THE ROLE OF SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING DISCLOSURE IN THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF MANUFACTURING SECTOR COMPANIES IN INDONESIA
Sustainability Report Disclosure is a response from an entity regarding environmental issues which are considered to be able to improve the company's financial performance through improving the company's reputation. This research was carried out in order to test the effect of sustainability report disclosure on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2022 through company reputation as a connecting factor. The analytical method in this research uses the linear regression test analysis method and multiple linear regression. The research sample consisted of 24 companies out of a total of 181 companies. THE INFLUENCE OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE CHARACTERISTICS ON BUSINESS ETHICS DISCLOSURE
The study was done for the manufature companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The observation years are 2020 to 2022 with the sampel consists of 100 companies. The purpose of the study is to analys the influence of corporate governance characteristics towards business ethics practices disclosure. Corporate governance characteristics consists of manajerial ownership, board gender diversity, board independence, ownership concentration, and government ownership. The result of this study shows government ownership has a positive influence towards business ethics disclosure. In the other side, manajerial ownership, board gender diversity, board independence, and ownership concentration do not have influence towards business ethics disclosure. PREDIKSI SELF-COMPASSION TERHADAP PSYCHOLOGICAL DISTRESS PADA MAHASISWA YANG SEDANG MENYUSUN SKRIPSI
College students are required to complete their final thesis during their last year of study. While working on their thesis, students encounter various challenges such as finding a suitable title, limited reading sources, time constraints, and other obstacles. These challenges contribute to psychological distress among students. If students are unable to overcome distress, problems could arise, such as sleep difficulties, decreased self-esteem, neglect of self-care, and even suicidal tendencies. Hence, self-compassion is essential in overcoming psychological distress. Final year students require self-compassion to face their challenges and maintain emotional balance. This study aims to see the role of self-compassion in predicting psychological distress among final year students who are working on their thesis. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Convenience sampling was utilized to select a total of three hundred and eleven final year students for the study. Participants filled out the Self-Compassion Scale and Kessler Psychological Distress Scale. Data is then analyzed by simple linear regression model. Results show that self-compassion can significantly predict psychological distress in final year students working on their thesis. Further test results revealed that there is a significant negative correlation between the five aspects of self-compassion with psychological distress. The implications of this research suggests self-compassion can serve as a coping and emotional regulation strategy for final year students working on their thesis. As a result, mental health practitioners can develop interventions based on self-compassion tailored for those students
Prototipe Sistem Pencegah Banjir dengan Pengontrolan Pintu Air Waduk menggunakan Kontrol PID berbasis PLC & HMI
The purpose of research on this flood prevention system prototype design is to prevent flood caused by overflowing reservoir water. This system prototype uses the Modicon M340 Programmable Logic Controller as a controller and is equipped with a Human Machine Interface feature as a medium for managing and monitoring system performance virtually. This system is supported by a Water-Level Sensor to measure the water level in the reservoir and also the rate of addition of water in the reservoir. The sluice mechanism is driven by a Stepper Motor assisted by the ULN2003 Driver Module based on Proportional, Integral and Derivative (PID) control to maintain the water level in the reservoir. PID control in this system successfully runs optimally at constant KP = 3.5, KI = 2, and KD = 1, with an error result of 0,048%. This constant has the best response time compared to other constants, where rise time = 11.76 s, settling time = 13.95 s, and steady state time = 14.07 s.Tujuan dari perancangan Prototype Sistem pencegah banjir ini untuk dapat mencegah terjadinya banjir yang disebabkan luapan air waduk. Prototype Sistem ini menggunakan Programmable Logic Controller Modicon M340 sebagai kontroler dan dilengkapi dengan fitur Human Machine Interface sebagai media untuk mengatur dan memonitor kinerja sistem secara virtual. Sistem ini didukung dengan Water-Level Sensor sebagai pengukur ketinggian air dari dalam waduk dan juga laju pertambahan air di dalam waduk. Mekanisme pintu air digerakkan dengan Stepper Motor berbantuan ULN2003 Driver Module berbasis kendali Proporsional, Integral, dan Derivatif (PID) guna menjaga level ketinggian air di dalam waduk. Kendali PID pada sistem ini berhasil berjalan optimal pada konstanta KP = 3.5, KI = 2, dan KD = 1, dengan hasil error sebesar 0,048 % selama 13,95 detik. Konstanta ini memiliki response time paling baik dibandingkan dengan konstanta lainnya, dimana rise time = 11,76 s, settling time = 13,95 s, dan steady state time = 14,07
Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Seminar Pemasaran Melalui Sosial Media bagi Ibu-Ibu Desa Pajangan Lamongan
This seminar is part of the thematic KKN activities carried out by the Trunojoyo University, Madura in Lamongan City, especially in Pajangan Village. Pajangan Village is one of the villages located in the city of Lamongan, East Java where the main livelihood of its citizens, especially the villagers' mothers, make songkok and make processed fruit. With the one-day seminar related to online marketing, especially through social media, it is hoped that it can become an alternative marketing method that has been using the getuk tular system (word of mouth), so that in the future it can contribute to increasing family income.  
Lawan Kolesterol dengan Bahan Alam Melalui Penyuluhan pada Masyarakat di Kecamatan Cilincing Jakarta Utara
Hiperkolesterolemia merupakan salah satu penyebab penyakit kardiovaskuler yang memiliki proporsi tinggi di Indonesia. Hiperkolesterolemia dapat dicegah dengan mengonsumsi bahan alami yang sebagian besar terdapat dalam buah dan sayur, tetapi pola makan di Indonesia justru tinggi lemak/kolesterol/gorengan serta kekurangan sayur dan buah. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan kegiatan penyuluhan serta pengecekan kolesterol total dalam darah dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bahaya dan upaya pencegahan hiperkolesterolemia dengan memanfaatkan bahan alam. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada 19 Mei 2023 dengan 2 bentuk acara antara lain, yaitu pemeriksaan kesehatan, dan penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Kegiatan dilakukan di Kecamatan Cilincing, sebanyak 51 peserta berkontribusi secara aktif mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan dan pemeriksaan kesehatan. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan, didapatkan sebanyak 32 (62,74%) orang memilki kadar kolesterol total yang berada di atas nilai yang direkomendasikan. Di lain pihak, penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab mampu meningkatkan skor pengetahuan mengenai kolesterol dan upaya pencegahannya dengan memanfaatkan bahan alam sebesar 11,37 satuan secara bermakna (p<0,05)
SOSIALISASI DAN PENDAMPINGAN SERTIFIKASI PRODUK HALAL DESA DUKUHDIMORO
Halal certification on a product nowadays has become a necessity. Because society will be more selective and products that do not have halal certification will be abandoned. Based on the results of interviews with several Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Dukuhdimoro village, especially the food sector, they do not yet have halal product certification, because many business actors in Dukuhdimoro Village have not registered their businesses for halal certification, Lack of dissemination of information about the requirement for halal certification so that there are several business actors who do not know about halal certification, Business actors in Dukuhdimoro Village do not understand the importance of products with halal certification, Business actors in Dukuhdimoro Village still do not know well how to register halal certification for their products and postpone registering it, and Business actors in Dukuhdimoro Village still think that the halal certification process is complicated. The solution to these problems includes socialization and assistance for halal product certification. MSME actors, especially in the food and beverage sector, are given information and assistance regarding halal certification registration. After the socialization and assistance of halal certification of MSME products, business actors, especially food and beverage businesses in Dukuhdimoro Village, understand the importance of products with halal certificates and how to register their products. The final result of this socialization and assistance of halal certification, these business actors registered their businesses to obtain halal certificates.Sertifikat halal pada sebuah produk dewasa ini sudah menjadi suatu keharusan. Karena masyarakat akan semakin selektif dan produk yang tidak memiliki sertifikat halal akan ditinggalkan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan beberapa pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) desa Dukuhdimoro khususnya sektor pangan, mereka belum memiliki sertifikasi produk halal, karena Pelaku usaha di Desa Dukuhdimoro banyak yang belum mendaftarkan usahanya untuk sertifikasi halal, Kurang menyebarluasnya informasi akan keharusan sertifikasi halal ini sehingga ada beberapa pelaku usaha yang tidak tahu akan sertifikasi halal, Pelaku usaha di Desa Dukuhdimoro kurang memahami pentingnya produk dengan setifikasi halal, Pelaku usaha di Desa Dukuhdimoro masih belum mengetahui dengan baik bagaimana cara mendaftarkan sertifikasi halal untuk produknya dan menunda mendaftarkanya, dan Pelaku usaha di Desa Dukuhdimoro masih beranggapan bahwa proses sertifikasi halal itu rumit. Solusi dari permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut antara lain Membantu membuka membuka pendaftaran untuk pelaku usaha. Melakukan sosialisasi adanya program ini serta memberitahukan pentingnya sertifikasi halal ke semua dusun di Desa Dukuhdimoro Melakukan pendampingan mulai dari pendaftaran sampai sertifikasi terbit. Melakukan pendampingan dan Membuat komunitas secara online via grup untuk seluruh pelaku usaha di Desa Dukuhdimoro. Sehingga apabila ada kendala atau merasa kesulitan dalam langkah-langkah sertifikasi halal dapat kami bantu kapan saja. Dan pendaftaran sertifikais halal menjadi lebih muda
Studi Performa Panel Surya 100 WP Menggunakan Software Homer Di Universitas Pamulang
Studies on designs and systems for solar panels are currently continuing to be developed. One application is to design a Homer-based solar power generation system (PLTS) with a solar panel capacity of 100 Wp and analyze the system performance at different loads. This research was conducted to determine the amount of power that solar panels can produce, load consumption, and determine a suitable system configuration to meet electricity needs at different loads. The method used is design, determining parameters on the homer and creating a simulation with loading. The research results show that the amount of power that can be produced by solar panels is 75,2kWh/year and can meet electricity needs at different loads. It is hoped that this research can be a solution to optimize the use of solar energy on a small scale and support renewable energy programs in Indonesia.Kajian terhadap desain dan sistem pada panel surya saat ini terus dikembangkan. Salah satu pengaplikasiannya adalah dengan merancang sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) berbasis Homer dengan kapasitas panel surya 100 Wp dan analisis performa sistem pada beban yang berbeda. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui jumlah daya yang mampu dihasilkan oleh panel surya, konsumsi beban, dan menentukan konfigurasi sistem yang layak agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan listrik pada beban yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan adalah mendesaian, menentukan parameter pada homer dan membuat simulasi dengan pembebanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata -rata jumlah daya yang mampu dihasilkan oleh panel surya sebesar 75,2 kWh/tahun dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan listrik pada beban yang berbeda. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan energi surya pada skala kecil dan menunjang program energi terbarukan di Indonesia
PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT LUNAK UNTUK AKUISISI DATA KONSUMSI DAYA LISTRIK DARI POWER METER
Technological developments make it possible to monitor electricity consumption in real-time via the internet. The system developed uses a power meter to collect data, Python to process data and IoT connectivity via NodeMCU ESP8266 to send data to the internet. Python is used so that measurement data can be processed and presented in an easy-to-understand format. The test results show that electrical data measurements can be displayed with an error ranging from 0.04% -11.56%. This is because there is a delay from the time the power meter is measured until the data is displayed on ThingSpeak.Perkembangan teknologi memungkinkan pemantauan konsumsi listrik secara real-time melalui internet. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan power meter untuk mengumpulkan data, Python untuk mengolah data dan konektivitas IoT melalui NodeMCU ESP8266 untuk mengirimkan data ke internet. Python digunakan agar data pengukuran dapat diolah dan disajikan dalam format yang mudah dipahami. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan pengukuran data besaran listrik dapat ditampilkan dengan kesalahan berkisar 0,04%-11,56%. Hal ini karena adanya delay dari saat pengukuran oleh power meter sampai data ditampilkan di thingspeak
KELEKATAN SISWA DENGAN ORANG TUA
Parental attachment contributes to the development of adolescent life because the closeness and emotional support help adolescents become more open with others and more confident. This research is a quantitative descriptive study aimed at understanding students' attachment to their parents. The data collection technique uses a rating scale to measure the students' attachment to their parents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The research results show that the level of students' attachment to their parents falls within the moderate category.Kelekatan orang tua memberikan kontribusi pada perkembangan hidup remaja karena dengan adanya kedekatan dan dukungan emosional membuat remaja menjadi lebih terbuka dengan orang lain dan lebih percaya diri. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelekatan siswa dengan orang tua. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala penilaian untuk mengukur variabel kelekatan siswa dengan orang tua. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif.
