Get PDF The problem that most often arises in various environmental issues is people\u27s lack of concern for cleanliness, environmental care and conservation. This indifference originates from his perception when faced with this distressing situation. People who do not care will perceive that the situation is bad but can still be tolerated. Therefore the behavior is not to just leave the situation. However, when an individual perceives that the situation is extremely bad, he or she becomes stress. This unacceptable situation motivates him or her to cope it. When successful in coping stress, the individual is free from stress. On another occasion, if the individual finds a situation that is just as bad, he or she will repeat the behavior that was successful in overcoming the bad situation. On the other hand, when an individual feels unable to cope with stress, he will still feel stressed when faced with a similar bad situation. Stressful behavior may include getting angry, slamming things, setting fires, throwing bombs, and so on. It is hoped that this perception process can provide input for policy makers and stakeholders so that the bad situation facing society can be overcome
Tingkat Kepuasan Karyawan dan Perusahaan Atas Manfaat BPJS: Yufendy and Partners
Get PDFEvery country has its policy to make its health program for people’s welfare, including Indonesia. One of the Indonesian health programs is the Social Security Agency (BPJS). However, this research is focused specifically on the BPJS for employees and the company, which aims to be used for directing, evaluating, or improvingthe qualityof that BPJS.The type of this research is qualitative research that used primary data, where the researcher conducted indirect interviews in the form of open-ended questions to nine informants who are employees of the Yufendy and Partners Jakarta Jakarta company. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling method, that formed as the level of satisfaction from using BPJS benefits and its determinants for Yufendy & Partners Jakarta company and its employees. The data then were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results found that the employees and company weresatisfied with the benefits of BPJS. However, it is still required further evaluation of the BPJS facilities, such as the lodgment, medicines, and other free facilities. Meanwhile, the determinants for the level of satisfactionwith BPJS benefits are communication, competence, awareness, individual, psychological, organizational, environmental, speed, coverage, economics, and responsiveness

This research is quantitative. The research method used was descriptive and verification to analyze employees of the South Cimahi Region Sharia Cooperative, with a sample of 50 employees. Based on the results of research and discussion, it was found that Leadership Style shows a strong relationship influence on employee performance compared to organizational culture in the medium category. This shows that the better the leadership style, the better the employee\u27s performance. Organizational culture and employee performance will follow. It can be concluded that the transformational leadership style can change the South Cimahi Regional Sharia Cooperative to the concept of struggle. Get PDFThe government has targeted a 23% increase in the use of renewable energy by 2025. The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in Indonesia has taken steps to achieve this goal by issuing Circular Letter No. 363/22/MEM.L/2019, urging the installation of rooftop solar power systems (PLTS) on buildings. In response to this directive, the office of the regent of Temanggung Regency has been designated for the installation of rooftop PLTS. To ensure the proper implementation of the PLTS installation, calculations were made to assess the potential, including observing the geographical location of the building, its condition, rainfall and climate intensity, as well as solar radiation intensity. The installation of the grid-connected PLTS took place at the main building of the regent\u27s office in Temanggung. Simulations were conducted using PVSyst 7.2.6 software, resulting in an annual electricity potential of 3795 kWh. The solar panel modules used were mono 250 Wp 60 cell Bifacial models, totaling 11 units with a 30° elevation angle. The highest electricity potential occurs in July, with an array output of 449 kWh

Get PDFThis study was conducted to determine the effect of intellectual capital on the financial performance of Indonesian companies engaged in the energy sector. This study is a causal-comparative study with company performance as the dependent variable, and intellectual capital efficiency (ICE) as the independent variable consisting of human capital efficiency (HCE), structural capital efficiency (SCE), relational capital efficiency (RCE), and capital employed efficiency (CEE). This study also uses two control variables, i.e. leverage and size. The sample studied was 21 Indonesian companies listed in the energy sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which were obtained through the purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data in the form of the company\u27s annual financial reports for five years (2016-2020). The data were analyzed using the panel data regression analysis method, and the results of the analysis found that the independent variable that had a significant and positive effect on company performance was relational capital efficiency (RCE) while the influence of other variables was found to be insignificant

Get PDFEfektivitas adalah seberapa jauh tercapainya suatu target yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya, efektivitas menunjukkan keberhasilan atau kegagalan dalam mencapai tujuan serta berpengaruh dengan pengeluaran atau hasil akhir sebuah penilaian. Sedangkan, pelayanan adalah suatu kegiatan untuk membantu melayani masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar sesuai hak-hak setiap warga Negara dengan menggunakan standar yang ditentukan. Penelitian pajak kendaraan bermotor dilakukan pada kantor SAMSAT Kelurahan Wirogunan, Kecamatan Mergangsan, Kota Yogyakarta. Pelaksanaan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor dilaksanakan oleh 3 (tiga) instansi terkait yaitu Badan Pendapatan Daerah, Kepolisian, dan Jasa Raharja (persero). Dalam penelitian ini ada beberapa teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 Aspek pelayanan publik yaitu Tangibles (bukti langsung), Reliability (kehandalan), Responsiveness (daya tanggap), Assurance (jaminan), dan Empathy (empati) dan menggunakan faktor pendukung pelayanan serta faktor penghambat pelayanan. Key informan penelitian terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) orang yaitu 5 (lima) dari pegawai yang memberikan pelayanan dan 5 (lima) dari wajib pajak yang membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa efektivitas pelayanan pajak kendaraan bermotor pada kantor SAMSAT Kelurahan Wirogunan Kota Yogyakarta secara umum dapat dikatakan baik berdasarkan hasil informan dari masing-masing indikator. Beberapa indikator yang dinyatakan baik yaitu: persyaratan, system mekanisme dan prosedur, jangka waktu pelayanan, biaya atau tarif, dasar hukum, kompetensi pelaksana, pengawasan internal, jaminan keamanan, dan jaminan perlayanan. The Future of Economic Growth and Investment in Africa: A Bibliometric Analysis
Get PDFEconomic growth increases a country’s real gross domestic product (GDP) over time. Investment is the expenditure on capital goods, such as machines, factories, and technology, that enhance the productive capacity of the economy. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the research trends and future directions in the field of economic growth and investment in Africa, based on a bibliometric analysis of the relevant literature. Using the Scopus database, we identified and analyzed 1,163 articles published between 2004 and 2023, This study employs a five-step methodology that consists of: (1) identifying keywords; (2) initializing search results; (3) including and excluding certain initial results items; (4) assembling initial data statistics; and (5) doing data analysis. The study findings revealed that the highest number of publications on economic growth and investment in Africa was in 2023 (166 articles), the top contributing affiliation was the University of South Africa, the leading influential country was South Africa and Social Sciences was the main source of contributions. Additionally, Odhiamb Nicholas M. topped the list of the top authors with high publications and 166 papers, while Simplice, Bekun, and Festus Victor held the top spot on the list of the most influential authors in terms of citations. Similarly, this study demonstrated that certain authors collaborate. This study identified four research clusters that could serve as a basis for future research expansion on economic growth and investment in Africa

Get PDFThe train is one of the main modes of transportation used in various countries in the world, including Indonesia. The existence of an efficient railway network can support the mobility of people and goods. The safety and comfort of train travel is highly dependent on the condition of the railway facilities and infrastructure. The condition of facilities and infrastructure that meet standards will make the journey smoother and reduce the risk of accidents. With human mobility, the development of public transportation using trains in Indonesia also continues to increase. Damage to train tracks can cause disruption to comfort and endanger safety caused by excessive vibration during train travel, so regular maintenance and repair of the rails is required using a system called the Intelligent Railway Vibration Monitoring System (IRV-MS). The IRV-MS system still needs to be tested because the resulting vibration readings still require validation. The design of this shaking rig simulator is expected to be a solution in terms of vibration testing. This shaking rig can move in a vertical or horizontal linear direction with a linear motor as a driver and produce oscillatory movements. The design of this shaking rig simulator tool uses Solidworks software with 500 mm x 423 mm x 380 mm of dimension and later vibration animation will be simulated in the motion study feature in the software with input parameters of 3-10 Hz with a maximum stroke of 20 mm
