Get PDF学生FD（Faculty Development)が日々の活動から考えている「学生が求めるよい講義・演習」について明らかにし、今後の講義・演習の改善に向けて検討することを目的に質的分析を行った。その結果【学習環境の基本となるもの】【科目の展開】【教職学の交流】【将来の展望】の5つのカテゴリーに整理できた。今後の対策として、授業に集中できる環境作り、カリキュラムでの位置づけ、科目間の関連性、科目における方向性、細分化された毎回の授業の方向性を明確に示すことが必要である。学生が何をどのように学んでいくのか、どのように学習を深めていけば良いのか自ら考えることにつながることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
