Menumbuhkan Jiwa Kewirausahaan Generasi Z Melalui Kegiatan Kreativitas
Get PDFKreativitas memiliki peranan penting dalam kemajuan ekonomi. Generasi Z memiliki potensi yang tinggi dalam menciptakan karya – karya kreatif. Pendidikan kewirausahaan pada tingkat bangku sekolah akan menjadi langkah awal yang efektif untuk mengembangkan potensi kreativitas dari peserta didik generasi Z. Melalui pendidikan di bangku sekolah, para peserta pendidik diharapkan mampu menanamkan karakter, sifat, watak dan jiwa entrepreneurship. Menyadari pentingnya pengetahuan mengenai kewirausahaan, maka tim pengabdian masyarakat mengadakan kegiatan yang memperkenalkan konsep kewirausahaan kepada siswa. Mitra dari kegiatan ini adalah salah satu sekolah swasta di Jakarta Pusat. Tim pengabdian masyarakat memperkenalkan pendidikan kewirausahaan melalui seminar interaktif dan workshop kreativitas agar siswa dapat membuat berbagai produk yang lebih berharga dan dapat menghasilkan keuntungan. Workshop kreativitas yang diterapkan pada kegiatan ini adalah pembuatan lilin aromaterapi dan sabun wangi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh sekitar 98 murid dan 10 guru pendamping. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dari siswa dan pihak sekolah, kegiatan ini mendapat tanggapan positif dan dianggap bermanfaat.Kreativitas memiliki peranan penting dalam kemajuan ekonomi. Pelatihan Kreativitas Siswa SMA Methodist Tanjung Morawa Dengan Media Sosial
Get PDFPerkembangan teknologi telah mengubah banyak aspek kehidupan, termasuk dunia pendidikan. Era digital atau "dunia maya" telah menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan manusia, termasuk yang dialami oleh SMA Methodist Tanjung Morawa. SMA tersebut telah menggunakan aplikasi Edmodo sebagai alat bantu dalam proses pembelajaran, aplikasi ini memungkinkan guru untuk membagikan beragam konten dan berkomunikasi dengan siswa serta orang tua. Namun, tantangan muncul dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu penggunaan media sosial dan permainan daring yang semakin tidak terkendali. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, sekolah berkolaborasi dengan tim PkM untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada para siswa tentang pengembangan kreativitas dengan menggunakan media sosial. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama dua hari dengan fokus pada pemberian pengetahuan dan praktik langsung dalam menggunakan media sosial untuk menghasilkan konten yang kreatif dan positif. Diharapkan, melalui pelatihan ini, siswa dapat memanfaatkan teknologi secara lebih efektif dan menghasilkan konten yang memberi dampak positif bagi mereka khususnya dalam proses belajarnya di bangku sekolah dan tentunya bagi lingkungan sekitar.Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah banyak aspek kehidupan, termasuk dunia pendidikan. Usulan Perbaikan Kinerja Mesin Produksi Kulkas Dengan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness Dan Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (PT. XYZ)
Get PDFPT XYZ is a company engaged in the household electronic equipment industry, one of which is refrigerator products. Two machines that are also responsible for the refrigerator production process are cold roll forming machines and PU injection machines. The refrigerator production process at PT XYZ is still considered ineffective because it does not reach the predetermined production target. The overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) method can assess the level of effectiveness of a machine based on three categories, namely availability, performance, and quality. Based on the results of calculating machine effectiveness using the OEE method, the two machines are below the ideal limit, namely 71.5% for the CRF machine and 57.22% for the injection machine, with a CRF machine performance value of 73.99% and 59.89% for the PU injection machine. An analysis of causes and solutions was carried out using the failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) method using the risk priority number (RPN) assessment. The causes of low machine performance levels can provide solutions to improvements that must be made by the company. Everyone is competing to maximize the use of information technology, whether to facilitate transactions or to improve business management efficiency. This situation is also experienced by CV. Florence Collection, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) operating in the garment industry, which faces several challenges in managing its business using a manual system. For instance, customer and transaction records are managed using Microsoft Excel, resulting in manually generated reports that are prone to recording errors. Additionally, customers have limited access to information during the ordering process, and payment verification by the business owner is not efficient. Based on these challenges, this study proposes the design of a web-based system for managing the operations of CV. Florence Collection. The system design follows the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, consisting of four stages: planning, analysis, design, and implementation, using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The proposed system is tested using the blackbox testing method. Get PDFThe foundation aggregate highlights the need for efficient fine material quality in road and bridge construction processes. This study aims to analyze the use of limestone sand as a mixture material in the aggregate foundation layer during the construction and preservation processes of bridges and roads. We chose limestone sand due to its abundant availability in the local region and its high efficiency compared to other types of sands. This study method involves physical and mechanical trait testing, which includes pressure tests, wear and tear tests, and density tests specific to its field application. The testing result shows that sand limestone fulfills most of the technical requirements for the foundation aggregate. The result shows a relatively high CBR value to support the heavy traffic loads. The usage of sand limestone also produces efficiency up to 15% compared to other conventional foundation aggregate materials. Therefore, Kupang and its surrounding area have proven that sandstone is one of the best options available to support sustainable infrastructure construction in terms of efficienc

Get PDFThis article presents a case study evaluating the integrity of weld joints in offshore piping systems through pneumatic pressure testing. This work was conducted on an offshore construction project where pressure testing was performed on an LNG piping system prior to commissioning. The testing process commenced with equipment preparation and nitrogen injection into the piping system until a test pressure of 11.5 barg was reached, followed by a 30-minute holding period and visual inspection of all weld joints using a bubble test. Additionally, this article discusses the importance of safety zone calculations and the selection of appropriate testing equipment to ensure worker safety and accurate results. The preparation of testing equipment, such as flanges, gaskets, and stud bolts, must adhere to flange management procedures to prevent leaks outside the tested system. The results indicated that all weld joints previously inspected were able to withstand the test pressure without any indication of leakage at the weld joints. This study demonstrates that pneumatic pressure testing is the most effective for verifying the weld joints of offshore piping systems with limited access

This study was conducted at the Pertamina International Refinery Unit IV (RU IV) in Cilacap, aiming to evaluate the current condition of the equipment, estimate the remaining operational life, and provide recommendations for necessary maintenance or replacement actions. The Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) method and the Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) approach were employed to map risks, assess system reliability, and deliver accurate remaining life estimations. Data were collected through visual inspections, non-destructive testing, dimensional measurements, and material analysis. The analysis results indicate that some equipment requires special attention concerning structural and operational integrity
Gambaran Toxic Masculinity dan Kecenderungan Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) pada Remaja Laki-Laki
Get PDFMasculinity is often associated with social expectations requiring men to be resilient, strong, and determined. However, these expectations can create social pressures leading to toxic masculinity, which increases the risk of mental health issues such as a tendency toward Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). BDD is characterized by an exaggerated perception of minor or non-existent flaws in one’s appearance. This study aims to explore toxic masculinity and the tendency toward BDD in male adolescents. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using structured interviews conducted on high school boys aged 17–18. Three participants were selected based on CMNI-46 screening scores above 119 to ensure they represent the targeted masculinity characteristics. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis, maintaining integrity through triangulation. The findings reveal toxic masculinity and BDD tendencies in male adolescents, shaped by traditional masculinity expectations emphasizing dominance, emotional suppression, and avoidance of vulnerability. Pressure to meet standards, such as achieving an ideal physical image, triggers compulsive behaviors, anxiety, and social isolation, negatively impacting mental health. Factors such as family, culture, social media, religion, economy, and birth order influence masculinity perceptions. The study underscores the need for education and further research to create safe spaces for boys to express emotions without stigma and provide adequate psychological support
Hubungan Antara Grit dengan Hope pada Siswa SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta
Get PDFThis quantitative study aims to examine the relationship between grit and hope among students at State Vocational School 6 Surakarta. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method, involving 232 eleventh-grade students as participants. The dependent variable, hope, was measured using an adaptation of the Adult Hope Scale, while the independent variable, grit, was measured using the Short Grit Scale (Grit-S). Hypothesis testing was performed using the Pearson product-moment correlation method. The results showed a significant correlation, indicating a positive relationship between grit and hope. This suggests that higher levels of grit are associated with higher levels of hope among students, and vice versa. However, the strength of this relationship is classified as moderate. Additional analysis revealed a significant difference in the average hope scores between students in the accounting major and those in the Film Production major. While this study contributes to the growing body of literature on hope and grit among vocational high school students, several research limitations need to be taken into consideration
Prediksi Gratitude terhadap Body Image pada Remaja di Indonesia
Get PDFBody image is a critical aspect of adolescent development because the physical changes often trigger feelings of dissatisfaction, which increase the risk of developing a negative body image. A negative body image can lead to various adverse effects, such as feelings of inferiority, difficulty in self-acceptance, and even mental health problems. These can be mitigated by fostering a more positive body image through the practice of gratitude. High levels of gratitude can help adolescents accept their bodies better by focusing on positive aspects. Therefore, this study aims to examine the predictive role of gratitude on body image among adolescents. This quantitative study involved 455 adolescent participants aged 13-18 years residing in Indonesia. Data were collected using a non-probability sampling technique, specifically convenience sampling. The instruments used were the Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire-Appearance Scales (MBSRQ-AS) and the Skala Bersyukur Indonesia (SBI). This study employed a correlational design with simple linear regression statistical techniques for data analysis. The research results indicate that gratitude can significantly predict body image in adolescents. Additional findings reveal a negative relationship between Body Mass Index (BMI) and body image. To gain a deeper understanding of these two variables, future researchers may consider external factors that can influence body image, such as social media, family, or peers
