Implikasi Hukum Perceraian Tanpa Proses Di Pengadilan Menurut Syariat Islam Dan Hukum Negara
Divorce according to Islam is permissible but hated by Allah SWT. The marriage bond is intended to prevent divorce or other reasons that could lead to divorce, which can be carried out outside or in court. Divorce outside of court is valid according to Islamic law, but is not yet valid under state law due to the lack of legal certainty and stipulation. Therefore, it must be carried out through a trial process in a Religious Court (Muslim) or a District Court (non-Muslim).
The purpose of this research is to determine the implications of divorce without a court process, both according to Islamic law and state law, through an empirical qualitative approach, a research method that uses data to collect and analyze the meaning, opinions, or reasons underlying the subject. Empirical is defined as explaining the epistemological theory that considers experience as a source of knowledge.
The results of this research indicate the need to continue efforts to increase public legal awareness regarding divorce without a court process, as it will impact the legal status of both the wife and children.
The conclusion is that divorce can be carried out according to Islamic law or without a court process, and state law through a court process. However, to obtain legal certainty and certainty, divorce should be carried out through a court process
Jabariyah And Qadariyah Theology
The study of kalam science is an important aspect in the study of Islamic theology. This article discusses two schools of thought in kalam science, namely Jabariyah and Qadariyah. Jabariyah emphasizes that everything, including human actions, is determined by God's will. Meanwhile, Qadariyah believes that humans have the freedom to determine their actions. This study discusses the history of emergence, main figures, teachings, and the arguments that support these two schools. By understanding the fundamental differences between the Jabariyah and the Qadariyah, a broader insight into the dynamics of Islamic theology can be gained
Analysis Of The Application Of Team Games Tournament Learning Media In Increasing Student Participation In English Classes In Class 7A Of State Islamic Junior High School 1 Mempawah
Low student participation in English classes, such as reluctance to ask questions and lack of involvement in discussions, has become a challenge in the learning process. To address this issue, the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model was applied to create an interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere.This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of TGT in increasing students’ participation in English learning. Using a quantitative correlational design, the research involved 32 students of class 7A at MTs Negeri 1 Mempawah. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaires tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis included normality testing and Pearson Product-Moment correlation.
The results indicated a significant improvement in student participation after the implementation of TGT. Students became more motivated, confident, and active during learning activities. Furthermore, the correlation test showed a positive and significant relationship between TGT implementation and student participation (r = 0.471; p = 0.006).
In conclusion, the TGT model is effective in enhancing student participation in English learning and can be recommended as an alternative pedagogical approach to foster engagement and interaction in the classroom
Zakat Sebagai Instrumen Keadilan Sosial : Tinjauan Sosiologis Tentang Undang-Undang No 23 Tahun 2011
This article discusses the role of zakat as an instrument in achieving social justice from a sociological perspective. In the context of growing social and economic disparities in modern society, zakat is not only understood as a religious obligation but also as a wealth redistribution mechanism that can strengthen social cohesion and empower the poor. This study uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach to explore the contribution of zakat to social justice, particularly in the sectors of education, health, and poverty alleviation. Through analysis of the roles played by zakat institutions such as BAZNAS and Dompet Dhuafa, it was found that zakat has a significant impact on improving the living standards of mustahik, developing human resources, and reducing social inequality. Furthermore, this article also examines the relevance of Article 22 of Law No. 23 of 2011 regarding tax deductions for muzakki, which demonstrates the synergy between religious obligations and the state's fiscal policy. Thus, zakat holds great potential as a social transformation instrument that is not only charitable in nature but also strategic and sustainable in creating a just and prosperous society
Analisis Kurangnya Pembangunan Infrastruktur Desa Sungai Bakau Kecil Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Hidup Masyarakat
This study explores the importance of basic infrastructure development in Sungai Bakau Kecil Village as a strategic step to improve the quality of life of the village community. The lack of access to paved roads, the absence of connecting bridges between hamlets, limited educational facilities, and the lack of health services are factors that hinder the progress of the village. Through a literature review and needs analysis, this article proposes the development of basic infrastructure in the form of asphalt roads, connecting bridges, decent educational facilities, and adequate health care centers. The development of this infrastructure is expected to be a catalyst in increasing village economic productivity, accessibility of public services, and developing better quality human resources. Thus, this article seeks to contribute to village development policy making based on the needs of the local community
The Implementation Of The Merdeka Curriculum Using Structure In Teaching English At MTs Abu Hurairah Desa Malekian Mempawah Hilir
The objective of this study is to describe the implementation of Curriculum in teaching English at MTs Abu Hurairah Desa Malekian Mempawah Hiliris viewed from the teaching learning activites in classroom. Furthermore, it is also aimed to know the implementation of erdeka Curriculum in teaching English using structure at the third class of MTs the Abu Hurairah.
The result of the research shows that the implementation of e Merdeka Curriculum usingucture of MTs Abu Hurairah was running well. It was viewed from two aspects namely teachers‘ roles and students‘ roles. The teachers had a good perception toward the implementation of urriculum at the school. Teacher played their roles as the facilitator, the motivator and the guide in teaching learning process depended on what kind of methods teachers applied in teaching. While the students were encouraged for being active during instructions given. The materials given to the students in teaching learning process were simple present. To the students, they should be active in teaching-learning activities in order to develop their english learning. Therefore, they not to be afraid in English learning
From Theory To Practice: Fifth-Semester Stai Mempawah Students Teaching English At SDN 04 Mempawah Timur
This study examines the impact of practical teaching experience on the teaching skills and confidence of fifth-semester students at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Mempawah, who taught English at Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 04 Mempawah Timur. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research explores how hands-on classroom experience enhances pre-service teachers' professional growth. The findings indicate that student teachers experienced a significant increase in confidence, improved lesson planning skills, and a deeper understanding of the realities of teaching English to young learners. Practical teaching opportunities allowed them to apply theoretical knowledge, refine classroom management techniques, and develop engaging instructional strategies.
However, challenges such as initial anxiety and the need for further pedagogical refinement were noted. The study highlights the importance of integrating real-world teaching practice into teacher education programs to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Future research should explore long-term effects on teacher development and the impact of different instructional contexts on pre-service teacher preparation
Peran Gender Dalam Pembagian Tugas Rumah Tangga Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kualitas Pernikahan: Studi Di Kecamatan Mempawah Hilir Dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam
The institution of marriage is not only a legal bond, but also a miniature society in which complex interactions between individuals with their respective roles and responsibilities occur. However, in social reality, gender relations in households often do not run equally. This study aims to analyze in depth the dynamics of gender roles in the division of household tasks and its influence on the quality of marriage in Mempawah Hilir District, Mempawah Regency. The Islamic Law approach is used as a normative lens to assess the alignment between practice in the field and sharia principles. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a juridical-empirical approach. The results of the study revealed that the pattern of division of household tasks is still dominated by traditional patriarchal norms, where the wife bears the main responsibility in the domestic realm, while the husband plays the role of the main breadwinner. However, there is a significant shift in young, highly educated, and both working couples, who tend to implement a more egalitarian and negotiated division of duties. From the perspective of Islamic Law, this study concludes that the division of household duties is dynamic and contextual, based on the fundamental principles of justice (al-'adl), cooperation (ta'awun), and family welfare (maqashid sharia), which are far from rigid and gender-biased understandings
Konsep Pendidikan Karakter Perspektif Ki Hajar Dewantara Di Era Society 5.0
Ki Hajar Dewantara was a figure who contributed greatly to the development of the national education system. According to his view, the concept of character education aims to provide guidance, direction, and leadership in accordance with the nature of students, so that they are able to achieve optimal safety and well-being. This idea is highly relevant in the world of education in the current Society 5.0 era. This study aims to determine the Concept of Character Education from the Perspective of Ki Hajar Dewantara and its relevance in the 5.0 era. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique involves collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as books, journals, articles, and electronic documents relevant to the research topic. The results of this study include Ki Hajar Dewantara's character education, which is the process of shaping individuals who are free in body and soul, intelligent, noble in character, and in harmony with nature and the cultural values of the nation. Education must foster a balance between creativity, emotion, and will, and be carried out through three centers: family, school, and community. It emphasizes exemplary behavior, inspiration, and moral encouragement, as well as openness to outside cultures without losing one's identity, forming a well-rounded personality and humanity. This is very relevant in the era of Society 5.0, which is full of technological advances
Effectiveness Of Reading Area Program In Improving English Students' Reading Literacy For Class Ix Students At MTs N 1 Mempawah In 2024
This study aimed to analyse the effectiveness of the Reading Area Program in increasing students’ literacy reading in class IX at MTs N 1 Mempawah. This study employs a quantitative approach with a pretest and posttest design. The data were collected through a questionnaire that measures students’ interest in reading before and after the program is implemented. As well as interviews to get students’ persvective about the experience they had following the program. The result of this research shows that there is significant improvement in interest of reading students, with improvement after following the Reading Area Program. In addition, about 80% of students report that they are more motivated for reading, and 85% of students read more often after the program. From the findings of this research, it can be concluded that the Reading Area Program is effective in increasing literacy reading among students. Research this recommendation: develop more carry-on programs and training for teachers to maximise positive impact on reading culture at school. With this, it is hoped that this program can contribute to the improvement of quality education and literacy in Indonesia
