THE INFLUENCE OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) TO MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE WITH AND REWARD SYSTEM AS MODERATING VARIABLES (Case Study at North Sumatra Muhammadiyah General Hospital)
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to examine and analyze The influence of Total Quality Management on the managerial performance of the Muhammadiyah North Sumatra General Hospital with a reward system as a moderating variable, a case study at the North Sumatra Muhammadiyah General Hospital. Data was distributed and collected by convenience sampling technique to the respondents. The sample used in this study is Management and Employees with a total of 40 respondents. The analytical method used is simple regression analysis. From the simple regression results, it produces a hypothesis that shows its effect on managerial performance, namely Total Quality Management (TQM) has a significant effect on managerial performance. Meanwhile, from the results of the moderation regression analysis, the reward system variable does not moderate the Total Quality Management (TQM) relationship to managerial performance
MENURUNNYA KADAR HEMOGLOBIN PADA PENDERITA END STAGE RENAL DISEASE (ESRD) YANG MENJALANI HEMODIALISIS DI KOTA MALANG
Get PDFIncidence of kidney failure in Indonesia has increased by 20% annually, an estimated 70,000 people in 2011, 4,000-5,000 people are detected with end-stages renal failure and undergoing hemodialysis. The hemodialysis process causes some blood trapped or left in the hemodialysis device, some red blood cells are damaged and folic acid decreases. The aims of this study was to know the difference of hemoglobin (Hb) profile in End Stages Renal Disease (ESRD) patients based on duration of hemodialysis at RS “S” Malang. The research method used a comparative design with a sample of 100 respondents. Anova test showed the difference of Hb level profile in ESRD patients based on duration of hemodialysis from 1 year up to 10 years (p = 0,03; α = 0,05), which means that the longer the hemodialysis then the Hb level decreases. Anemia is a complication of ESRD, the decrease in Hb resulting from disruption of the production of the hormone erythropoietin, in addition, hemodialysis process also exacerbates the degree of anemia where some red blood cells trapped in hemodialysis, red blood cells are damaged, and folic acid decreased due to dissolved in fluid dialysis. Furthermore, it is necessary to examine related factors that cause the decrease in Hb in patients with ESRD with hemodialysis therapy both intrinsic and extrinsic factors. No full textPermasalahan rumah tangga yang sering terjadi seperti perselisihan yang disebabkan oleh faktor ekonomi, tidak memiliki keturunan, ketidakcocokan yang menyebabkan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga hingga perceraian. Dalam sebuah perkawinan terdapat dua individu yang berbeda latar belakang diharapkan mampu menggabungkan orientasi kehidupan menjadi suatu sendi kehidupan baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gratitude dan kepuasan perkawinan. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pasutri yang tinggal di Komplek Merbau Mas Kota Medan sebanyak 172 orang yang dipilih dengan metode total sampling. Data diperoleh dari Skala untuk mengukur gratitude dan kepuasan perkawinan. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan melalui uji asumsi yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas hubungan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment Correlation melalui bantuan SPSS 17 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,626 dengan p sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Ini menunjukkan ada hubungan positif antara gratitude dengan kepuasan perkawinan
Pengaruh Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Penempatan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada KSP Karya Mulya Bataan Bondowoso
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan mengetahui interaksi antara komunikasi dengan penempatan kerja karyawan KSP Karya Mulya Bondowoso. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan pada KSP Karya Mulya Bondowoso yang berjumlah 40 orang. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 3 variabel, yaitu variabel bebvas, variabel terikat dan variabel moderating. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana dan Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan KSP Karya Mulya Bondowoso dengan arah positif. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa dengan adanya komunikasi yang efektif didalam penyampaian informasi akan meningkatkan kinerja. Hasil penelitian berikutnya yaitu terdapat interaksi antara komunikasi dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan KSP Karya Mulya Bondowoso. Hal ini berarti bahwa penempatan kerja merupakan variabel pemoderasi antara komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, artinya penempatan kerja yang sesuai dengan kemampuan kerja karyawannya akan sangat mendukung efektifitas komunikasi yang dibangun dengan prinsip kepercayaan, kejujuran dan keterbukaan, hal ini tentunya akan memoderasi komunikasi sebagai informasi dalam meningkatkan efektifitas kinerja
Implementing Integrated Project Based Learning to Enhance Students’ Writing Skill

However, the students find that writing isdifficult to learn due to some cases: (1) they are less interested in it because it isnot correlated with their major, (2) the limited time availability (3) the teachinglearning process is less meaningful, and (4) they are lack of feedback due to thebig number of students in one class. To overcome this problem, it is advisableto apply what so called integrated project based learning (PBL) by integratingwriting to recount the project dealing with the students’ major. It is embodying grouping, determiningthe project work, determining the schedule, and learning the content as wellas how to write a recount text in the classroom. EFL learners in Asia; not to mention in Thailand are also facing similar problem. This study is aimed to how the use of cue cards as media to teach English can improve the EFL learners in Thailand. The study was conducted in one of junior high schools in Thailand. Classroom Action Research (CAR) was employed in this study. Observation and test were applied to collect the data. The result of the study revealed that this media is able to improve the speaking ability of the learners
TUMBUHAN HERBA BERPOTENSI OBAT DI KAWASAN RPH SUMBERJATI
Get PDFKawasan Resort Pemangkuan Hutan (RPH) Sumberjati, Silo, Kabupaten Jember memiliki banyak keragaman hayati, termasuk tumbuhan herba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis tumbuhan herba berpotensi obat yang digunakan oleh masyarakat di kawasan RPH Sumberjati. Penelitian deskriptif eksploratif ini dilakukan pada bulan Apri sampai dengan Mei 2018. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan metode jelajah dengan menelusuri jalan setapak petak 26 RPH Sumberjati bersama dengan informan kunci KRPH Sumberjati yang memiliki pengetahuan dan memanfaatkan tumbuhan herba sebagai obat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 29 jenis tumbuhan herba berpotensi obat yang digunakan masyarakat RPH Sumberjati. Tumbuhan herba tersebut dimanfaatkan oleh mayarakat setempat sebagai obat berbagai penyakit, seperti batuk, demam, sariawan, dan sebagainya, dengan menggunakan bagian organ tumbuhan seperti akar, daun, batang, rimpang, buah dan batan

Considering students teaching competency is believed to be a powerful way to make students be a professional teacher in the future. One of the teacher competencies that students need to have is the ability of using creative and innovative learning material especially for the teaching of young learners. This book is the solution for the references deficiency of English songs and games for the teaching of young learners. That is why this research is done through the development of a book which is based on the needs of sources to make an effective and enjoyable learning process. This research is developed by the use of Design and Development (D&D) model. The data obtained from the experts judgment evaluation result, which is available of the expert judgment checklist. All data are both analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using mean score and Alpha Cronbach formula. Sebelum digunakan sistem informasi penjualan di toko Moveline Store, data penjualan di toko tersebut masih berbetuk sheet yang bersifat manual sehingga berdampak pelayanan yang kurang optimal, salah satunya untuk pencarian (searching) informasi data pengelolaan barang. Oleh karenanya sebuah sistem informasi yang mampu melakukan pengolahan data secara efektif dan efisien untuk memenuhi kebutuhan teknologi informasi sangat dibutuhkan. Dengan dibangunnya sistem informasi penjualan di Toko Moveline Store diharapkan bisa memaksimalkan pelayanan kepada konsumen, mulai dari proses pemesanan barang oleh konsumen sampai dengan pengiriman barang.
