Discussion on new model of urbanization in Southern Jiangsu : a case study of Changzhou
Get PDF特集With the 30 years of reform and opening up, the rural society in southern Jiangsu has undergone the transformation from "Southern Jiangsu model", "New Southern Jiangsu model" to "Post Southern Jiangsu model". The urbanization in Southern Jiangsu has entered a period of rapid development. After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the goal of new urbanization construction has been put forward, which requires pushing forward the new industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. The new urbanization is an intensive, intelligent, green and low-carbon way to realize the sustainable development of urbanization.
Through the author's survey of the process of urbanization of F village in Wujin District of Changzhou, the transformation from farmers into citizens after urbanization, and the changes of the farmers' social security, this paper is to illustrate the characteristics of the new urbanization in Southern Jiangsu and the issues faced. This paper points out that Changzhou has made remarkable achievements in implementing the development strategy of city-industry integration and making great efforts to explore the practice of new urbanization. Its industry structure is becoming more and more rational, the level and quality of urbanization are further improved, the land-lost farmers live and work in peace and contentment, and the social security system of medical care and old-age provision has been established in rural areas. The government also provides a lot of public services, and implements the centralized management of the inhabitants, making the farmers become the real citizens. This new model of urbanization, which is to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas by developing the rural areas and well-to-do farmers, and thus to realize the development of urban-rural integration, is just the model needed for the development of new countryside and new urbanization, which is of referential value to other regions.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF特集The normalization of Japan's political relationship with the People's Republic of China in 1972 was a drastic turning point in the history of international politics in East Asia district. The Japan's policy formation on the normalization of Japan-China relation was characterized by the prolongation of the issue as well as by the extent to which the matter attracted public sentiment and wide range of group interests became activated. In this paper, I try to clarify the following points :
1）Who was / were the actual decision maker / decision makers and who was / were his / their advisor / advisors in Japan?

Get PDF島根県の保健婦養成所卒業生が、戦時下で取り組んだ農繁期共同炊事や共同託児所の活動実態を産業組合の事例調査記録等から明らかにした。戦時下の厳しい生活環境の中で、食糧を確保するためには、共同で農作業をする以外に道はなく、そのための共同炊事・共同託児所であったことが、改めて確認できた。産業組合に就業した保健婦達は、これらの活動を通して住民の生活実態を把握し、徐々にその存在を住民に理解され、受け入れられていったことが推察できた。departmental bulletin pape
