Pengaruh Pelatihan Teknologi Informasi dan Internship Program terhadap Kualitas SDM pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa dengan Kesiapan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi
This study is intended to determine the effect of the Information Technology Training and Internship Program in preparing students' Work Readiness and Human Resources Quality to compete in the world of work in today's digital technology era. The focus and respondents in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University, especially the Class of 2020. The method used in this research process is quantitative method, with research data collection using questionnaires sent via social media to students. The total data collected was 85 data and then processed using a computer with the help of the SPSS version 25 and SmartPLS version 4 applications. The results of the analysis in this study show that variable X1 (Information Technology Training) has a positive and significant effect on variable Y (HR Quality), variable X2 (Internship Program) has a positive and significant effect on variable Y (HR Quality), variable X1 (Information Technology Training) has a positive and significant effect on variable Z (Work Readiness), variable X2 (Internship Program) has a positive and significant effect on variable Z (Work Readiness) and variable Z (Work Readiness) also has a positive and significant effect on variable Y (HR Quality)
Utilization of Artificial Intelligence through Value Co-Creation in increasing MSME Sales based on Local product advantages
Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) constitute a significant economic sector in Indonesia, accounting for 97% of the country's workforce and contributing 61.07% of the country's GDP (BPS, 2023). In Lamongan Regency, there are 120,235 MSMEs that contribute to 55.27% of GDP and 78.49% of the workforce. The objectives of this study are to comprehend the role that AI plays in value co-creation in MSMEs, to pinpoint and examine the ways in which AI supports value co-creation, and to create a thorough framework for examining the effects of AI on value co-creation in MSMEs. This study employs an explanatory research paradigm in conjunction with a quantitative technique. The sample studied was 120 respondents and quantitative data sampling using simple random sampling then processed using SEM PLS 3.0. The study's findings support the first hypothesis, which states that artificial intelligence improves sales performance. According to the second hypothesis, Value Co-creation can act as a mediator between artificial intelligence and sales performance. According to the third hypothesis, Value Co-Creation improves sales performance. The fourth hypothesis then demonstrates that the relationship between Value Co-Creation and Sales Performance can be moderated by Product Excellence.
 
Kualitas Pelayanan, Disiplin, Dan Fasilitas Terhadap Kepuasan Masyaraka Di Kelurahan Kenayan Kecamatan Tulungagung Kabupaten Tulungagung
The rapid progress in society and the dynamic relationship between society and government as well as the existence of government bureaucracy, requires government officials who work at the micro level (where direct service by officials to the community takes place) or those who place themselves at the forefront to be clear. This study aims: (1) To analyze the influence of service quality individually on community satisfaction. (2) To analyze the influence of discipline individually on community satisfaction. (3) To analyze the influence of facilities individually on community satisfaction. (4) To analyze the influence of service quality, discipline, and facilities simultaneously on community satisfaction. (5) To analyze which of the service quality, discipline, and facilities has the dominant influence on community satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative analysis method, namely analysis of data that has been scored according to a predetermined measurement scale using statistical formulas. The analysis used is data in the form of numbers. While the quality test uses (1) Descriptive statistical analysis, (2) Verification analysis. (3) Classical assumption test (4) Multiple regression analysis, and (5) Hypothesis testing, (6) Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2). The results of the study indicate that: (1) Service quality partially has a significant effect on public satisfaction. (2) Discipline partially has a significant effect on public satisfaction. (3) Facilities partially have a significant effect on public satisfaction. (4) Service quality, discipline, and facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on public satisfaction. (5) Among the factors that include service quality, discipline, and facilities, the ones that have the greatest effect on the level of change in public satisfaction are the discipline variable followed by service quality, and finally the facilities variable
Analisis Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Spiritualitas di Tempat Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Lembaga Pendidikan Nurul ‘Ula Kota Kediri
The purpose of this research is to know the of quality of work life, to know the workplace spirituality, to know the employee performance, and the effect of quality of work life and workplace spirituality to work employee performance at Nurul ‘Ula Kota Kediri Educational Institution Kediri City. The population of this study consists of all employees at the institution, totaling 40 employees, with a saturated sample of 40 employees. The research employs a quantitative method, with data collected from respondents using questionnaires. After data collection, the data was processed using SPSS and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result indicated that the quality of work life influence employee performance, however the effect is in the opposite direction or negatively correlated, workplace spirituality has a positive influence on employee performance, quality of work life and workplace spirituality have a simultaneous influence on employee performance at Nurul ‘Ula Kota Kediri Educational Institution. However, while quality of work life has an influence on employee performance at the institution

Formal education is structured education provided by official institutions such as schools and universities. In addition to obtaining degrees, formal education also aids in personal development, critical thinking, and shaping individual character. For Civil State Apparatus (ASN/Aparatur Sipil Negara), advancing formal education is essential for self-improvement, career growth, and adapting to the changing times. Motivation and interest are key factors in an ASN's decision to pursue further education. Government policy support through various regulations encourages ASN to enhance their competencies. The objective of this research is to examine the influence of employees' motivation to advance formal education and organizational policies on human resource development at KPPBC TMC Kediri. TRANSFORMASI UMKM KOTA BENGKULU: MEMBANGUN DAYA SAING MELALUI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DIGITAL
Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah lanskap bisnis, termasuk bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Digitalisasi menjadi kebutuhan mendesak agar UMKM dapat bertahan dan meningkatkan daya saing di era ekonomi digital. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali para pelaku UMKM dengan keterampilan kewirausahaan digital dasar, sehingga mereka mampu memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mengembangkan usaha. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 25 peserta dan dilaksanakan selama dua hari dengan metode pelatihan, diskusi interaktif, serta pendampingan pasca pelatihan. Materi yang diberikan mencakup pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan digital, strategi pemasaran online, pemanfaatan media sosial, serta legalitas usaha melalui Online Single Submission (OSS). Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai digitalisasi usaha, penggunaan platform digital, serta kemampuan dalam mendaftarkan legalitas usahanya. Dengan adanya pelatihan dan pendampingan ini, diharapkan UMKM mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi dan memperluas peluang bisnisnya di pasar digital
ANALISIS DETERMINAN TINGKAT PARTISIPASI PETANI DALAM IMPLEMENTASI GOOD AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES (GAP) PADI ORGANIK: STUDI KASUS PADA KELOMPOK TANI PANGUDI BOGO, KABUPATEN BOYOLALI
Organic rice cultivation following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a key strategy for sustainable agriculture, yet its success depends on farmers’ participation in implementing Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). This study analyzes the factors influencing farmers’ participation in GAP within the Pangudi Bogo Farmers’ Group, Boyolali Regency. Using a quantitative approach with 30 respondents, data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method through multiple linear regression to identify factors affecting farmers’ participation in GAP. Farmers’ participation in GAP implementation was found to be relatively high. The results indicate that experience in organic farming and extension have a significant positive effect on farmers’ participation, whereas farmer satisfaction has a significant negative effect. In contrast, conventional farming experience and farm size were found to have no significant effect. The findings of this study highlight that enhancing organic farming experience and the role of agricultural extension agents are key factors in strengthening farmers’ participation in GAP. Moreover, farmers’ satisfaction with cultivation outcomes should be directed as a motivation to further engage in GAP implementation
Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik, Lingkungan Kerja Psikososial, Kepuasan Kerja, Dan Keadilan Distributif Terhadap Kinerja Tugas Pegawai Kesehatan Yogyakarta
This study aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation, psychosocial work environment, job satisfaction, and distributive justice on employee task performance in healthcare institutions. The originality of this research lies in its comprehensive exploration of these variables within the context of healthcare institutions in Yogyakarta, addressing unresolved issues in previous studies. This research employs a quantitative approach with data collected from 100 respondents using a Likert scale questionnaire (1-5). The data were analyzed using statistical methods, including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression to evaluate the relationships between variables. The results indicate that intrinsic motivation has a significant negative effect on task performance, while the psychosocial work environment and job satisfaction have significant positive effects. Meanwhile, distributive justice does not show a significant effect on task performance. The implications of this research highlight the importance for organizations to create a conducive psychosocial work environment and enhance job satisfaction. This study also provides a foundation for further research to explore other relevant variables in the context of performance management in healthcare institutions
Pengaruh Brand Personality, Brand Experience, dan Brand Love Terhadap Brand Loyalty (Studi pada Starbucks Sidoarjo)
This study aims to explore the influence of Brand Personality, Brand Experience, and Brand Love on Brand Loyalty at Starbucks Sidoarjo. The approach used in this research is quantitative with descriptive methods, involving all Starbucks customers in Sidoarjo as a population, and a sample of 100 people was taken. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of men and women who were more than 17 years old and made direct purchases at Starbucks Sidoarjo outlets. Data were obtained through a questionnaire, and responses were rated using a Likert scale. To analyze the data, the PLS-SEM method was applied with the help of SmartPLS 3. 0 software. The findings of this study indicate that Brand Personality has an effect on Brand Loyalty of Starbucks products in Sidoarjo, Brand Experience also contributes to Brand Loyalty of Starbucks products in Sidoarjo, and Brand Love has an influence on Brand Loyalty of Starbucks products in Sidoarjo
Profitability Ratio, CSR, and ESG Disclosure on The Stock Performance Of Financial Companies
Sustainability has become a key strategy in the global business world to build stakeholder trust and maintain competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. This study aims to analyze the impact of the disclosure of profitability ratios (ROA, NPM, and EBIT), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on stock performance in the financial sector. The research employed a purposive sampling technique and was analyzed using panel data regression with STATA version 17. The best model was selected using the Chow test and Hausman test. This study is based on Stakeholder Theory, which emphasizes the importance of corporate responsibility toward stakeholders, as well as Signaling Theory, which suggests that financial and sustainability information serves as a signal to investors. The results show that ROA, NPM, and ESG have a positive impact on stock performance, while EBIT and CSR do not show a positive effect. These findings indicate that strategies to improve stock performance in the financial sector should focus on efficient asset management and consistent and genuine implementation of ESG principles
