    Analisis Manajemen BPBD Dalam Mitigasi Bencana Di Kabupaten Tulungagung

    This study aims to analyze the management of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Tulungagung Regency in disaster mitigation using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) management function approach. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature review. The results show that BPBD planning has been prepared based on national regulations and local conditions through contingency plan documents and the Disaster Resilient Village program. In terms of organization, BPBD established an Operations Control Center (Pusdalops) and established cross-agency coordination, although volunteer management and stakeholder awareness still need to be improved. The implementation of the mitigation program is carried out through training, simulations, and emergency response involving the community, but is still hampered by limited resources and routine training. Supervision is carried out through regular evaluations of program effectiveness and community satisfaction, but is not yet fully participatory. Overall, the management of BPBD Tulungagung is considered quite effective in implementing the POAC function, although there is still a need for improved coordination, ongoing training, and a participatory evaluation system to strengthen regional preparedness in facing potential disasters

    Analisis Digital Marketing, Testimoni Alumni, Dan Kualitas Customer Service Terhadap Minat Mendaftar

    This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing, alumni testimonials, and customer service quality on interest in registering at SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijaya Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students of SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijaya and analyzed using SPSS Version 25. Data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-test, F-test, and R2 Determination Coefficient Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, X3, and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, thus each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test, each variable is declared reliable because it has a Cronbach's Alpha value> 0.60. Then in the t-test, the significance value of the digital marketing variable (X1), alumni testimonials (X2), and customer service quality (X3) was obtained at 0.000 <0.05, which indicates that the three variables partially have a significant effect on interest in registering. Then in the F-test, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 was obtained, indicating that digital marketing, alumni testimonials, and customer service quality have an effect on interest in registering at SMAN 5 Taruna Brawijay

    BRAND AWARENESS AND BRAND IMAGE ON THE PURCHASE DECISION OF MIE GACOAN

    This study aims to examine the influence of brand awareness and brand image on purchasing decisions using the Mie Gacoan brand as a case study. The research method chosen is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. A total of 100 respondents were involved in this study. Respondents were male and female aged 12 years and above, residing in Indonesia, and purchasing Mie Gacoan products. The data source used primary data by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The measurement scale applied was a five-point Likert scale, with a value range of 1 to 5. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to test the relationship between the variables studied, using SmartPLS version 4.1.0.0. The results showed that brand awareness had a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions. Similarly, brand image had a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions

    This research analyzes the fulfillment of compensation for the impact of waste pollution which results in environmental damage. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management gives the government and/or regional governments, communities and environmental organizations the right to file a lawsuit for compensation losses due to environmental pollution and/or damage. This research aims to find out how compensation for environmental damage carried out by PT Greenfields Farm 2 Blitar is fulfilled and what are the inhibiting factors in fulfilling compensation for acts of environmental pollution. This research uses normative legal research methods. The research results show that there is a reference in calculating the amount of compensation which can only be determined by an expert on the basis of Minister of the Environment Regulation Number 7 of  2014 concerning Environmental Losses Due to Environmental Pollution and/or Damage

    ADVANCING ENGLISH FOR HANDLING COMPLAINTS: INTEGRATING TEACHING FACTORY AND CLASSROOM APPROACHES AT POLITEKNIK ELBAJO COMMODUS

    ABSTRACT Effective customer complaint handling in English is a critical skill in the maritime and tourism industries, particularly in destinations like Labuan Bajo, which contribute up to 5% to Indonesia’s national GDP. This study examines the effectiveness of integrating the teaching factory model at Senja Eatery with traditional classroom learning to enhance the competencies of 15 third-semester Diploma III Hospitality students in the English for Handling Complaints course at Politeknik eLBajo Commodus. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected from 15 students, two lecturers, and three industry partners through 16 observation sessions, semi-structured interviews, and performance assessments using an ESP-based rubric. Thematic analysis, supported by NVivo, identified patterns of improvement in language fluency, cultural sensitivity, and conflict resolution skills. Findings reveal significant enhancements in students’ confidence and professionalism in the teaching factory setting (average score 4.2/5) compared to the classroom (3.8/5), despite challenges such as limited simulation facilities. The hybrid approach effectively bridges theoretical learning and practical application, preparing students for industry demands. Recommendations include investing in simulation infrastructure, providing lecturer training, and expanding industry partnerships to optimize vocational curricula. This study contributes to the development of responsive vocational education tailored to the needs of the maritime and tourism industries.     Analisis Sistem Informasi Manajemen (Aplikasi Pusday) dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas ASN di Kecamatan Pesantren Kota Kediri

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) PUSDAY dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas Pegawai Negeri Sipil (ASN) di Kecamatan Pesantren, Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada PNS yang menggunakan aplikasi PUSDAY dalam kegiatan administrasi dan pelayanan publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel SIM PUSDAY berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas ASN (nilai t-statistik 4,165 > nilai t-tabel 1,990; signifikansi 0,000). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin optimal pemanfaatan SIM PUSDAY maka semakin tinggi produktivitas ASN. Selanjutnya, disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas ASN (nilai t-statistik 3,259 > nilai t-tabel 1,990; signifikansi 0,002). Secara simultan, SIM PUSDAY dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas ASN (F-statistik 137.952 > F-tabel 2,72; signifikansi 0,000). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang efektif dan penerapan disiplin kerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas pegawai negeri sipil dalam memberikan pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Pesantren, Kota Kediri

    The Influence of Communication on Employee Engagement Through Job Satisfaction of MSMEs in Jakarta

    This study analyzes how communication affects employee engagement through job satisfaction in small businesses in Jakarta. Quantitative techniques using the SmartPLS 4.0 application were applied in this study. Data was obtained from an online survey given to 150 people working in various small businesses in Jakarta. The findings show that good communication helps increase job satisfaction and employee engagement levels. In addition, job satisfaction itself helps increase employee engagement. This study also found that job satisfaction acts as an intermediary step between communication and employee engagement, meaning that communication helps increase job satisfaction, which in turn helps increase engagement. Overall, this study shows that clear communication is key to making employees happier and more engaged. By improving communication within their companies, small businesses in Jakarta can build a better, more productive, and more focused work environment

    Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Pertimbangan Hukum Hakim Terhadap Judi Online (Studi Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Kediri No. 15/Pid.Sus/2024/PN.Kdr). Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana hakim menerapkan hukum pidana dan hukum acara pidana dalam menilai fakta-fakta persidangan serta menentukan putusan yang adil dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menjadi dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan terhadap terdakwa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan sosiologis (sociological approach). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hakim dalam perkara ini mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek hukum, baik dari segi substansi hukum pidana maupun prosedur hukum acara pidana. Hakim menggunakan dasar hukum Pasal 303 KUHP dalam menilai perbuatan terdakwa dan memastikan bahwa unsur-unsur tindak pidana perjudian terpenuhi. Selain itu, pertimbangan hakim juga mencakup keadaan yang meringankan dan memberatkan terdakwa, serta pengelolaan barang bukti yang disita dalam perkara ini. Putusan yang dijatuhkan berupa pidana penjara selama 4 bulan dengan mempertimbangkan masa penahanan yang telah dijalani terdakwa, serta perampasan barang bukti tertentu untuk negara. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai penerapan hukum pidana dalam praktik peradilan serta menyoroti aspek pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan yang mengacu pada asas keadilan, kepastian hukum, dan kemanfaatan hukum
