    INTEGRASI APQC EDUCATION PROCESS CLASSIFICATION FRAMEWORK DAN ITIL 4 UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MANAJEMEN LAYANAN TI DI PERGURUAN TINGGI

    In the digital era, higher education institutions face significant challenges in managing efficient and effective IT services. This study aims to explore the integration of the APQC Education Process Classification Framework with ITIL 4 to enhance IT service management in higher education institutions. Through a literature review, this research identifies the synergies between these two frameworks and evaluates their impact on service quality, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction. The findings indicate that integrating APQC and ITIL 4 can provide a better structure for IT service management, improving service quality and operational efficiency. APQC offers a comprehensive process framework for education, while ITIL 4 provides best practices in IT service management. Case studies and literature analysis support these findings, demonstrating that the implementation of these frameworks can help higher education institutions manage their IT services more effectively and responsively to user needs. This study concludes that the integration of the APQC Education Process Classification Framework and ITIL 4 can offer significant benefits to higher education institutions, including improved service quality, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction. These findings provide guidance for higher education institutions in adopting a holistic approach to their IT service management.     Studi Laboratorium Analisis Penambahan CaCO3 pada Berbagai Temperatur terhadap Lumpur Pemboran

    In this research, the effect of temperature on drilling mud with and without the addition of CaCO₃ was analyzed. The objectives of this study were to determine the changes in mud weight, rheology, filtrate volume, and pH under three temperature variations: 80°F, 130°F, and 180°F for original mud, 3% CaCO₃, and 5% CaCO₃ formulations. Laboratory-scale experiments were conducted. The results showed that mud weight decreased with increasing temperature in all formulations. The mud without CaCO₃ decreased from 9.32 ppg to 7.9 ppg. With 3% CaCO₃, mud weight decreased from 10 ppg to 9.13 ppg, while 5% CaCO₃ showed a reduction from 10.28 ppg to 9.83 ppg. Rheological properties including plastic viscosity (PV), yield point (YP), and gel strength (GS) decreased with temperature increases. Filtrate volume increased at higher temperatures for all mud variations. Meanwhile, pH decreased from 80°F to 130°F but remained constant afterward. Overall, the addition of CaCO₃ improved mud performance but temperature significantly influenced mud properties

    Analisis Keekonomian pada Produksi Lapangan “RF” Menggunakan Skema Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Cost Recovery

    Reserve estimation and economic analysis are essential components in oil and gas field development to determine production feasibility. This study aims to evaluate production reserves and economic performance of the “RF” Field in the “R27” and “A10” reservoirs using the Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Cost Recovery scheme. Reserve estimation and production forecasting were conducted using Decline Curve Analysis (DCA) through MBAL software, while the economic evaluation was performed using Microsoft Excel based on the PSC Cost Recovery fiscal parameters. This study also examines factors influencing economic value and projects future cumulative production under two development scenarios. The results indicate cumulative production of 75.3255 MMSCF for the “R27” reservoir and 89.3819 MMSCF for the “A10” reservoir. The economic analysis shows a Net Present Value (NPV) of 5,276.97 MUSD and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 1665.13%, with a Pay Out Time (POT) of one year.     This study aims to examine the relationship between self-confidence and body image among early adult women using body care products at Apotek UMY. The participants were 100 female respondents aged 18–25 years, selected using purposive sampling. The instruments used were the self-confidence scale (44 valid items, α = 0.936) and the body image scale (38 valid items, α = 0.941). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation. The results indicated a significant positive correlation between self-confidence and body image (r = 0.585; p = 0.000). This finding suggests that the higher the level of self-confidence, the more positive the body image. The results support previous studies and highlight the role of self-confidence as a crucial factor in the development of a healthy body image. The study is expected to provide practical implications for early adult women to strengthen self-acceptance and confidence beyond societal beauty standards.

    This study analyzes the influence of brand experience, brand personality, brand image, and customer experience on brand loyalty in Skintific skincare. The method applied in this study is quantitative. The participants in this study were Gen Z consumers who repurchased Skintific Skincare within the last three months. The number of research samples was 125 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The collected data were then analyzed using SMART PLS 3.0. The results of the analysis showed that the five variables, namely brand experience, brand personality, brand trust, brand image, and customer experience, had a positive influence on brand loyalty

    Leg prosthetics support the mobility of people with disabilities. Designing economical leg prosthetics is a major challenge for increasing accessibility for disabled people because the majority of them are from low income economy. Technically, the challenge is to make a cheap buat light weight prosthetics. Low cost metal raw material of prosthetics are often inversely proportional to the weight of components. One of the cheap materials, i.e. steel has a specific gravity 2.9 times higher than aluminum, which is lightweight but twice as expensive. This study examines the structural integrity of ankle prosthetic base components made of steel and aluminum when subjected to dynamic loads of the human body in a single step, using finite element method numerical computations. The goal is to determine whether the type of cheap material will be reliable in bearing the load. The computational results show that inexpensive materials such as mild steel and aluminum 6061 are able to support the mechanical structure of ankle prosthetic model to remain rigid while handling dynamic loads. The working stresses of both materials are still within safe limits, able to bear the load, even when multiplied by safety factor, the stresses are still below the yield stress value of each material. Aluminum 6061 is recommended for the production of lightweight versions of prosthetic models due to its maximum deflection that is really small as low as 4.41 x 10-3 mm, while mild steel is for the low-cost versions.     Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan Indonesia yang berperan penting dalam sektor pertanian, perdagangan maupun ekspor. Perubahan produksi kopi antarprovinsi setiap tahun menjadi indikator kinerja perkebunan serta dasar pengambilan kebijakan. Penelitian ini menganalisis perbandingan produksi kopi Indonesia tahun 2022–2023 menggunakan uji statistik non-parametrik dan memetakan pola kesamaan produksi melalui Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA).  Data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) terkait produksi kopi dari 34 provinsi. Analisis dilakukan dengan Sign Test dan Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test untuk menguji perbedaan signifikan. Selanjutnya HCA dengan metode agglomerative, Ward’s method dengan pendekatan squared Euclidean distance digunakan untuk mengelompokkan provinsi berdasarkan kesamaan pola produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan produksi kopi antara tahun 2022 dan 2023. Namun, HCA berhasil membagi 34 provinsi menjadi enam kluster dengan karakteristik produksi berbeda sehingga temuan ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun produksi kopi Indonesia relatif stabil secara nasional, penerapan kebijakan berbasis kluster menjadi penting agar strategi pengembangan dapat lebih terarah sesuai karakteristik tiap wilayah sehingga mampu meningkatkan produktivitas, keberlanjutan, dan daya saing kopi Indonesia di pasar global.     Peran dan Tantangan Arbitrase Online dalam Penyelesaian Sengketa Niaga Internasional: Studi Kasus Perusahaan Start-Up di Indonesia

    Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong munculnya arbitrase online (Online Dispute Resolution/ODR) sebagai mekanisme inovatif penyelesaian sengketa niaga internasional bagi perusahaan start-up Indonesia, yang beroperasi dalam ekosistem fintech, e-commerce, dan edtech dengan transaksi cross-border yang kompleks seperti investasi venture capital dan lisensi IP. Artikel ini mengkaji peran ODR melalui analisis doktrinal, perbandingan hukum, dan studi kasus empiris, menunjukkan bahwa kerangka internasional seperti UNCITRAL Model Law dan Konvensi New York memberikan legitimasi kuat, sementara regulasi nasional (UU Arbitrase 1999 dan UU ITE 2008) masih ambigu, menciptakan legal uncertainty dan tantangan procedural fairness tanpa kehadiran fisik. Temuan utama mengungkap keunggulan ODR dalam efisiensi biaya-waktu serta aksesibilitas global yang selaras dengan keterbatasan resources start-up, namun dihambat oleh isu teknis seperti digital divide, cybersecurity, dan ketimpangan bargaining power dengan mitra asing. Dibandingkan litigasi konvensional, ODR lebih efektif untuk sengketa ringan, meskipun eksekusi putusan rentan penolakan pengadilan. Artikel berargumen bahwa potensi ODR untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi digital Indonesia dalam RCEP dan BIT dapat terealisasi melalui reformasi regulasi progresif, peningkatan kapasitas literasi hukum, dan infrastruktur blockchain-based, sehingga berkontribusi pada sistem penyelesaian sengketa yang inklusif dan responsif terhadap globalisasi 5.0

    Perancangan Mesin Pengering Kopi Otomatis dengan Arduino Uno

    Processing of agricultural products, especially coffee, has an important role in the economy of rural communities. One of the main stages in coffee processing is the drying process, which aims to reduce the water content to an optimal level in order to maintain the quality of the coffee beans. In Mekar Buana Village, Tegalwaru District, Karawang, the drying process is still done manually, so it takes a long time and produces non-uniform quality. To overcome this problem, this research designed an automatic coffee drying machine based on Arduino Uno with the support of Internet of Things (IoT) technology. This machine allows automatic temperature and humidity settings and can be monitored remotely. Design analysis and static load stress testing were carried out using SolidWorks software to ensure the resistance of the machine structure to operational loads. The research results show that the designed machine is able to work optimally, increase the efficiency of drying time, and maintain the quality of coffee beans better than traditional methods. It is hoped that the implementation of this machine can increase the productivity of coffee farmers and support technological innovation in the agricultural sector

    Non-physical sexual violence is regulated in Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning criminal acts of sexual violence. The regulation contains unclear norms regarding objects that are then carried out through non-physical electronic media that can degrade a person\u27s dignity and dignity so that it occurs. The aim is to study and analyze the urgency of regulating perpetrators of non-physical sexual violence committed by minors electronically and their criminal, civil, and administrative responsibilities. The method used in this study uses a normative legal research type and uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results obtained regarding the urgency of regulating perpetrators of non-physical sexual violence by children electronically are in the form of public anxiety and the absence of supervision of the handling of criminal cases of sexual violence suffered by victims, then accountability for errors that are given material or immaterial losses can be through restitution and compensation based on the conditions stipulated in the laws and regulations
