related to repurchase intention. The results also show that there is a significant influence between quality on repurchase intentions through customer satisfaction. However, customer satisfaction failed to mediate the relationship between price and repurchase intention

Get PDFThe main problem cracker businesses face is the process of cutting cracker dough. Cutting crackers is currently done using a simple cutting tool, but the disadvantages are low cutting capacity, requiring much energy in operation, and low uniformity of cut results. An effort to overcome these problems is to conduct research by developing a cracker dough-cutting machine. The purpose of this research was to test the performance of an automatic cracker dough cutting machine. The independent variables are dough container motion and piece thickness, while the independent variables are piece capacity, piece uniformity, and percentage of damaged pieces. The dough container motion was varied into four treatments, namely 15, 17, 20, and 24 movements/minute. The dough piece thickness was varied into three 1, 2, and 3 mm treatments. Increasing the dough container movement per minute can significantly increase the capacity and percentage of piece damage. The largest capacity was achieved in treating 2 mm thick pieces with 24 dough container movements/minute, resulting in 2,004 pieces/hour. The uniformity of the best-cut results in the 3 mm thick cut with a value of 92.84%. The smallest percentage of piece damage is obtained in the treatment of 1 mm thick pieces with a dough container motion of 15 movements/minute, resulting in a damage percentage of 15.91%
Modified Rainwater Harvesting Design to Prevent the Breeding of Aedes aegypti Mosquitoes
No full textClean water is a basic need for every human being, aligning with the sixth goal of Sustainable Development, which ensures that all communities have access to clean water. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Pelita Hati in Sumber, Kramat, Kranggan, Temanggung Regency, needs 920 liters of clean water per day. Still, during the dry season, the need for clean water is not met. One solution is to utilize a rainwater harvesting (RWH) system, but it leads to mosquito breeding, especially Aedes aegypti. A simple prototype modified RWH by integrating it with the Prevent Aedes Pump (PAP) technology with an internal aquarium filter pump was designed to prevent mosquito breeding. The observation was conducted for 10 days, and the results showed that installing the internal filter pump reduced the number of Aedes aegypti larvae from 4 to 0. The system also reduced the levels of dissolved iron from 0.2 mg/L to 0.02 mg/L and coliform bacteria from 560 MPN/100 ml to 15 MPN/100 ml
