Educational Involvement of Patient Participation Type Diabetes Education that Enhances Endogenous Motivation
Get PDF平成27年度から精神科デイケアにおいて、患者参画型糖尿病教育を実践しており、2年間の実践の様子を報告する。
糖尿病を併せ持ち精神疾患のため精神科デイケアに通所している利用者10名あまりを参加者として、月に2回のペースで糖尿病教室を運営している。
糖尿病教室の運営には「患者参画型糖尿病教育」と命名した教育的関わりを用いている。具体的には、参加者のエンパワメントを支援し、糖尿病の自己管理ができるようになることをねらいとして、参画理論の考え方と集団心理教育の進め方を用いている。今回は参加者の「内発的動機づけ」に焦点を当て、継続学習につながるよう工夫した点について紹介する。departmental bulletin pape

Experience in the Health Tourism for Outpatients with Diabetes : How to be Interaction in the Health Tourism
Get PDF糖尿病療養者のメンタルヘルスのためのヘルスツーリズムを平成28 年から年3 回開催し，平成29 年までに計6 回実践した。
本研究の目的は，平成29 年度の第3 回目のヘルスツーリズムに参加し，かつ3 回以上継続参加した5 名にどのような相互交流がみられたのかを明らかにする。
参加者の言動を参加観察し，フィールドノーツを作成し，相互交流に焦点を当て，言動とその意味を検討しながら解釈し記述した。結果，主体的な投げかけや認知と行動の修正，集団の中で個人の体験を語る姿勢がみられた。糖尿病療養者のためのメンタルヘルスには，ヘルスツーリズムによるリラクセーション効果とピア・グループで個人が受け入れられる体験が必要であると考える。departmental bulletin pape
Nursing Students’ Consciousness of the Safe Nursing : A Comarison Between Pre- and Post-Learning “Methodology for Medical Treatment Support"
Get PDF本研究は看護学専攻2年次生が安全な看護をどのように認識しているかの変化を明らかにした。対象学生に診療援助方法論の受講前と受講後に「自分が思う安全な看護」をテーマに自分の意見や考えをレポートに記載してもらい，任意に提出してもらった。そのレポートをテキストマイニングソフトKH-Coder を用いて分析した。その結果，総抽出語数・総文章数ともに増加した。出現回数が40 回以上の抽出語は，受講前13 語，受講後20語であった。階層的クラスター分析を行ったところ，受講前は４つ，受講後

Examining trends and future directions for short-term study abroad from a stakeholder's perspective
Get PDF論文This study identifies the stakeholders in short-term study abroad programs. It examines how stakeholders invest in and benefit from study abroad; including students, family, friends, educational institutions, governments, and employers. In addition, this study reviewed current programs at the University of Shimane and found that they are largely focused on cultural exploration, which aligns with stakeholders’ expectations and needs. In addition, this paper discusses some of the ongoing issues in study abroad, including costs, scholarships, credit, and graduation, establishing relationships, and the duration of study abroad. The evolution of 'deliberative democracy' in contemporary China and the reconstruction of state governance : taking 'democratic deliberation' and 'village sage council' in grassroots society as case studies
Get PDF特集This article clarifies the evolution and features of Chinese 'deliberative democracy', which has drawn attention with its importance in 'the opinions of the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Work of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference', publicly disclosed on February 8th, 2006, and contributed to the construction of the institution by publishing another document proposing to promote socialist consultative democracy on February 10th, 2015. From a viewpoint of 'the modernization of the state governance system and capacity', which was raised in the third plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee on November 12th, 2013, this article seeks to explore not only the purpose of 'deliberative democracy', which is inherent to democracy, but also the political and social context functioning as a tool of state governance. In so doing, this paper examines Zhejiang province as a wide variety of practices about 'deliberative democracy' in Chinese grassroots society including 'democratic deliberation' in Wenling city and 'village sage council' in Deqing county. This paper also considers the process of reconstructing consultative authoritarianism, which is currently attempting to balance democracy with governance in the Chinese government.departmental bulletin pape
