The relationship between menstruation accompanying symptom and Profile of Mood States, the early period of the blood of women : during the menstrual cycle
Get PDF成熟期女性25名を対象に、月経周期特に月経中と月経後に着目し、月経随伴症状と気分の関係を明らかにする目的で調査を行った。調査用紙は月経随伴症状と気分を測定する日本語版Profile of Mood States短縮版を用いた。月経随伴症状では気分の高揚を除く全ての項目で、月経後が月経前・月経中より有意に得点が低かった（p＞0.001～0.05）。気分では活気の項目を除く全ての項目で月経後が月経中より有意に得点が低かった（p＞0.01～0.05）。月経随伴症状と気分の相関では、月経中と月経後に違いがみられた。月経後においても月経随伴症状と気分に関係があることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF在宅療養環境の理解を促すために本学の教員が作成した、視聴覚教材(DVD)の教育効果について検討を行った。作成した視聴覚教材は「在宅療養環境をアセスメントする視点」を取り入れ、初学者がそうした視点に沿って学べるように工夫している。その教育効果を「療養環境をアセスメントする視点(地域と自宅)」、「個人の価値観」、「人間関係の構築」という3つの観点から評価した。その結果、すべての項目で教育効果が認められたが、住んでいる地域の社会資源や、実際の生活状況をイメージする効果については、今後検討の必要性があると考えられた。departmental bulletin pape
