Get PDF論文The second half of nineteenth century, China was forced into the modern treaty system by Western powers, the modern law development had begun. In this process, the relationship between China and Japan has entered an important turning point. Especially after the Sino Japanese War of 1894, with the defeat of China, Japan became a big power in East Asia, began to associate with the great powers, and actively sought special interests in china. Modern law and its implementation are worth paying attention to in the course of plundering and China's constant resistance.
In July 19, 1919, Kuanchengzi incident broke out. The actual event is from South Manchuria Railway Staff Funatsu fujitaro caused by China soldiers beating. This simple civil case eventually led to armed conflicts between the Chinese and Japanese armies. In the process of development, the actions of the consular police were particularly noteworthy. Get PDF目的は，先天性心疾患の乳幼児を育てる親の育児ストレスに着目し，育児ストレスの現状と地域で支えるために必要な支援について示唆を得ることである。
方法は，国内外における過去15 年間（2002 年8 月～ 2017 年8 月）の原著，報告，総説，学位論文を対象に，「先天性心疾患」「子ども」「育児ストレス」「ソーシャルサポート」congenital heart disease, child , parenting stress，social support, で検索をし，文献レビューを行った。
結果，21 論文を分析対象とし，現状としては日常生活が心臓に及ぼす負荷とそれに伴う日常生活の制限及び精神面・身体面における成長や発達の関係において育児ストレスを抱き，医療従事者のソーシャルサポート（以後，SS という。）の活用が育児ストレスの緩和に繋がっていた。departmental bulletin pape
The Issue of Prevention Care Class Program on Shimane Prefectural University’s Collaborative Work with A City
Get PDF本学ではA市との共同事業として2007年度から認知症一次予防を目的とした介護予防教室を11年間実施してきた。2016年度からは大学の担当者が変更となり，2年が経過した。今回，2015年度まで実施していた介護予防教室と，担当者変更後の2年間の教室を概観し，課題を検討した。その結果，どの年の教室参加者も認知機能や精神機能が維持できていたことが確認できたが，2016年度から運動を強化した結果は出ていなかった。効果的な介護予防教室のために，高齢者の自己効力感を高める地域回想法プログラムの見直し，自宅でできる高齢者にやさしい運動の提案，1年間の取り組みを正確に評価できる評価時期の検討が課題と考えられた。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF日帰りのヘルスツーリズムの企画において自然散策と温泉入浴を参加者女性に体験してもらい、女性の自律神経機能へ及ぼす影響について科学的検証を行った。対象者は成人女性11 名である。結果、自然散策前後では身体的ストレス得点は自然散策後に散策前より有意に上昇した（p ＜ .01）。ストレス対処能力得点は有意に低下していた（ｐ＜ .01）。疲労度得点は自然散策後で低下していた（ｐ＜ .05）。温泉入浴の前後の自律神経活動において有意差はみられなかった。効果には個人差や女性ホルモンの影響も考慮する必要がある。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF骨盤底筋訓練（訓練）の前後における骨盤底の支持構造の変化を、MR画像（MRI）を用いて失禁症状の消失群8例と非消失群3例の間で形態学的に比較検討した。
分娩後4 か月以降継続する尿失禁には、膀胱頚部や尿道を支持する骨盤底筋群のダメージが大きいことを考慮する必要がある。
T2強調横断像では、肛門中心部を通る横断面における左右肛門挙筋の内側の距離が訓練前・後とも非消失群が消失群より有意に長かった。したがって、この計測値が尿失禁の重症度の指標になる可能性が示唆された。また、非消失群は訓練により尿失禁量が改善したが症状が消失しなかった。遅筋用訓練の実施回数が10セットでは治療効果が少ないことが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

Translation and Japanese : Nishi Amane's philosophy of language
Get PDF論文What made Amane Nishi translate western thoughts into Japanese employing Chinese character: kanji, whereas he was considered as one of strong advocates of the abolition of kanji? The purpose of this paper is to offer an integrated view on this seemingly conflicted attitudes of him. First, the present study compares his debate on the revision of national language and character with those of his contemporaries. This comparison demonstrates his linguistic view in the age of civilization and enlightenment. Second, this paper examines Nishi's approach to academic translation and it's impact on the current translation studies and philosophy of translation. In particular, we focus on his Japanese translation of the word philosophy.
Our analysis will not simply juxtapose his academic usage of and the problematization of kanji. His intention was to create the national language and character in colloquial style that reflect the nature of spoken Japanese. His proposal on the abolition of kanji was a solution for fulfilling the goal. On the other hand, in his translation of academic concepts with kanji, he made a strong effort to preserve their original meanings (gi-yaku). He was particularly careful not to employ ancient Confucian expressions. It can be argued that Nishi seeked the establishment of modern Japanese avoiding the simple transcription of western language and the misappropriation of Chinese character coupled with its thoughts. Therefore, the paper proposes that his understanding of the nature of language and his linguistic practice, whether it is the debate on the revision of national language or the translation of western concepts with kanji, are the reflection of his consistent attempt at the creation of the new unified "modern Japanese". Get PDF1 年次看護学生の『患者にとっての安楽なケア』についての認識と，演習後の変化を明らかにすることを目的とした。看護学科1 年次生に対し，『患者にとっての安楽なケア』についての考えを演習前後のそれぞれに分けてレポートとし任意で提出してもらった。レポートを分析した結果，品詞別抽出語は「患者」「ケア」「看護」「安楽」が演習前後ともに頻出回数が多かった。共起ネットワーク分析では，演習前後ともに「患者」「ケア」を中心に「安楽」「看護」が大きなネットワークを結んでいた。演習後に新たに抽出された「安心」「配慮」などの語が大きなネットワークと結びつき，ネットワークどうしは複雑な結びつきとなっていた。departmental bulletin pape
