    Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap suatu produk. Bauran pemasaran merupakan salah satu aspek strategi dalam pemasaran produk benih cabai rawit ORI 212. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa bauran pemasaran untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan dan loyalitas pengguna benih cabai rawit ORI 212 di CV. Aura Seed Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif tertulis atau lisan dan perilaku yang diamati.     IMPROVING STUDENT’S SPEAKING SKILL THROUGH WORD RELAY GAME ON INTRODUCTION ONE-SELF MATERIAL IN MTSN 1 PROBOLINGGO

    Speaking skill is a crucial component of English language learning; however many EFL students experience anxiety, low confidence, and limited vocabulary when speaking. This classroom action reseacrh aimed to improve the speaking skill of seventh-grade students at MTsN 1 Probolinggo throught the implementetion of the Word Relay Game in self-introduction materials. The study applied two cycles following the Kemmis and McTaggart model, involving 25 students.data were collected through speaking tests, observation, and fiel notes. To overcome this, researchers combine the principles of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) and Game-Based Learning (GBL) in an interesting and innovative teaching method. The results showed a significant increase in students' average scores from 36.92 in the pre-test, increasing to 60.60 in the first cycle, and reaching 89.40 in the second cycle. Overall learning completeness is achieved, where 100% of students can achieve the specified minimum grade. These resukts indicate that the Word Relay Game effectively enhances students pronounciation, fluency, vocabulary use, and speaking confidence. Therefore this strategy can be considered an effective and engaging alternative for teaching speaking skills in junior high scholl EFL classroom. development

    This study aims to: (1) calculate the income of oil palm farm laborers (2) analyze the factors that influence the income of oil palm farm laborers in Kulur Ilir. The time and place of this research were carried out from March to April 2025 in Kulur Ilir Village. The research method used in this study was a sampling technique using purposive sampling and a sample size of 35 respondents. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis method used Microsoft Excel to calculate production costs, revenues and also respondents' income. To analyze the factors that influence the income of oil palm farm laborers using the SPSS 23 program with multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that 1) the income of oil palm farm laborers in Kulur Ilir Village, Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency is Rp. 1,726,315 per month. 2) the factors that significantly influence the income of oil palm farm laborers in Kulur Ilir Village, Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency are age, number of dependents, working hours and variables that do not significantly influence are education and amount of experience

    A challenge often faced by MSMEs amidst increasingly fierce competition is the issue business legality. The government is currently focused on increasing the number new entrepreneurs in Indonesia. Some government efforts to provide convenience for new entrepreneurs include easy electronically integrated licensing, allocating bank credit for MSMEs, financing through KUR and the MSME product shopping movement. These efforts are implemented by Central Government in collaboration with Regional Governments to create new entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify the influence product digitalization and business legality development on the increase of new entrepreneurs in Kediri Regency. This research method uses an explanatory research approach. The results  study explain (1) Digitalization and business legality simultaneously influence the increase of new entrepreneurs in Kediri Regency; (2) Digitalization influences the increase of new entrepreneurs in Kediri Regency; (3) Business legality influences the increase of new entrepreneurs in Kediri Regency

    Police Professional Ethics in Law Enforcement in Indonesia

    This study investigates the significance of professional ethics in fostering professionalism, integrity, and credibility within the Indonesian National Police as a law enforcement institution. The research highlights the persistent issues of ethical misconduct and abuse of power, which have contributed to the decline of public trust toward the police. The study is grounded in the urgency to strengthen the enforcement of the professional code of ethics as a means to develop an integrity-based, human-oriented police institution that gains public confidence. Using a normative legal approach, this research analyzes various legal frameworks, academic literature, and secondary data related to the implementation of professional ethics within the police force. The findings indicate that professional ethics play a vital role in aligning police conduct with the values ​​of justice, accountability, and humanity. Both internal factors, such as leadership and organizational culture, and external influences, including public oversight and media involvement, significantly affect the effectiveness of ethical enforcement. Furthermore, consistent moral development, ethical education, and fair disciplinary measures have been shown to enhance public trust in the police. In ethics conclusion, reinforcing professionals is essential for establishing a competent and integrity driven police institution. Sustained leadership commitment, proportional sanctions, and transparency to public scrutiny are key to ensuring accountability and fairness in Indonesia's law

    FACTORS AFFECTING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT KAHYANGAN COFFEE AND EATERY MADIUN

    The growth of coffee shop businesses in Indonesia, including in Madiun, shows increasingly fierce competition as people's lifestyles evolve in terms of choosing places to socialize and enjoy coffee products. This situation presents both opportunities and obstacles for entrepreneurs to continuously innovate. This research aims to examine the factors influencing customer contentment. at Kahyangan Coffee and Eatery Madiun. This study seeks to investigate the elements that contribute to customer satisfaction at Kahyangan Coffee and Eatery Madiun. A quantitative methodology was applied using accidental sampling, involving 100 respondents aged at least 15 years who had made at least two purchases. Information was gathered employing a survey instrument and subsequently evaluated using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodology, facilitated by WarpPLS 7.0 software. The structural model evaluation was based on p-value testing and path coefficient. The research findings indicate that price perception has a positive and significant correlation with customer satisfaction (p-value<0.05; path coefficient=0.234). Similarly, location shows a significant positive effect (p-value<0.001; path coefficient = 0.402), product quality has a significant positive impact (p-value = 0.012; path coefficient = 0.216), and service quality also has a significant positive influence (p-value = 0.002; path coefficient = 0.281). This study offers practical implications for Kahyangan Coffee and Eatery in optimizing its marketing and operational strategies to increase customer satisfaction levels in a competitive coffee shop industry environment

    Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Tinjauan Yuridis Terhadap Restoratif Justice Dalam Perkara Anak Berhadapan Dengan Hukum (Studi Putusan Nomor 14/Pid.Sus Anak/2022/PN Gpr). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Tinjauan Yuridis terhadap Restoratif Justice dalam Perkara Anak Berhadapan Dengan Hukum dan menganalisis dasar pertimbangan Hakim terhadap Restoratif Justice dalam Perkara Anak Berhadapan Dengan Hukum. Metode penelitian menggunakan yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan tentang Tinjuan Yuridis Terhadap Restoratif Justice dalam Perkara Anak Berhadapan Dengan Hukum (Studi Putusan Nomor 14/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/PN Gpr) ini telah memenuhi unsur-unsur tindak pidana yaitu unsur subyek hukum, unsur perbuatan manusia dan unsur perbuatan yang dilarang dalam Undang-Undang terhadap pelanggarannya diancam dengan pidana. Dalam konteks ini, aspek ketentuan pidana yang berlaku, bukti-bukti persidangan serta pertimbangan hukum yang digunakan dalam putusan menjadi subjek kajian yang penting dalam tinjauan yuridis tersebut. Dasar pertimbangan hakim menggunakan pertimbangan yuridis dan non yuridis. Pertimbangan yuridis perbuatan anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum terbukti sah memiliki unsur-unsur pidana atas aturan yang memiliki ancaman sanksi pidana penjara. Kemudian berdasarkan pertimbangan non yuridis bahwa perbuatan anak meresahkan masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar, kondisi lingkungan si anak dan pembinaan sebagai generasi muda. Pertimbangan hakim dalam memberikan tindakan mengembalikan anak kepada orang tua lebih mengutamakan Keadilan Restoratif sesuai dengan tujuan dari Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak yang mana menghindarkan sanksi pidana penjara yang dianggap sebagai sanksi pembalasan

    INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS’ PERCEPTIONS OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY USE IN PKPBI AT UIN MALANG

    The rapid advancement of technology in the digital era has influenced various fields, including higher education. Most universities have integrated technology as a medium of instruction, and Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is no exception. This study aims to explore international students’ perceptions of the use of digital technology in English language learning in Special English Language Program (PKPBI) at UIN Malang. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through structured interviews with 5 international students. The study is grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) proposed by Davis (1989), which consists of two key components: Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. This research also refers to a previous study conducted by Hidayat et al. (2022), titled “Digital technology supporting English learning among Indonesian university students,”. The present study extends their research by focusing on international students at UIN Malang. Preliminary findings indicate that international students have a positive perception of the use of digital technology in PKPBI learning at UIN Malang

    Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, workload, and work environment on the productivity of screen printing employees at PT Esa Kalen Jaya, Mojokerto Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method on 36 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on productivity with a significance value of 0.000 and a t-count of 4.428. Workload had a negative and significant effect on productivity with a significance value of 0.018 and a t-count of -2.503. The work environment had a positive and significant effect on productivity with a significance value of 0.022 and a t-count of 2.399. Simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect on productivity with a significance value of 0.000 and an F-count of 16.773. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) value of 0.575 indicates that 61.1% of the variation in employee productivity can be explained by work discipline, workload, and work environment, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study. In conclusion, work discipline and work environment are the factors that have the most positive influence on employee productivity compared to workload. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan sablon pada PT Esa Kalen Jaya Kabupaten Mojokerto. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 36 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan t-hitung 4,428. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas dengan nilai signifikansi 0,018 dan t-hitung -2,503. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas dengan nilai signifikansi 0,022 dan t-hitung 2,399. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan F-hitung 16,773. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,575 menunjukkan bahwa 61,1% variasi produktivitas karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh disiplin kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Kesimpulannya, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan dibandingkan beban kerja.     Optimalisasi Peran SDM Kader Posyandu Dalam Program Penurunan Angka Stunting di Kediri

    This study aims to analyze the stunting situation in Kediri and examine the role of human resources (HR) of integrated health post (Posyandu) cadres in the stunting reduction program. A qualitative approach was used, with informants consisting of Posyandu cadres and community health center staff in the Kediri City and Regency areas. The results indicate that stunting remains a serious public health problem, although the prevalence trend is slowly decreasing. The causes of stunting are not only related to family economics but also influenced by parenting patterns, nutritional knowledge, and local culture. Posyandu cadres play a strategic role as educators, motivators, and liaisons between the community and health facilities. However, the effectiveness of the cadre's role is still hampered by minimal training, operational funds, and low community participation. Areas with active cadres, regular training, and cross-sectoral support have shown better stunting reduction outcomes. This study confirms that optimizing the role of cadres requires structural support, ongoing training, and collaboration between the government, NGOs, and academics. Community-based contextual strategies and strengthening the capacity of cadres are key to the success of the stunting reduction program in Kediri
