Analyzing The Difficulties Of English In Speaking Skill At VIII E Grade Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mukhlishin
Full text linkThis research aims to identify the difficulties experienced by students in speaking English and to explore how teachers address these challenges in the classroom. The research focuses on VIII E students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al- Mukhlishin within the unique context of an Islamic boarding school. The research problems formulated are: (1) What are the difficulties faced by students in speaking English at VIII E Grade Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mukhlishin? and (2) How does the teacher overcome difficulties in speaking English in class? A qualitative approach was employed, and data were collected through interviews, classroom observations, and documentation in the form of photos and audio recordings.
The findings reveal that students encounter several speaking challenges, such as limited vocabulary, incorrect pronunciation, low self- confidence, anxiety, and minimal speaking practice. These difficulties are influenced by both internal psychological factors and external factors, including conventional teaching methods. In response, the teacher implements various strategies, such as using more interactive learning activities, encouraging students through positive reinforcement, and providing more opportunities for speaking practice in a low-pressure environment

Full text linkThis study aims to: (1). determine the views of Islamic law regarding the rights and obligation of husbands towards wives (2). Analyzing the perspektive of Islamic law regarding the rights and obligations of husbands towards wives when khuruj fisabilillah. This study uses aqualitive approach to the type of library. Then the analysis uses descriptive analysis and content analysis. with this research found the rights and obligationa of husbands towards wives both in the Qur’an and the Compilation of Islamic Law.
In accordancewith the compilatoin of Islamic Law regarding the husband’s obligations to his wife, article 80 paragraph $a, as long as the husband can fulfill these right and obligations when perporming khuruj fisabilillah, there are no irregularities committed by the Tabligh Congregation in the their khuruj disabilillah activities

The data sources of this study consist of books, journal articles, and other references related to the research topic. Peran Orang Tua Dalam Menanggulangi Kecanduan Judi Online Pada Remaja (Studi Kasus Di Desa Toho Ilir Kabupaten Mempawah)
Full text linkThe increasing prevalence of online slot gambling addiction among adolescents has become a pressing social problem with detrimental effects on psychological, social, economic, and religious aspects, particularly in rural areas with limited digital literacy and weak parental supervision. This study aims to analyze the role of parents in addressing online gambling addiction among adolescents in Kuala Toho Hamlet, Toho Ilir Village, Toho District, Mempawah Regency. The research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological case study method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving adolescents engaged in online gambling and their parents.
The findings reveal that limited parental digital literacy, peer influence, and the lack of positive community activities are major factors contributing to gambling addiction among adolescents. Parents with low technological understanding tended to be passive, while those with greater awareness were more effective in applying preventive and corrective measures. The addiction led to behavioral changes, declining academic performance, psychological stress, and financial losses that triggered family conflicts. This study concludes that active parental involvement is crucial in preventing and mitigating online gambling addiction, while emphasizing the importance of collaboration among families, communities, schools, and government to strengthen youth character in the digital era

The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were the head of the madarasah teacher and students of Madrasah Aliyah Babussalam Peniraman.
The research results from student management at Madrasah Aliyah Babussalam Peniraman are: 1. Analyzing the needs of students by looking at the needs of the number of students. 2. Recruitment of students, 3. Forming a new student admissions committee and creating a promotion strategy for the madrasah to the community, selection of prospective new students through tests (written and oral), 4. orientation (which is carried out by the madrasah in collaboration with the madrasah student council aims to increase student creativity) 5. grouping of students which is carried out for students, namely forming study groups for students according to their respective intelligence and 6. Full text linkThis research is motivated by a strong spiritual attitude because it is important for students as a moral foundation and a balancer for life in the digital era. However, the ease of access to information, including zodiac predictions, can affect students' spiritual attitudes, especially in the context of the Islamic religion which prohibits belief in divination. This study aims to describe about: 1) The belief of grade XII students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Landak towards zodiac predictions on social media, 2) The implementation of spiritual attitudes of gratitude for grade XII students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Landak who use zodiac predictions on social media. This study uses a descriptive method. The results of this study show that the level of confidence and use of zodiac predictions is low among students (belief: 36%, usage: 24%, impact: 16%). The majority of students showed a high attitude of gratitude (heart gratitude: 91%, verbal gratitude: 89%, physical gratitude: 81%), although there were challenges in increasing their gratitude 78%. Based on these results, it was concluded that although a small percentage of students (20%) had confidence in the zodiac prediction, the majority (80%) showed a high practice of gratitude. Students generally use zodiac predictions as entertainment, not life guides

Upaya Kodifikasi Dalam Mewujudkan Legislasi Hukum Islam Ke Dalam Hukum Nasional
Full text linkIslamic law is based on the Al-Qur’an and Hadith under the title of sharia, while Islamic law under the title Fiqh is found both in the thoughts of ulama and fiqh books through ijtihad and remains guided by the Al-Qur’an and Hadith. The history of Islamic law continues to develop and needs to be reformed while still being guided by the Qur'an and Hadith. So that initially Islamic law was only a source of Islamic law, it was necessary to realize taqnin or codification of Islamic law so that it had legal force or was known as legal certainty. Codification is a process of recording and enforcing Islamic law in the form of statutory regulations compiled systematically. Codification of Islamic law by mujtahid schools through the science of Ushul Fiqh with Qawaid Ushuliyah and Qawaid Fiqhiyah in determining Islamic law. The essence of the codification of Islamic law is expected to be able to create certainty of legal order in society regarding all provisions relating to Islamic law which can lead to the unification of Islamic law in Indonesia.
The research uses literature studies from several books and other scientific writings related to codification efforts in realizing Islamic legal legislation into national law with the aim of realizing legal certainty and order in society which can ultimately lead to the unification of Islamic law in Indonesia
Ijtihad Dalam Mewujudkan Interpretasi Hukum Islam
Full text linkReligion is something universal applies all the time temporarily on the other hand we are faced with the development of society or social change, as a result of the teachings of Islam is demanded according to the conditions of the place. The ability to interpret and find Islamic law using reasoning is carried out by the mujtahid through ijtihad in order to obtain benefit, stay away from the obstacle, melt tantuana -tantuana, which has been judged by the previous cleric.
Research Padgers Tukuhui Ijtihad Implementation in Realizing the Subject's Interperization. Empirical is interpreted in the term philosophy to explain epistemological theory which considers experience as a source of knowledge. Steering Empirical research is a method that uses empirical evidence as information obtained through observation or experimentation.
The results of the research were delayed regarding ijtihad in realizing the interpretation of Islamic law, and its implications in facing the challenges of solving problems through ijtihad and the eating of ijtihan through ijtihad lertta iptalahai.
The conclusion is that ijtihad in realizing the interpretation of Islamic law needs to be carried out when there is a problem in the community while not a powerful manner in the Quran and jointly carried out by the benefit and stay away from the obstacle
