Community Social Change Due to the Housing Development Policy, Study on Working Patterns of Women Family Farmers in Sumbersari Village, Jember Regency
Full text linkThis study aims to describe the social changes that occur in farm families affected by housing development policies in urban areas. This study focuses on changing the work patterns of women farming families who previously depended on their income in employment in the agricultural sector, both those who own paddy land as the main livelihood of the family , and those who do not own paddy land (become farm laborers).This research method uses qualitative descriptive research with in-depth interviews. The results of this study are, there is a decline in social change in the family of the owner's farmers even more so in female farm workers. The decline in social change was reflected in the work patterns of women, who used to be the owner of the paddy land turned into a vegetable trader or a trader in a small grocery store that was built in his house. And in a number of cases, the informant claimed to have turned to work as a domestic helper in a residential household. Determinasi Makroekonomi Terhadap Produk Pembiayaan Bank Islam Di Indonesia (Periode 2017 – 2019)
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor makroekonomi seperti Indeks Harga onsumen, inflasi, interest rate, nilai tukar dan JII (sebagai Indeks Harga Saham Syariah) sebagai penentu produk pembiayaan Bank Syariah. Sampel data yang digunakan pada penelitian dikategorikan masih update, karena merupakan dari tiga periode terakhir pada tahun politik ini, maka dari itu penelitian ingin mencoba mengemukakan hasil dari beberapa faktor makroekonomi terhadapa penentuan produk pembiayaan, khususnya pada Bank Syariah. Model pada penelitian ini menggunakan Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa faktor inflasi, interest rate, dan nilai tukar mempunyai hubungan yang positif signifikan terhadap penentu produk pembiayaan Bank Syariah Indonesia. Sedangkan faktor Indeks Harga Konsumen dan JII tidak mempunyai hubungan sebagai penentu produk pembiayaan Bank Syariah Indonesia.
Are Leaders Born Or Made? : A Point Of View
Full text linkshared goal by making some changes. Thus, one who influences and mobilizes others to attain their common goals can be defined as a leader. Regardless a considerable amount of literature and discussion on leadership among scholars and practitioners, there is still no agreement about where do leaders come from or who the leaders really are. Are they born or made? This question still seems to be a debatable topic.This paper presents my point of view in the matter. Based on the analysis of the five essential components of leadership in this paper, only two componentscharacter and emotional intelligencespecifically support the idea that leadership is both innate and learned. The other twocredibility and ethicsstand for leadership can be developed through learning. On the other hand, only one componenspiritualitysupports the idea that leadership is unlearned, but innate. Thus, these findings are enough to conclude that leaders are both born and made. In other words, it is my contention that leadership is ability which both inherent and can be learned
PENGARUH VARIASI ARUS PENGELASAN SHIELD METAL ARC WELDING (SMAW) TERHADAP KEKUATAN TARIK PADA MATERIAL STAINLESS STEEL 304L
Full text linkProses pengelasan merupakan salah satu cara untuk menyambungkan dua bagian logam secara permanen dengan menggunakan energi panas yang diperoleh dari elektroda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan memvariasikan kuat arus pengelasan pada spesimen baja Stainlesss Steel 304L. Selain itu, pada proses pengelasan menggunakan model butt weld joint dengan alur berbentuk V tunggal. Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis data, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai uji tarik yang diperoleh mengalami kenaikan seiring dengan meningkatnya variasi kuat arus pengelasan. Pada variasi kuat arus 73 A diperoleh nilai uji tarik rata-rata sebesar 704 N/mm2. Untuk variasi kuat arus 78 A menghasilkan nilai rata-rata uji tarik sebesar 718 N/mm2. Dan variasi kuat arus 80 A menghasilkan nilai uji tarik tertinggi yaitu sebesar 804 N/mm2
Analysis Of Sales Decision On Rice Farmers In Bangsalsari Jember District
Full text linkAgriculture can be divided into two, namely in the narrow sense or popular agriculture and in a broad sense. Agriculture in the strict sense includes: agriculture of food crops, vegetables, fruits, and other plants that have the potential to be traded. Some of the difficulties faced by rice farmers at harvest time include: dealing with erratic weather such as the rainy season, lack of infrastructure such as drying floors. Therefore, farmers cannot process their rice production during post-harvest, so that when they want to harvest, farmers are faced with two alternative sales, namely: they want to harvest themselves, then sell them to traders or slash them. The alternative is important in the analysis because it involves the decision of farmers to sell their rice products. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in yields received by farmers between the two alternative rice sales decisions mentioned above. The determination of the research area was carried out deliberately in Bangsalsari District. Samples were taken with the Snowball technique (Snowball Sampling), the samples taken were 30 rice farmers. The study was conducted in the first planting season (December 2018-March 2019) and the second planting season (April-July 2019). The analytical model used to determine the differences between the two farmers selling decisions is the Mann-Whitney test. The results of the analysis show that the mean rank in self-harvest is 21.17 and the sale of slash is 9.83. Full text linkSetiap warga negara Indonesia diwajibkan untuk bersekolah. Kewajiban ini tentu harus disambut oleh sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan formal. Dengan demikian sekolah harus menjadaikan dirinya sebaik mungkin sehingga menarik minat masyarakat. Salah satu yang bisa dilakukan sekolah adalah dengan menyajikan pembelajaran yang menarik di kelas. Salah satu model yang diyakini menarik minat siswa adalah model Cooperative Learning. Lebih khusus lagi Cooperative Learning Tipe STAD. Dengan model ini siswa akan diajak untuk saling berkomunikasi dengan teman sebayanya di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah melalui model STAD hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII-A SMP Negeri 2 Sukowono Tahun 2018/2019 pada materi Perbandingan dapat ditingkatkan.. Obyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII-A yang berjumlah 30 orang terdiri dari 17 orang siswa laki-laki dan 13 orang siswa perempuan. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus. Pada setiap siklus siswa dibagi menjadi kelompok-kelompok kecil yang terdiri dari 4 – 5 orang.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada masing-masing siklus terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar yang terdiri dari peningkatan skor yang diperoleh dan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: PTK, STAD, Perbandinga
Pengaruh Pengembangan Karier Terhadap Intensi Turnover di PT Benua Penta Global Medan
Full text linkEvery organization in general has a dependency on aspects of human resources. Organizations are required to obtain, develop, and maintain quality human resources in order to plan, do, and determine the realization of the goals of the organization. This study aims to determine the relationship between career development with turnover intentions. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a negative relationship between career development and turnover intentions. The research subjects used in this study were employees of PT Benua Penta Global in Medan was 103 people selected by using total sampling. Analysis of the data used is to use Product Moment correlation through the help of SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed r = -0,299, and p = 0.002 (p <0.05) which shows that there is a negative relationship between career development and turnover intention. The results of this study indicate that the contribution (R2) given by career development variables to turnover intentions is 9 percent, while the remaining 91 percent is influenced by other factors
Level Of Satisfaction Red Rice Farmers Partnering With PT. Sirtanio Organik Indonesia In Banyuwangi
Full text linkOrganic farming systems are developed to produce healthy food and free from chemicals. PT. Sirtanio Organic Indonesia (PT. SOI) is a company producing organic red rice in Banyuwangi. PT. SOI was partnering with red rice farmers as a provider of raw materials needed. Partnerships with farmers are carried out with a contract system that applies to only one planting season. The employment contract makes the number of farmers who partnered every planting season to be different. The research purpose was to identify the level of satisfaction of organic red rice farmers who partnered with PT. SOI. The research area was determined purposively, and analysis methods using descriptive, analytical methods using CSI and IPA. The results of the study showed that the satisfaction level of the organic red rice farmers who made a partnership with PT. SOI is very satisfying, with a CSI value of 85.31%. Two attributes cause farmers to feel very satisfied with the services provided, namely the price of grain offered and the time of payment of agro-input loans

Peran Orangtua dalam Melatih Keterampilan Sosial pada Remaja dengan Autisme
Full text linkAdolesscent with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) tend to be ostracized and bullied in school because they have fewer social skills. Though social skills can be improved, even though ASD teens will have certain challenges. Therefore the role of parents is very important in improving their social skills. This research was conducted to see how the description of social skills possessed by ASD adolescents, viewed from an internal process consisting of three aspects namely emotional awareness and understanding, a theory of mind, and problem-solving and how the role of parents in training social skills in them. Participants in this study were two mothers from mild ASD adolescents. Methods of data collection through interviews, open questionnaires, and four measuring instruments (Karolinska Directed Emotional Face test, Faux Pas Stories Test, Problem Solving Questionnaire, and Recognizing and Responding to a Problem Situation Assessment). The results of this study indicate that the role of parents in practicing social skills in ASD adolescents has not shown optimal results, as evidenced by the lack of social skills possessed by ASD adolescents and the social problems they face in school
