Optimasi dan Uji Antibakteri Nanopartikel Perak dengan Bioreduktor Ekstrak Batang Anggrek Merpati (Dendrobium crumenatum Sw.)
Silver nanoparticles have demonstrated significant antibacterial efficacy against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. using a green synthesis method with plant extracts rich in flavonoids as bioreductor. The pigeon orchid (Dendrobium crumenatum Sw.) is a plant with potential as a bioreductant, especially its stem, rich in flavonoid compounds. Optimizing heating temperature, extract volume, and silver nitrate concentration is essential for producing silver nanoparticles with optimal properties and enhanced antibacterial activity. This research conducts optimization by varying the volume of pigeon orchid stem extract, heating temperature, and AgNO3 solution concentration. The main parameter in the optimization is the Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) value. The characterization of silver nanoparticles includes particle size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, FTIR spectra, and antibacterial activity tests against E. coli and S. aureus. The research results show that the optimum conditions for synthesising silver nanoparticles are 1 mL of orchid stem extract, a heating temperature of 60°C, and an AgNO3 concentration of 1.629 mM.. The silver nanoparticles produced have characteristics with an SPR peak at 450 nm, a particle size of 98.267 nm, a polydispersity index of 0.2337, and a zeta potential of -21.9 mV. Antibacterial tests showed an inhibition zone of 14,71±1,23 mm against S. aureus and 15,28±0,91 mm against E. coli. These results prove that silver nanoparticles effectively inhibit the growth of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria
Pengaruh Locus Of Control Terhadap Kesiapan Karier Mahasiswa Semester Akhir Strata satu
The problem often faced by final semester students is about uncertain employment, so they experience anxiety when they become alumni. National Statistics Agency (BPS) data on open unemployment states that in 2023 there will be around 787,973 graduates from universities who are not working. In addition to the lack of jobs for new graduates. Most of the alumni have not prepared themselves well for a career. This is the basis for the need to conduct research on the influence of locus of control on the career readiness of final semester undergraduate students at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta. The purpose is to find out the psychological condition of students before graduating from college. The research participants totalled 222 final semester students who were and had been working on their thesis. The results obtained show that there is an influence of internal locus of control on career readiness with a significant value of 0.000. While the external locus of control has no effect because the significant value obtained is 0.321. The conclusion is that the psychological condition of internal locus of control affects the career preparation of final semester student

Esensialisme adalah aliran filsafat. Para tokoh Esensialisme berpendapat bahwa pandangan-pandangan yang mudah berubah, tidak mempunyai arah dan ketidakpastian, mudah goyah muncul karena pendidikan bertumpu pada landasan pandangan-pandangan yang fleksibel dalam segala bentuknya. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan kepustakaan yakni penelitian yang menggunakan analisis data berdasarkan dokumen teks, bahan Pustaka berupa catatan terbitan, buku, jurnal, surat kabar, dan artikel.Pandangan Esensialisme mengenai pembelajaran adalah bahwa Pembelajaran dimulai dari jiwa manusia, kemudian jiwa menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungannya kemudian ditambah dan dikurangi pada generasi berikutnya. Keuntungan dari Esensialisme adalah membantu memulihkan pokok bahasan dan mengakuui perubahan dalam masyarakat. Kepemimpinan Visioner Dalam Pengembangan Perilaku Organisasi Di Pondok Pesantren Munirul Arifin Nw Praya
This study describes visionary leadership in developing organizational behavior and culture at Pondok Pesantren Munirul Arifin NW Praya. The research is qualitative in nature, employing a descriptive analysis approach with field research. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and interviews.The findings of this study are as follows: 1)The implementation of visionary leadership at Pondok Pesantren Munirul Arifin NW Praya is realized through the application of leadership roles as: Direction setter: The leader has full control over the operational and developmental aspects of the pesantren, Agent of change: The leader is capable of understanding evolving dynamics as a reference for policy-making. Spokesperson: The leader possesses strong communication skills. Coach: The leader engages in job sharing as a form of training. 2) The visionary leadership of the leader at Pondok Pesantren Munirul Arifin NW Praya is relevant to the formation of positive organizational behavior and culture for caregivers/teachers/staff and students in the pesantren. The positive organizational behaviors formed include: understanding the institution's vision and mission, building a solid team, fostering strong solidarity, and maintaining togetherness. Didactical design research on mathematical sequence material in vocational high schools for job preparation
The material of sequences and series has many benefits in daily life, so mastery of sequences and series is essential, especially for job selection. This study is based on Didactical Design Research (DDR), which focuses on five twelfth-grade vocational high school students as research subjects. This study uses a methodological framework, which includes three analysis stages: prospective, metapedagogical, and retrospective. The results of this study reveal that: (1) learning obstacles experienced by students are divided into three types, namely ontogenical obstacles, epistemological obstacles, and didactical obstacles; (2) the didactic design developed by the researcher includes hypothetical didactic design 1 (which includes material, examples, and practice questions regarding number arithmetic operations and number patterns), hypothetical didactic design 2 (which includes material, examples, and practice questions regarding arithmetic series and geometric series), and hypothetical didactic design 3 (which contains material, examples, and practice questions regarding types of number series in psychological test questions); (3) Learning obstacles can be overcome by utilizing didactic design; and (4) The empirical didactic design is a synthesis of the material and analysis obtained from hypothetical didactic designs 1, 2, and 3 which have been implemented effectively
Mathematical literacy of prospective mathematics teacher based on cognitive style
Mathematical literacy has become a crucial competency that prospective mathematics teachers must master, especially in the context of globalization. However, a significant challenge is the low mathematical literacy skills, particularly in communication, reasoning, and mathematical modeling. This study aims to analyze the mathematical literacy skills of prospective mathematics teachers based on their cognitive styles, namely field-independent (FI) and field-dependent (FD). A descriptive qualitative approach was used with four students selected based on cognitive style tests and mathematical literacy tests. The instruments used included PISA-based mathematical literacy tests, the Group Embedded Figures Test (GEFT), semi-structured interviews, and observation sheets. The results indicated that students with the FI cognitive style exhibited better communication, mathematization, representation, and reasoning skills, especially in numerical-based problems. In contrast, students with the FD cognitive style faced difficulties in mathematics, representation, and using symbols and diagrams, particularly in data-based and visual problems. Cognitive style plays a significant role in shaping students' mathematical literacy skills and should be considered in teacher education programs
Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran LOK-R dalam Mata Pelajaran IPS Berbasis Pendekatan Literasi Digital pada Siswa
This study examines the effectiveness of the LOK-R (Literacy, Orientation, Association, Reflection) learning model in Social Studies (IPS) learning in response to the rapid development of digital technology and the increasing need for digital literacy in education. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of LOK-R, which integrates digital literacy into classroom learning practices, as well as to encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and independent learning skills among students. The method used in this study is a literature study or review by analyzing various scientific sources such as indexed journals, reference books, and reliable digital publications. The results indicate that the LOK-R model significantly enhances student engagement and academic performance by aligning digital literacy skills with SSE learning content. In addition, the syntactic structure of this model helps students access, analyze, and produce digital information effectively. This study concludes that the LOK-R model is an innovative pedagogical approach to fostering 21st-century competencies and is recommended for wider implementation in the context of technology-based social learning
Analysis of Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) Plasma System with Variation Flowrate to Increase Wettability Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a widely used fluoropolymer with excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance. However, its hydrophobic nature makes it challenging to process and manage as waste. Plasma treatment is an effective method for modifying PTFE surface properties to improve wettability. This study investigates the effect of Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) plasma treatment on PTFE with variations in oxygen gas flow rates. The plasma reactor was fabricated using a pyrex glass chamber, aluminum tape electrodes, and a stepper motor-driven stirring mechanism to ensure uniform exposure. PTFE samples were treated with DBD plasma at different oxygen flow rates (20–50 mL/min) for three minutes. Wettability changes were analyzed using Contact Angle Measurement (CAM), while plasma characterization was performed using Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES). The results indicate that plasma treatment reduces the PTFE contact angle, improving its wettability. However, at higher flow rates, some samples adhered to the reactor walls, leading to uneven plasma exposure. The study concludes that plasma treatment effectively enhances PTFE wettability, but optimizing flow rate parameters is essential to ensure uniform surface modification
Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Gembell (Game Based Learning Berbasis Wordwall) Pada Mata Kuliah Fisika Lanjut
Entering the 21st century, technological developments are growing more rapidly, especially in the world of education. With this rapid technological development, all Educators and Education Personnel are required to be able to adapt to developments, mastery and knowledge of technology because technology is a competency that must be mastered to support the improvement of the learning process. The aim of this study is to develop Gembell (Game Based Learning by Wordwall) as an evaluation media that is valid, practical, and effective for 21st-century learning. The research method use is Research and Development (R&D) with as ADDIE model. This research uses observation, interviews, and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Based on the results results, the material validity test score was 89 %, the media validity test score was 87 %, the teacher feasibility test score was 90 %, and the student test score was 95,74 %, received a positif response from the students. From the results of these scores can be concluded that the media for the topic of advanced physics is highly valid, practical, and suitable for use
Pemantauan pH Produk Skincare berbasis IoT: Solusi untuk Keamanan Konsumen
Skincare products play an important role in skin health, but there is often a discrepancy between the product content and the information on the label, which can harm consumers. This research aims to develop an IoT-based pH monitoring system with a digital pH sensor and UV-Vis spectroscopy to detect changes in pH in real-time, provide more accurate data, and improve efficiency in monitoring the quality of skincare products. The method used is a development approach with a prototype model, which integrates an IoT system with a digital pH sensor and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The system is designed to measure the pH of skincare products based on the principle that each compound absorbs light at a specific wavelength. The tested product samples consist of five types of skincare facial cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, and sunscreens that are illuminated with UV-Vis light to measure absorbance values. The pH data obtained was statistically analyzed to calculate the pH deviation compared to the value on the packaging label. Results showed the system was able to detect real-time pH changes with an average deviation below 0.2 for most products, although serums showed larger deviations. The system improves transparency and quality control, helping manufacturers ensure products meet safety standards and giving consumers confidence in choosing safe products
