Full text linkThis study explores the urgency of sexual satisfaction in marriage as an essential factor in building family harmony, integrating Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory and Maqasid al-Shariʿah. It employs a literature review with a qualitative research approach, drawing data from books, journals, and websites related to the research topic. The study asserts that sexual satisfaction is a crucial element in establishing and maintaining family harmony. The findings indicate that sexual satisfaction significantly enhances the quality of the marital relationship, strengthens emotional bonds, and reduces potential conflicts within the marriage. The research utilizes a combined theoretical framework of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Maqasid al-Shariʿah. From Maslow's perspective, sexual satisfaction not only fulfills physiological needs but also influences higher-level needs such as safety, love, self-esteem, and self-actualization, all of which contribute to family stability and happiness. Meanwhile, from the Maqasid al-Shariʿah perspective, sexual satisfaction is considered a vital element in the preservation of progeny (hifz an-nasl) and life (hifz an-nafs), supporting the overall well-being of individuals and families. These findings emphasize that maintaining sexual satisfaction in marriage is a key step in achieving and sustaining family harmony, with broad implications for the physical, mental, and spiritual health of couples. This research offers significant contributions to marriage counselors, educators, and policymakers in designing programs that support family well-being through the enhancement of sexual satisfaction

In this writing, the Normative quantitative descriptive writing method is used, namely explaining and analyzing the oldest applicable legal norms in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. In this writing, several things can be produced: firstly, human rights in their concept as human rights are the most basic rights, which are conceptualized as rights that are naturally inherent internally in creatures known as human beings, secondly the essence of two groups of rights These natural human rights are the rights to obtain guarantees and protection for the safety of body and soul as well as property (possessions that are needed for the well-being of life) and within certain limits agreed upon according to freedom law. The Correlation Between Students' English Vocabulary Mastery And English Reading Of Class VIII In MTs Babul Khairat 2022/2023
Full text linkTo evaluate the extent to which students mastery of English vocabulary affects their English reading and to determine the relationship between the level of students English vocabulary mastery and their English reading ability. The research design was a correlational design which was procedure in quantitative research in which the researcher measured the degree of relationship between two or more variables using the statistical procedure of correlational analysis.
From the results of the researcher, it can be said that there is a correlation between students learning results between vocabulary and reading comprehension ability of 8th graders MTs Babul Khairat 0.416.the researcher intends to find out the correlation between vocabulary mastery and reading comprehension from the test results. Correlation between vocabulary mastery and reading comprehension 0.416. While the value at a significant level of 0.05 and degrees of freedom (df) 20 is 0.444. From these results, is lower than which means there is a negative relationship between vocabulary mastery and reading in class VIII B MTs Babul Khairat

This research aims to determine the contribution of Islamic religious education teachers in forming student character through the Independent Learning Curriculum. This research is research that uses descriptive methods through a qualitative approach. In this qualitative approach, researchers use field research, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The research results show that Islamic teachers are one of the pioneers in the success and formation of students' personalities, because they play an important role as sponsors or imitators in implementing personality formation in schools. Full text linkThe government carries out various efforts to empower consumers through guidance and supervision which is covered by Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection or abbreviated as UUPK. Guidance efforts by the Government are carried out to ensure that the rights of consumers and business actors are obtained and the implementation of their respective obligations. Meanwhile, monitoring efforts are carried out jointly between the government, the community and the Non-Governmental Consumer Protection Institution (LPKSM), which is a non-governmental organization registered and recognized by both the Government and Regional Government. The research uses an empirical qualitative approach. Data collection is through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique is carried out by data reduction, data verification and data analysis. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data was carried out using the triangulation method.
From the research results, it can be stated that regulations on efforts to empower consumers through guidance and supervision have been established, but this has not worked as expected. These regulations should be implemented, such as socialization, legal assistance to consumers and business actors or stated in Regional Regulations so that their rights and obligations are clear. between business actors and consumers. If consumer empowerment runs as it should, healthy business relationships will develop between business actors and consumers, which in turn can create a conducive business climate

Full text linkThe phenomenology of interfaith marriages often occurs even though it is prohibited as stated in Article 2 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, which states that marriage is valid if it is carried out according to the laws of each religion and belief. Thus, there are no known interfaith marriages, whether Islamic or other religions recognized by the Government.
The aim of the research is to determine the causes of the phenomenon of interfaith marriage and its implications for household harmony and happiness, through an empirical qualitative approach, namely a research method that uses word data to collect and analyze the meaning, opinions or reasons underlying the subject. Empirical is defined in philosophical terms to explain epistemological theories which consider experience as a source of knowledge. Then empirical research is a method that uses empirical evidence as information obtained through observation or experimentation.
The results of the research obtained knowledge regarding the phenomenology of interfaith marriage and its implications for household harmony and happiness, such as legal, psychological and juridical implications. The conclusion is that interfaith marriage is strictly prohibited in Indonesia for all religions recognized by the Government. As a consequence, the Government needs to immediately establish explicit regulations regarding the issue of interfaith marriages

Full text linkCharacter education is something that is very important for individual and social life, so it must always receive attention for review so that it develops and becomes more established. This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of Islamic jurisprudence in the context of student character education at SMP 3 Tanjung Pura. The focus of the research involves the integration of Islamic jurisprudence values as a basis for forming students' Islamic character. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the implementation of religious jurisprudence at SMP 3 Tanjung Pura has a positive impact on the formation of student character. Interactive learning methods, religiously oriented extracurricular activities, and parental involvement are an integral part of this implementation effort. Student character education through religious jurisprudence at SMP 3 Tanjung Pura makes a significant contribution to the development of students' morality, self-discipline and spiritual awareness. The findings of this research can be a reference for educational practitioners and researchers in developing character education models based on religious values in junior high schools and other educational institutions

Full text linkThis research aims to find out and understand a concept from the thoughts of a Middle Eastern cleric named Abdullah Nashih Ulwan in the book Tarbiyatul Aulad Fil Islam. This research uses a type of library research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this research show that children's education is a form of all efforts and efforts that parents and educators strive for in developing children's potential and maintaining the nobility of their nature by referring to the noble teachings and manhaj of Islam. with a focus on developing, paying attention to and developing their Aqidah, morals, physical, intellectual, mental and social abilities. According to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan, in his concept there are two basic important things that parents must pay attention to and understand as educators who are responsible for children's education, some of these responsibilities are: (1) initial education at the birth of the child in the form of: recommendations for the call to prayer, prayer techniques, shaving hair, giving a good name, aqiqah, and circumcision. Then, the responsibility for the content of children's educational material that will be carried and delivered is: faith education, moral education, physical education, intellectual education, psychological education and social education (2) good and effective facilities or methods in the early childhood education process .
