    ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN LANGUAGE REVITALIZATION: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF GLOBAL CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES

    The rate at which local languages become extinct is alarming and a factor for worry due to globalization and changing cultures. Artificial Intelligence opens opportunities that could support taking care of such languages. The work will seek to conduct a systematic review of the application of Artificial Intelligence in local language revitalization, including AI support for documentation, preservation, and learning, and also pinpoint challenges and opportunities. It adopted the systematic literature review methodology based on data from the Scopus database. Thematic analysis was performed to understand common patterns and opportunities concerning the use of AI. Results showed that, through NLP, ASR, and machine learning, AI could speed up the documentation and learning of local languages, especially in developed countries. However, even in developing countries, the stage is still characterized by some challenges, which involve minimal supporting infrastructure and policies. Conclusion AI can go a long way in supporting local languages, but further investment in technological infrastructure and policies and collaboration between governments, the private sector, and local communities is needed

    According to the Decree of the Director of Oil and Gas Engineering and Environment as Head of Oil and Gas Inspection Number 183.K/HK.02/DMT/2024, Equipment that has reached the end of its design life or equipment that is 20 years old from the year of manufacture if the design service life is unknown, shall be assessed for residual life. This article discusses the residual life assessment method for Storage tanks based on thickness reduction (metal loss). In this article it is explained how to assess the residual life of the storage tank with the metal loss method, the guidelines for doing calculations are API Std. 650, API Std. 653 and API 579-1, while the data used in the calculation refers to the actual thickness, previous report, manufacture data report and visual documentation. The calculations for this assessment rely on actual thickness documents, previous reports, design data, and operational data. The results indicate that all actual thicknesses remain above the allowable minimum thickness, and the residual life assessment confirms the storage tank is fit for operation for an additional 9.8 years

     The reliability of electrical systems and mechanical equipment, such asPressurized Fans is critical for ensuring safety and operationalcontinuity in high-rise buildings, particularly in emergency stairwells.This study focuses on Polarization Index (PI) testing to evaluate cableinsulation conditions in Pressurized Fan at PT XYZ. The methodologyincludes initial functional testing, literature review, automated controlpanel design, and system performance evaluation. Test results revealedthat while insulation resistance (IR) values met standards (>25 MΩ), lowPI values (<1.0) indicated insulation degradation, causing frequenttripping of the Pressurized Fan. The implemented solutions involvedreplacing the cable installation and designing a more reliable controlpanel. Post-improvement, the system operated optimally and compliedwith safety standards such as SNI 03-1746-2000 and NFPA 92A. Thisstudy highlights the importance of preventive maintenance throughregular PI testing to prevent system failures and ensure buildingoccupant safety

    HUBUNGAN FUTURE TIME PERSPECTIVE DENGAN CAREER MATURITY PADA MAHASISWA TINGKAT AKHIR

    Final-year higher education students often face career challenges. Career maturity refers to an individual’s readiness to make informed career choices, encompassing all the processes, knowledge, and skills needed to complete career developmental tasks. It is essential for final-year students to achieve career maturity, considering they are nearing the end of their education and transitioning into the future world of work. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between future time perspective and career maturity. Future time perspective refers to the extent to which an individual perceives the future according to his or her needs and goals, thus influencing current thoughts, behavior, and decision making. This correlational study, conducted on 166 final-year students in Surabaya selected via incidental sampling. Using the Future Time Orientation Scale and a career maturity scale, Kendall’s Tau-B formula showed that future time perspective was positively related to career maturity. The higher the levels of future time perspective, the higher the levels of career maturity, and vice versa. This suggests final-year students who prioritize future goals are more likely to actively prepare for and achieve career maturity

    This community service activity is part of the Bima Program Community Service Grant in the form of KKNT organized by DIKTI. This KKNT was held in Paseseh Village, Tanjungbumi, Bangkalan, Madura. There are several objectives and outcomes to be achieved in this KKNT, but this article focuses on the main issue related to branding Paseseh Village as a Batik Educational Tourism Village. Branding is carried out by designing a website and improving the mini batik gallery, which functions not only as a marketing center for batik products, but also as an information center for everything related to batik, information about Paseseh Village, and the tourism potential there. With this online and offline branding, it is hoped that more Indonesians will recognize Paseseh Village as an Educational Tourism Village. 

    Pengaruh Energi Input Micro-Plasma Arc Welding Terhadap Struktur Mikro dan Sifat Mekanik Sambungan Baja DIN 2311

    Molds are important components in the plastic injection molding processes. Even though molds are generally made of strong and heat-resistant steel, but when used repeatedly and continuously, the mold will also experience damage such as scratches and dents caused by dynamic thermal and mechanical loading. Making new molds requires very high costs. Mold repairs using traditional welding such as laser welding and Tungsten Inert Gas welding, apart from requiring relatively high costs, also require sophisticated skills. This problem can be overcome with Micro-Plasma Arc Welding (MPAW). With this welding method, the process of melting the material and filler is concentrated at one point which prevents the spread of excess heat to the parent material. Welding on DIN 2311 low alloy steel, which is often chosen as a plastic molding material, was carried out with weld energies of 120, 132 and 144 J. The welding results were tested to determine the microstructure evolution, hardness distribution and strength values ​​of each specimen. From the test results of materials processed through MPAW, it can be concluded that the specimen produced with a weld energy of 132 J has the most optimal microstructure and hardness distribution so that it can have strength equivalent to the strength of the original material before welding, with relatively high ductility as proven by its ability to perform plastic deformation of 7.8% or just 3.2% lower than the ability of the original material.Cetakan merupakan komponen yang penting pada proses cetakan injeksi plastik. Walaupun cetakan umumnya terbuat dari baja yang kuat dan tahan panas, akan tetapi ketika digunakan secara berulang-ulang dan terus menerus, cetakan akan mengalami kerusakan seperti goresan dan lekukan yang diakibatkan oleh pembebanan termal dan mekanis secara dinamis. Pembuatan cetakan baru membutuhkan biaya yang sangat tinggi. Perbaikan cetakan dengan pengelasan tradisional seperti pengelasan laser dan pengelasan Tungsten Inert Gas disamping membutuhkan biaya yang relatif tinggi juga membutuhkan keterampilan yang terjamin. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan Micro-Plasma Arc Welding (MPAW). Dengan metode pengelasan ini, proses peleburan material dan filler menjadi terpusat pada satu titik yang menyebabkan tidak terjadinya penyebaran panas berlebih pada material induk. Pengelasan pada baja paduan rendah DIN 2311, yang merupakan material cetakan injeksi plastik, dilakukan dengan energi pengelasan sebesar 120, 132, dan 144 J. Hasil pengelasannya diuji untuk mengetahui perubahan struktur mikro, distribusi nilai kekerasan dan kekuatan dari masing-masing spesimen. Dari pengujian terhadap material yang diproses melalui MPAW dapat disimpulkan bahwa spesimen yang dihasilkan dengan energi pengelasan sebesar 132 J memiliki stuktur mikro dan distribusi kekerasan yang paling optimal sehingga dapat memiliki kekuatan yang setara kekuatan material asal sebelum pengelasan, dengan keuletan yang relatif tinggi yang terbukti dengan kemamapuannya melakukan deformasi plastis sebesar 7,8% atau 3,2% lebih rendah dari kemampuan material asal

    There has been significant structural and regulatory transformation in the financial services sector in the last decade. The need to integrate sustainable financial sector, digitalization, and consumer protection places financial sector legal consultant in a strategic position that cannot be underestimated. Their function is not only as legal advisors, but also as compliance enablers, risk analysts, and strategic partners in the legal aspects of the business. The metamorphosis from a capital market legal consultant to a financial sector legal consultant brings profound consequences to the expansion of skill scope, adjustment of competencies, as well as increased ethical and professional responsibilities. This paper raises two issues of how can financial sector legal consultants bridge and navigate in a sustainable financial sector and how to optimize the strategic role of financial sector legal consultants? The research method of this paper is normative juridical, which examines the applicable provisions relating to the roles and responsibilities of financial sector legal consultants, mastery and sharpening of competencies that must be possessed. The data obtained from the research is analyzed qualitatively. The research results show that optimizing the strategic role of financial sector legal consultants is carried out with an agile and adaptive attitude to all dynamic changes in the financial services sector, responsive to client needs manifested in the ability to bridge all stakeholders in the financial services sector ecosystem. Financial sector legal consultants can provide proper navigation in the dynamic financial sector, especially in corporate activities and business transactions with a deep and thorough understanding of the ever-changing regulations, compliance with professional ethics, and always open to global trends and digital transformation

    Pelatihan Penerapan Metode Pengolahan dan Analisis Data Kuantitatif Hasil Penelitian untuk Peningkatan Ketrampilan Penelitian

    One of the most important stages in conducting research is processing research data obtained from the data collection process. However, practical understanding regarding the steps for interpreting results and data processing tricks is still limited among general students. To limit this gap, the service team held a workshop related to processing quantitative research data using a statistical application that can be accessed for free via the internet. This activity was successfully implemented and received a positive response from participants. The workshop focuses on providing knowledge and skills related to the use of applications for data processing and interpretation of results using research data that has been used by resource persons in the past. The evaluation results showed that the majority of participants were able to understand the basic concepts of data, data processing and interpretation of results. The workshop shows that the use of examples of actual research data is very effective in bridging theory and practice in conducting research, especially those related to data processing

Maintenance planning activities are carried out as a way of reducing sudden damage. The maintenance unit schedule is carried out with timely repairs according to the schedule. This scheduling isimportant considering the arrangement of humans, methods, machines and materials in the mining world more efficiently. Making a schedule correctly can create an optimal level of repair without reducing quality so that it can increase productivity. This study aims to create a unit repair planning schedule at PT Madhani Talatah Nusantara. The findings of this study are a decrease in the bread schedule, high physical availability, and reduced risk of failure, extending the life of the tool, reducing repair costs, and increasing work safety

    KOMITMEN LINGKUNGAN DAN SOSIAL: APAKAH BERMANFAAT BAGI NILAI PERUSAHAAN?

    This study aims to analyze the effect of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) disclosure and environmental performance on firm value with board size as a moderating variable. This study uses multiple regression analysis and moderation test on data from 30 industrial and energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results showed that ESG disclosure and environmental performance had no significant effect on firm value. In addition, board size does not moderate the relationship between ESG disclosure and environmental performance on firm value. This study expands the understanding of the dynamics of ESG disclosure and environmental performance in relation to firm value and explores the role of board size as a moderating factor. The findings provide practical insights for corporate management, investors and policy makers in an effort to encourage more sustainable business practices.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengungkapan ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran dewan direksi sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan uji moderasi terhadap data dari 30 perusahaan sektor industri dan energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan ESG dan kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selain itu, ukuran dewan direksi tidak memoderasi hubungan antara pengungkapan ESG maupun kinerja lingkungan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini memperluas pemahaman tentang dinamika pengungkapan ESG dan kinerja lingkungan dalam kaitannya dengan nilai perusahaan serta mengeksplorasi peran ukuran dewan direksi sebagai faktor moderasi. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan, investor, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam upaya mendorong praktik bisnis yang lebih berkelanjutan
