Bioetanol dari Limbah Sekam Padi sebagai Sumber Energi Terbarukan
The purpose of this research is to make laboratory-scale bioethanol from agroindustrial waste, namely rice husk through hydrolysis, fermentation, and distillation methods, determine %yield, and characterize bioethanol. The method used was experimental. The results and conclusions obtained are bioethanol that smells like tape, colorless with %yield as much as 3,32%, density of 0.8818 g/mL, viscosity of 0.7408 cP, and blue flame formed during the flame test. Based on the characterization results, the bioethanol obtained has not met the SNI standards, which is suspected because it still contains water content caused by less pure ethanol from the distillation process
Lean Manufacturing dalam Reduksi Waste untuk Peningkatan Efisiensi Produksi Konektor Tipe X di PT XYZ
Inefficient production processes can cause waste that results in delays, increased operational costs, and decreased productivity. Therefore, identifying and reducing waste is important in achieving better efficiency in the production process. This study aims to identify and reduce waste in the production process of type X connectors at PT XYZ by applying Lean Manufacturing principles. The methods used in this study include Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to map the production process flow and Process Activity Mapping (PAM) to analyze production activities in detail. The results of the analysis show that the largest waste occurs at the Operation stage (57.07%), followed by Transportation (26.65%) and Delays (10.89%). Based on the 5W + 1H analysis, it was found that the main causes of waste were the lack of measuring stations and inefficient warehouse layouts. Recommendations given include adding measuring stations, implementing IoT technology to automate data input, and optimizing warehouse layouts. The implementation of these improvements is expected to reduce waste, increase productivity, and help PT XYZ achieve production targets more efficiently
Penerapan Konsep Pluralisme Hukum Sally Falk Moore dalam Penyelesaian Konflik di Tingkat Pemerintahan Daerah
This article discusses the application of Sally Falk Moore\u27s concept of legal pluralism in conflict resolution at the local government level in Indonesia, known for its cultural diversity and complex normative systems. Legal pluralism refers to the coexistence of various legal systems, where customary law and state law interact and influence each other. In this context, the article explains how customary law is recognized within Indonesia\u27s positive legal framework and its important role in resolving disputes arising from differences between the two legal systems.
Through an analysis of the interaction between state law and customary law, the article shows that applying legal pluralism can create balance and justice in conflict resolution, and strengthen the identity and rights of indigenous peoples. Using the concept of a semi-autonomous social environment, this article highlights the importance of recognizing the existence of customary law in improving social order and protecting community rights. In conclusion, applying legal pluralism not only provides solutions to conflicts but also contributes to developing a harmonious and equitable society
Peningkatan Efisiensi Waktu Proses Produksi Sample Menggunakan Mesin Laser Berbasis Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
Sebagai pelaku industri, PT. Marvel Sports International adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur yang memproduksi sarung tangan untuk ski gloves, sport gloves, nordic gloves dan aksesoris pakaian (syal, topi, ikat kepala, dan lainnya) perlu memperhatikan secara detail proses-proses di setiap lini produksi sample dan produktivitas perusahaan. Pada departemen sample PT. Marvel Sports International memiliki beberapa permasalahan waktu proses produksi lembur menunjukan tidak efisien, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi waktu produksi sample sarung tangan di PT. Marvel Sports International dengan mengidentifikasi dan mengurangi pemborosan (waste). menggunakan metode Value Stream Mapping (VSM) dan Process Activity Mapping (PAM). Fokus penelitian adalah pada departemen sample, di mana proses produksi seringkali mengalami penumpukan pekerjaan, terutama pada tahap pemolaan dan pemotongan bahan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara, dan analisis data waktu produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waste paling dominan adalah waiting/delay dengan persentase waktu sebesar 21,5%. Usulan perbaikan yang diberikan adalah mengganti proses pemotongan manual dengan mesin laser, yang berhasil mengurangi waktu produksi dari 1662 menit menjadi 1329 menit. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan mesin laser dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan mengurangi waste pada proses produksi sample sarung tangan
Hubungan Antara Dukungan Sosial Teman Sebaya Terhadap Resiliensi Akademik Siswa Kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Mertoyudan
Peer social support plays an important role in improving the academic resilience of grade X students at SMA Negeri 1 Mertoyudan. This support helps individuals cope with academic stress, increases self-confidence, and improves their ability to face challenges. With good social support, students tend to be better able to recover from difficulties and achieve better academic performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between peer social support and academic resilience of grade X students at SMA Negeri 1 Mertoyudan. The method in this study used a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The data collection tool used a peer social support scale based on aspects of Sarafino and Smith (2011) which was modified from the research of Ningsih and Astuti (2024) and an academic resilience scale based on aspects of Cassidy (2016) which was modified from the research of Afriyeni and Rahayunings. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The subjects in this study were grade X high school students aged 15-18 years. The data analysis technique used in the hypothesis test used Pearson Product Moment. So that the results of the hypothesis test were obtained with a correlation value index of 0.393 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01), so that the results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship which means that the higher the level of peer social support received, the higher the level of academic resilience in high school students in grade X, conversely, the lower the peer social support, the lower the academic resilience of high school students in grade X.
EVALUATION AND DESIGN OF COMMUNITY-BASED CLEAN WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN BANDAREJO, SIDOHARJO VILLAGE, CANDIROTO DISTRICT, TEMANGGUNG REGENCY
Lack of optimal management of water resources becomes a constraints to the development of the well-being of Indonesian people. In Bandarejo\u27s, clean water is still insufficient. Based on surveys and interviews, constraints to the management of clean water resources in Bandarejo include restricted access due to a lack of infrastructure, pipeline leaks leading to significant water losses, poor public participation and limited information in decision-making, as well as inoptimal government roles and limited operational funds. The study aims to evaluate the clean water management system in the Bandarejo, identify the constraints encountered, and provide improvements to the design of a community-based clean water system. Quantitative and descriptive analysis methods are used in this study. The results of the research show that water management in the Bandarejo involves communities using water capture tubs and reservoirs. The quality of clean water at microbiological parameters is still high at 2200 MPN/100 mL in raw water sources and 910 MPN/100 mL in reservoirs, not meeting the Permenkes standard of drinking water quality No. 2 Year 2023 of 0 CFU/100 mL. The output water output is 0.41 liters per second, with a water loss percentage of 27.12%. However, the water source can still be used for a certain period of time. Improvements to the design of the clean water management system were made by adding water treatment units using activated carbon filters, silica sand, zeolite, and pebbles to reduce rottenness and the number of bacteria in the water.

Pengaruh Salinitas dan Konsentrasi Polimer Carboxymethyl Cellulose Terhadap Viskositas dan Adsorpsi pada Formasi Batu Pasir
Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) is an advanced oil recovery method used to increase oil production from reservoirs after primary and secondary recovery stages are no longer able to produce oil optimally. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of salinity and Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) solution concentration variations on viscosity and adsorption characteristics in sandstone formations as part of evaluating the potential application of polymers in polymer injection methods in Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) technology. The research method was carried out through compatibility testing, viscosity measurement, and adsorption testing using CMC solutions at several variations of concentration and salinity levels with 50 mesh sandstone media. The results showed that an increase in salinity caused a decrease in the viscosity of the CMC solution. At a salinity of 5000 ppm, the viscosity was 4 cP, 4.82 cP, and 16.02 cP at concentrations of 5000 mg/L, 7500 mg/L, and 10000 mg/L, respectively. while at a salinity of 10,000 ppm, it decreased to 2.95 cP, 4.59 cP, and 10.07 cP. In the adsorption test, the adsorption value increased with increasing concentration and salinity. The adsorption values at a salinity of 5000 ppm were 5.13 mg/g, 7.63 mg/g, and 8.46 mg/g, respectively, while at a salinity of 10000 ppm, they increased to 6.32 mg/g, 9.36 mg/g, and 10.61 mg/g
The Influence of ESG Scores on the Cost of Equity Capital in ASEAN-5: The Role of Country Governance and Tax Payments
This study examines the impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) scores on the cost of equity capital (COE) in ASEAN-5 countries, focusing on the moderating roles of national governance quality and tax compliance. Using panel data from publicly listed firms between 2018 and 2022, the study employs panel data regression analysis with both fixed and random effects models to capture cross-sectional and time-series variations. The results reveal three key findings: (1) higher ESG scores significantly lower the cost of equity, indicating that strong ESG performance reduces perceived risks and boosts investor confidence; (2) tax compliance has no statistically significant moderating effect on the ESG-COE relationship, possibly due to weaker institutional frameworks in the ASEAN-5 region; and (3) the reduction in the cost of equity is more pronounced in countries with strong national governance, emphasizing the role of institutional quality in enhancing the financial benefits of ESG practices. These findings highlight the importance of aligning corporate ESG strategies with strong governance systems to maximize financial and sustainability outcomes in the ASEAN region, offering valuable insights for investors, academics, and policymakers
Metode Peningkatan Kekuatan Lentur Material Komposit Resin Polyester yang diberi Penguat Serat Bambu
One of the polymer materials widely used as a matrix material in the manufacture of composites is unsaturated polyester, which is widely used in engineering fields such as ships, vehicles and also widely used in engineering fields in general. This polyester material for direct use in the construction field still has low mechanical strength and cannot experience good tensile deformation, and is difficult to experience bending loads and can break if it gets a large amount of flexibility. To increase its bending strength, this polyester material is mixed with reinforcing material from bamboo fibre material, which is first refined with various percentages of the mixture ranging from 10% to 30%. After mixing, flexural testing is carried out by applying a flexural load in the middle of the test sample and both ends of the sample are supported with flexural strength that increases along with the resistance of the test material. From the research for flexural testing, it was found that a polyester polymer mixed with bamboo fiber with a percentage of 20% obtained a maximum flexural stress value of σ = 97.35 MPa. When compared with the value of the pure polyester flexural stress of σ = 37.29 MPa, there was an increase in flexural strength of 261.16%.
Peran Management Characteristics terhadap Employee Job Satisfaction, Employee Creativity, dan Turnover Intention
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between supervisor humility, abusive supervision, and employee job satisfaction, employee creativity, and turnover intention. This study adds a turnover intention variable, which aims to determine the effect of turnover intention on the level of employees’ job satisfaction, and this research is expected to contribute to increasing the information at the theoretical or scientific level of human resource management, and also has positive managerial implications for increasing employees’ job satisfaction. This study employs a purposive sampling method, drawing on 175 employees from service companies in Jakarta, Indonesia. We used LISREL\u27s factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) methods. The result of this study is that supervisor humility has an indirect positive effect on employees’ creativity. On the other hand, abusive supervision has an indirect negative impact, in which employees’ job satisfaction is mediated by this type of supervision. Meanwhile, employees’ job satisfaction doesn’t have a negative effect on turnover intention, while abusive supervision has a positive effect. In this case, employee job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between supervisor humility and abusive supervision on turnover intention, because the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention is also unstable within an organization or company.
