    HUBUNGAN ANTARA KECERDASAN INTERPERSONAL DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PADA SISWA SMP STRADA KAMPUNG SAWAH

    Interpersonal intelligence refers to an individual’s ability to recognize, understand, and identify various changes and differences in their surroundings, such as shifts in emotions, beliefs, and expectations of others, viewed through social sensitivity, insight, and communication. Learning motivation encompasses internal and external drives that stimulate learning enthusiasm, behaviour modification, and academic success, influenced by factors like desire for achievement, learning needs, future aspirations, recognition, engaging activities, and a conducive learning environment. The study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal intelligence and learning motivation of grade VIII students. The data collection technique uses an assessment scale instrument. The subject of the study were junior high school students in grade SMP Strada Kampung Sawah. Based on the results of the instrument trial, the interpersonal intelligence instrument has 54 valid statements with a reliability of 0,740 and learning motivation instrument has 101 valid statements with a reliability of 0,750. The results of the correlation analysis of interpersonal intelligence and learning motivation were obtained at 0,796. These results indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between interpersonal intelligence and learning motivation. Motivasi belajar adalah dorongan dari dalam diri dan luar lindividu untuk semangat belajar, mengupayakan adanya perubahan perilaku belajar yang ditinjau dari hasrat keinginan berhasil, dorongan kebutuhan dalam belajar, harapan dan cita cita masa depan, penghargaan dalam belajar, kegiatan yang menarik dalam belajar, dan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan interpersonal dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Strada Kampung Sawah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen skala penilaian. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba instrumen, instrumen kecerdasan interpersonal memiliki 54 pernyataan valid dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,740 dan instrumen motivasi belajar memiliki 101 pernyataan vaid dengan reliabilitas 0,750. Hasil analisis korelatsi kecerdasan interpersonal dan motivasi belajar diperoleh sebesar 0,796. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan interpersonal dengan motivasi belajar.     The utilization of mobile commerce (m-commerce) applications is closely linked to the examination of consumer loyalty. A substantial body of research underscores the significance of m-commerce services and user acceptance in enhancing customer retention. This study aims to investigate the correlation between usability and user loyalty within m-commerce platforms by applying Importance-Performance Matrix Analysis (IPMA) to identify critical areas for improvement. The research sample comprised 149 users of m-commerce applications. Findings from the IPMA indicate that the key areas for enhancement in terms of (1) loyalty include users’ ability to exercise control, the simplicity of control mechanisms, and overall ease of use; while for (2) usability, the priority aspects for improvement are error notification features, accuracy, and completeness of the application’s functionalitie

    ANALYSIS OF VERBAL ATTACKS BETWEEN WIBU AND KPOPERS COMMUNITY ON TIKTOK: CASE STUDY OF THE @pacstudio ACCOUNT

    Social interactions in digital media frequently give rise to various forms of conflict, one of which is verbal aggression, particularly among fan communities of popular culture. These interactions are often emotionally charged and serve as a battleground for expressing group identity, superiority, and rivalry. This study investigates the phenomenon of verbal attacks in online interactions between Wibu and Kpopers on the TikTok platform, with a specific focus on comments found on videos posted by the @pacstudio account. The purpose of this research is to analyse how online fan cultures engage in aggressive discourse, what types of aggression are commonly used, what social motives underlie such behaviour, and how the targeted group responds to these attacks. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method combined with content analysis, as outlined by Creswell (2004), to systematically examine the nature of the verbal aggression. It focuses on identifying key linguistic forms such as sarcasm, ridicule, and defamation, which are frequently used to demean, insult, or provoke the opposing community. The theoretical framework integrates Social Identity Theory (Tajfel & Turner, 1979), which explains how individuals form group-based identities that influence intergroup dynamics, and Verbal Aggressiveness Theory by Infante and Wigley (1986), which conceptualizes verbal attacks as behaviour intended to damage another’s self-concept while reinforcing the attacker’s group position. Data were collected from purposively selected comment sections of TikTok videos that generated high levels of engagement and intergroup tension. The findings reveal that Wibu fans often use verbal aggression to assert superiority, defend their group’s legitimacy, and perpetuate negative stereotypes about Kpopers. These patterns are amplified by the influence of social validation, where support from like-minded users encourages further antagonism. Such behaviours manifest in mocking comments, unfounded accusations, and sarcasm aimed at belittling others. The responses from Kpopers vary, including self-defence, counterattacks, and reaffirmation of identity through cultural and personal achievements. Some even mirror the initial aggression, indicating a cycle of hostility. These verbal confrontations reflect deeper issues of digital tribalism and identity polarization, where fan culture becomes a site of division rather than shared enthusiasm. Ultimately, this study provides insights into the mechanics of online verbal aggression and emphasizes the importance of developing strategies to promote more respectful and constructive communication across digital communities

Even though, many research about the success of incubator an startup, but the roles of manager still need to be explored more. This systematic review aims to investigates the roles and the responsibilities of the business Incubator managers, their impact for the startup and incubator itself, and how can the managers align it with the long-term incubator goals. A systematic review conducted using PRISMA framework, and reported with the guidance of PRISMA2020 Checklist. Search from the publication that Examined incubator business manager published from 2001 -2024, From 129 article that found from the 129-article identified, 35 used for the final review. This Research found that Manager has a key role in facilitating mentees/incubates to access resources and networks, mentoring, and managing the incubator operations. Suggest the managers to become proactive for the success of the mentee/incubates. The study concludes that the role of incubator managers is crucial to fostering the entrepreneur, key factor for the success of incubator, it recommends for them to enhancing managerial roles to adapt on the dynamic environments

    PENGARUH CEO DUALITY DALAM HUBUNGAN  ORGANIZATIONAL SLACK DAN ESG TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN

    This study examines the effect of organizational slack and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on firm performance. It compares these relationships between companies with CEO duality and those with CEO non-duality. The study is grounded in the resource-based view (RBV) and stakeholder theory. The population of this research consists of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. The data used are financial statements and annual reports, with a total of 145 company samples selected using the purposive sampling method. The results indicate that organizational slack has a positive and significant effect on firm performance. ESG also has a positive and significant effect on firm performance. In addition, CEO duality strengthens the effect of both organizational slack and ESG on firm performance. This research provides theoretical contributions by reinforcing the RBV and stakeholder theory, as well as practical implications for management and investors in leveraging slack, integrating ESG practices, and considering leadership structure as a factor that can improve firm performance.Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh organizational slack dan Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) terhadap kinerja perusahaan serta membandingkan hubungan tersebut pada perusahaan dengan CEO duality dan CEO non-duality. Penelitian ini dibangun dengan teori resource-based view (RBV) dan teori stakeholder. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan nonkeuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019–2023. Data yang digunakan berupa laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan dengan total 145 sampel perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational slack berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja perusahaan. ESG juga berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja perusahaan. Selain itu, CEO duality memperkuat pengaruh organizational slack dan ESG terhadap kinerja perusahaan.     ARBITRATION DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISM IN FOREIGN INVESTMENT BASED ON INTERNATIONAL TRADE LAW

    Settling foreign investment disputes in Indonesia, in the context of increasing economic globalization, requires mechanisms that comply with applicable regulations to avoid inequalities between regulations for the disputing parties. Using a normative juridical approach and contextual methods, this study aims to understand the forms of foreign investment dispute resolution, including deliberation, Alternative Dispute Resolution (APS), litigation, and arbitration. The results indicate that arbitration is the primary option for resolving foreign investment disputes in Indonesia, due to the existence of specialized arbitration institutions such as BANI, ICSID, and UNCITRAL, as well as the recognition and enforcement of international arbitral awards that can be executed in other countries.     Chitosan and Red Ginger Extract Patches for Diabetic Foot Ulcers: An Alternative for Urban Healthcare Challenges

    Diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) are a severe complication of diabetes, particularly in urban areas where healthcare access and infection risks pose significant challenges. This study investigates the potential of transdermal patches combining chitosan and red ginger (Zingiber officinale var. rubrum) extract to improve DFU care. Patches were formulated with varying concentrations of chitosan (2%, 3%, and 4%) and red ginger extract (0%, 5%, 10%, and 15%) and evaluated for physical properties, moisture retention, durability, and antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus. Results identified 3% chitosan with 5% red ginger extract as the optimal formulation, offering superior water retention, balanced durability, and moderate antimicrobial efficacy. These findings highlight the potential of chitosan-red ginger patches as cost-effective, adaptable solutions for DFU care, addressing critical needs for infection control, hydration, and patient comfort in resource-limited urban healthcare settings. Future studies should validate clinical efficacy and investigate scalability for broader implementation

    Keselamatan dan Proteksi Baterai Sepeda Motor Listrik: Studi Kasus Analisis Kegagalan Pada Insiden Kebakaran Kapal Motor Penumpang (KMP) Tranship 1

    The adoption of electric motorcycles in Indonesia has seen rapid growth, driven by the push toward a sustainable energy transition. However, battery safety remains a significant concern, particularly with Lithium-ion and Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) battery types. This study aims to analyze the failure mechanisms behind a fire incident on the passenger motor vessel (KMP) Tranship 1, which was allegedly triggered by a Lithium-ion battery from an electric motorcycle lacking an adequate protection system. The analysis employs Fishbone Diagrams and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), drawing on data from field case studies, evaluations of protection systems in locally manufactured electric motorcycles, and a review of relevant technical literature. The root cause analysis using the Fishbone Diagram identifies several contributing factors to fire risk, including improper usage and charging practices, inadequate transportation methods, extreme environmental conditions, and equipment failure. Findings from the Fault Tree Analysis highlight the critical role of safety components such as fuses, circuit breakers, and ventilation systems in preventing battery-related fires or explosions in electric vehicles. Based on these findings, the study recommends the implementation of multilayered protection systems, the use of standardized chargers, and the development of national regulations aligned with international safety standards. The incorporation of a Battery Management System (BMS) is also strongly recommended to enhance battery safety and reliability.Penggunaan sepeda motor listrik di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat seiring dengan dorongan penggunaan transisi energi berkelanjutan. Namun, aspek keselamatan baterai menjadi tantangan penting, terutama pada jenis Lithium-ion dan Sealed Lead Acid (SLA). Kajian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kegagalan terkait dengan insiden kebakaran yang terjadi pada Kapal Motor Penumpang (KMP) Tranship 1 yang diduga dipicu oleh baterai Lithium-ion dari sepeda motor listrik yang tidak memiliki sistem proteksi memadai. Metode yang digunakan mencakup diagram Fishbone dan diagram pohon akar penyebab kesalahan (Fault Tree Analysis) berdasarkan data hasil studi kasus lapangan, peninjauan sistem proteksi pada motor listrik produksi lokal, serta kajian literatur teknis. Hasil analisis akar penyebab masalah dengan diagram Fishbone menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor seperti kesalahan penggunaan dan pada saat engisian daya, metode pengangkutan yang tidak tepat, kondisi lingkungan ekstrem, dan kerusakan peralatan dapat berkontribusi terhadap risiko kebakaran. Hasil Fault Tree Analysis  (FTA) menunjukkan bahwa sistem sekering, pemutus arus, dan ventilasi memegang peranan penting dalam mencegah insiden kebakaran atau ledakan dari baterai kendaraan listrik. Studi ini merekomendasikan penerapan sistem proteksi berlapis, penggunaan charger sesuai standar, serta penyusunan regulasi nasional yang mengadopsi standar keselamatan internasional.      This study analyzes the advantages and challenges of using an Integrated Electric Propulsion System on the Republic of Indonesia Warship (KRI) using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected throughliterature studies in the fields of defense and marine technology. The results of the study indicate that this system offers significant improvements in maneuverability, speed, and noise and vibration reduction, which are very important in the context of military operations. Although there are challenges related to high initial costs and morecomplex maintenance requirements, the long-term benefits of energy efficiency and reduced operational costs make this system a strategic choice for the Indonesian Navy. Thus, the implementation of an integrated electric drive shaft not only increases the combat readiness of KRI, but also strengthens Indonesia's position as a competitive maritime power in the region. This study is expected to provide recommendations for the development of a more modern and adaptive defense policy to global technological developments

    ENHANCING GEN Z EMPLOYEES COMMITMENT THROUGH FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENTS, WORK-LIFE BALANCE, AND JOB SATISFACTION

    This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of flexible working arrangements on organizational commitment with work life balance and job satisfaction as mediating variables in generation Z employees who work in Jakarta and its surroundings. In this research, the population used as the research object is generation Z employees or those with birth years from 1998 to 2009 who work in Jakarta and its surroundings. Apart from that, the purposive sampling method was used as a sample determination technique. The questionnaire distributed was in the form of a Google Form with the criteria for respondents being permanent employees who can or have worked with flexible working arrangements and have currently worked at the company for at least 1 year. 176 respondents were obtained and data processing was carried out using SMART PLS 4.0 software. The results obtained in this research are that Flexible Working Arrangement has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Work Life Balance, and Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of Flexible Working Arrangements on Organizational Commitment. Meanwhile, Work Life Balance does not have a significant influence on Organizational Commitment and Work Life Balance cannot mediate the influence of Flexible Working Arrangement on Organizational Commitment
